@parrotchick, if you have further questions, pls ask. And take note that when you are worshipping, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (God's own image). For by so doing, you are worshipping in truth. Colosians 3vs7. |
JMAN05:The first thing that should come to your mind is, who is Jesus? Where did He emanate from? Once you are able to solve this, then you would be able to understand the Father, and why He was always refering to Him Lets go! In the begining, God made man, extablished him and gave him dominion over all things. But along the Line, man fell and lost the title deed of the world unto Satan. God, for Him to redeem man back to himself, demands blood, by His own law, to redeem man back to himself again. And since the blood of animals or no angels in Heaven or anyone on earth can't do it, He had to look for a way out. He had to pay the price for his own law. Now, God is a Spirit, and since a spirit can not bleed nor die, he must look for a body that must bear the brunt of the penalty for sin. A body He have to creat by Himself. THEN THE PROMISE BEGAN! In isaiah 35vs 3-5, He, God Almighty, promised to come and save his people (salvation,) and when He shall come, the blind will see, the lame will walk, the deaf will hear, and so on. Now, in Matt.11vs2-6, Jesus replied the desciples sent by John that they should go back and informed him of the things that they have seen-- ''the blinds now see, the deaf now hear, the lame now walk, and so on..''(as promised in Isaiah 35vs3-5.) Now, how is Jesus the one now fulfilling this scriptures? Wasn't it suppose to be THE ALMIGHTY GOD THE JEWS USE TO KNOW? Why is it that it is a son of a capenter now fulfilling the promise? Is'nt it strange? No wonder they asked, ''can anything good come out of Nazareth? For the way they were expecting it, it didnt turn out to be so. For God's ways are not our way. So, who is this Jesus? Now, in John 1vs1, we are told that in the BEGINING (back to Genesis) WAS THE WORD,' (hey! What was the Word doing then? Shortly pls,) AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD' (hold it right there! Who is this God;?) AND THE WORD WAS GOD! WOW! Now, lets see. In Genesis 1vs2, the Spirit of God was walking upon the void and formless earth (water). That is, God is a Spirit, and the term 'God' is an object of worship. And in vs3 down, the creation started. How? In vs2, He God was IN THOUGHT ON WHAT TO DO about the earth. Then He started doing it in vs3 by SPEAKING OUT, and things started to take place. What does it mean? The word that you speak is a THOUGHT in You first, and is only when you SPEAK IT OUT IT BECOMES A WORD. Thus, John1vs1, was saying that, the Word he(John) was talking about, HAS BEEN ACTIVE FROM THE VERY BEGINING. And this Word has been with God (that same Spirit Being) as A THOUGHT, and The Word was God, because your thought are not different from who you are, and so, this Word of God Became Flesh and dwelt among us! Also confirming the creativity in vs3. That is the very foundation of your saviour, Jesus Christ. Now, that Spirit Being Back there in Genesis, became known as the Father when He step into time and created all things by the SPOKEN WORD (Jesus), except man, who was formed directly from the Earth. The only man formed directly by the Spoken Word that became Flesh is Jesus, (for all other flesh are of earthly product through the sexual interactions of the sperm and ovum characteristics). This Spoken Word-that became Flesh-Jesus, now became 'the only begotten' of the 'Father-THE ORIGINAL SOURCE.' Hence, since the Word emanated from that Spirit Being, who is now The Father, it is normal that the Word(Jesus) must refer back to its originator (the Spirit Father-source), because YOUR WORD CAN NOT BE EXALTED MORE ABOVE YOU, THE SOURCE, AND AT THE SAME TIME, IT CAN NOT BE SEPERATED FROM YOU. The Flesh can not take preeminent above the Spirit. That is why Jesus was always refering back to the source it actually came from. Otherwise, the Word-Flesh belong to the Spirit Being, and the Spirit Being is the ONE acting in the Word-Flesh. One entity all the time, not Two. And that was Jesus told Philip, ''he that have seen me, have seen the Father.'' In other words, He is the Father. But for the sole purpose of Salvation, being in flesh as a man, he shows humility and laid the examples for all men to follow - remembering God (the Spirit) as the prime ultimate above all men (flesh). And He was a man (flesh). Or do you wana say, Jesus is a seperate being entirely from God and the Holy Ghost? If so, answer this: how Many fathers can someone have? Luke 1vs35, He is called the Son Of God. Matt.1vs18, the Holy Ghost is His Father. So Jesus Have two fathers? God forbid. Its one person all the time, manifesting here and there. For God is Omnipresent! |
Missy89:You are just running in circles. Like which threats? Bact to you, and don't dodge the question this time: why does the US feels and sees Russia as the greatest threat to it? And which is NATO defending against in Russia's backyard? Answer these and lets proceed in peace. |
Missy89:Is that a question? Why does the US sees Russia as the major threat to its security? And who is Nato defending against in Poland and Romania? :-( |
NairaMinted00:Let Missy be, Soulja. She is now a full blown associate of mendacious propaganda. Am only waiting for that November D-day, when those shackles of Langley's mendacious surbordination shall be broken from her wrist of analytical credibility, and the once truthful eyes of her elegant discourse comprehension shall be opened like Eve in the Garden of Eden, and those grots scales of self denying shall fall off into the sea of western forgetfulness, when the sound of the Trump shall herald the American democratic ballot atmosphere. Then i shall have my lovely mistress back in the club of reality, where the truth calls a spade, a spade. Oh Missy, black beuty of Ibadan, Your freedom is my righteous yearning, even as my soul wait on thee with bated breathe! Concerning the Hegemon and its Animal Farm bloc of willing vassals encoded as, Nationalized American Terrorist Organization (NATO,) its interest and objectives in the East, has never been in doubt, and is no longer in doubt. This much was confirmed recently by a Polish Minister who made it clear that the Missile Shield program was primarily against Russia. Unfortunately, he could no longer withdrawl the statement after realizing his blunder. But here, you see the howlings of some mendacious apologists, compiling puerile naratives in a slipshod manner. Lost souls, basking unclad like spartans in ancient Rome, while undulating along in textual agony, eliciting derogatory purviews based on sensationalism. Until many of these ''fallen heroes'' realize that Propaganda is an ill wind that blows nobody any good, many we keep applauding and sleepwalking into the deadly constellation gradually building up in the Eastern sky; while wallowing in their warped belief and senseless chorusing of the ''Iran threat'' mantra. It is regretably pathetic that many in our generation have redefine history as a myth only fools chose to believe in, and so, have refused to learn from it. That explain why only a few remembers the Cuban Missile crises. This folks have forgotten that history always reinstate itself and flash that redlight of doom before the fangs of death sets in. Only the wise and prudent heed its warning and change course, but the fool (like the delusional states in WW1 and WW2) goes on in delusion to his grave. And this time around, they are so much in number (nato). And they usually believe... Pathetic. |
@parrotchick. Thank you my dear Sister for sharing your doubts. Now, i will state my position and elaborate on what the biblical concept of the Godhead is all about. First, there is nothing like Trinity in the Bible. It was a false doctrine forced into Christianity by the Roman Catholic Church, by Emperor Constantine in 350 A.D, as at when Rome was Ruling the World. There is only one God who manifested in three different dispensations, and with multiple titles. The churches 'traditionally' believe 3 seperate or distinct persons in one God. This was as a result of d scriptural mentioning and deifying of d Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Consequently, the fourth century meeting of the Nicene council (as at when rome, through emperor constatine, was ruling the world) was to place them under d trinitarian definitions. This concept ,through the power of Roman Catholic, church swept throughout the christian faith and has become so embedded in christianity to the extent that, to question its validity is immediate heresy. The church today has lost the revelation that the one God, Jehovah, expressed himself in the old testament as the ''Father,'' -God above us', in the Gospels manifested as 'the Son', -God with us', and in the book of Acts-unto this age as ''The Holy Spirit,-''God in us''. Not three persons but one glorious personage, as wonderfully unveiled in Hebrews 13. Now, my first take is that, THE JEHOVAH OF THE OLD TESTAMENT IS THE SAME JESUS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT. Yes! God throughout the old testament did not have a body, but appear in different forms to the people, such as the 'burning bush' to Moses, the cloud by day, and the pillar of fire by night. God being a spirit (John 4vs24) hath, before the foundation of the world, foreseen the fall of man by the transgression of Adam and Eve, and He required a perfect atonement, a sacrificial lamb, to redeem man from his fallen state, by the shedding of 'blood' (Hebrews 922). It takes blood to pay the penalty for sin yet, no man, no angel, no priest or animal, was found worthy to redeem man. Therefore, God, since there is no saviour beside Him (isaiah 43vs11, 3. Isaiah 45vs22. Hosea 13vs4,) must then do it Himself, in order to show that He is the only 'redeemer'. But then God knew He, as God, could not die and bleed in d Spirit, for a spirit has no flesh and bones. His own law required blood for an atonement, and for Him to fulfil his plan of salvation, He had to put on a veil of flesh, to taste death and pay d penalty for His own law to justify the ungodly. God started to make d promise dat He would come down to save and restore mankind back to him. In Isaiah 35 vs 3-6, he said, ''your God will come (to this earth) to save you (the jews and as many more that would thereafter believe in Him,) and the eyes of d blind will be open, the deaf will hear, the lame will walk, and d dumb shall speak'... all these were to happen when this Jehovah God (being the only Saviour) 'wil' come. Now, did this promise came to pass? Yes, it did because God never lies or fail in His promises. In John 1 vs 29, John (who never knew Jesus before but being guided by the spirit) testified by declaring Jesus as ''the lamb of God which taketh away the sins of the world''.. This mean that, by revelation, John knew who Jesus was and He subsequently baptized Him. But it became interesting that this same John later in Mattew 11 vs 2, sent two of his desciples to ask Jesus, ''are you the One that is to come or are we to look for another?'. Now (you may be wondering,) why did John asked that conflicting and confusing question when he had already bare record of Him (Jesus) as stated in John1 vs 29? Well, the reply Jesus gave unto john's desciples in verses 4 and 5 of d same mattew 11, answers any such thoughts, and clearly fulfilled the promise in Isaiah 35 vs 3-6, for... ''the lame walked, the blind saw, the deaft heard...'' What this meant is that, Jehovah actually came anf fulfilled His words and His plan of salvation as written in 1Timothy 3vs16. Otherwise, when and where else was God (Jehovah) manifested in the flesh? It was when Jesus Christ was born through a woman without any sexual act, but God Himself making both hemoglobin egg cells in d wonb of Mary, God Himself taking the nature of man. Jesus Christ was d flesh of God, none order than God Himself creating a body of His own. That Body was called ''the Son'', while d Spirit which is d original nature of God indwelling the Body, was the 'Father'. Not two Gods now, but God veiling Himself in FLESH. Thats the reason why Jesus was called ''Emmanuel'' meaning ''God with us'', God dwelling with men. When d Father decided to come down as our saviour, He put on a robe of flesh and planted Himself, as a seed, in d womb of Mary. This seed was to produce d flesh and blood of the Body He would dwell in as the Son, Jesus Christ. The name Jesus means 'Jehovah has become our saviour'. So, Jesus isn't an Angel, but God himself. |
Like Venezuela, like Nigeria. While they have ran out of toilet papers, we are running short of tomatoes, courtsey of the 'tomatoe Ebola virus' currently destroying the crops. So, which one is better: absence of tissue or absence of tomatoes? After all, we have been improvising where there is no tissue, using water to watch yanch. ![]() On electricity, have we not been cousins of darkness since Genesis One? So, any much difference here...? Just wondering.. |
Missy89:Keep your self-styled dignified advice to your club of mendacity. Am not a godless and inhuman delusionist like the bunch that makes up your camp that revere in terrorism and take pleasure in the fall of others. Every sane person knows that the Ukraine as we know it is currently infested by neonazis, and referencing the new Prime Minister being a Jew, as a yardstick to denounce the reality, is myopic, and a blantant show of delusion. Netanyahoo being a Jew doesn't exhonorate him from crimes against humanity perpetrated against the people of Palestine. Take that as a compliment. Russia's thugs as cannon folders? You're a crooked revisionist. It wasn't Russia's thugs that had been encicled and closed up many a time in the war front. It wasn't Russians that are running away from force conscriptions, and soldiers deserting their posts, crossing the borders and seeking refuge on the side of the enemy. And last time i checked, it certainly wasn't your Russian thugs that has amounted to about 30 thousands in losses. ![]() So, take time and be warned, my lady. For when you think you are right pointing a finger against someone, know that the rest are pointing back at you. C ya..... ![]() |
cyprus000:No problem. |
It is regretably lugubrous to have this kind of people running the government in Ukraine, just like we have here in Nigeria. The likes of Paruby are the worst things that can ever happen to any country. As for Savchenko, i will advise her to check her increasingly pronounced anger, cause she might just end up dead, like some who have dare show their anger and dislike towards the Nazi government in Kiev, which continue to use hapless Ukrainian soldiers and conscripts as cannon folders in the Donbass war fronts, even without adequate care. This has been the reason why the likes of Savchenko is visibly angry. God help Ukraine. |
Truely, we need to diversify our sources of energy if are to solve the problem of Nigerian epileptic power supply, and attract investors into the country. |
cyprus000:Na wow for wire road o. Na Syria own even funny pass self... That alone should tell you the real deal behind that Executive Order. Yet, you have some apologist spouting venom, despite seeing the content of the Executive Order. The thing just dey surprise me for them o. On the hegemonic unleashing of more wahabis into Syria through Turkey, is something that am still looking into. Meanwhile, there are reports that a Russian, Iranian and Chinese covert ground troops are to be deployed into Syria to strike IS from both air and from the ground. I really can't verify the part of China in this. A friend is telling me he is still trying to verify. Till then, we can only keep our fingers crossed. But one thing is certain: the Syrian crisis is far from over. |
bonechamberlain:Don't mind the crooked nation. |
ATERI:Morning, brother. I really don't remember pontificating on what would happen to Britain should it leave the EU. What i said was why some people felt that leaving the EU would be more better than staying put, and you and i have cited some reasons for or against leaving, taking into perspective the various divergent interest of the ''stay in'' and ''stay out'' groups. We haven't discoursed what will happens after an exit, and honestly, i don't know. Yes, tying it down to Nigeria may be plausible, in the sense that, you have a scenario where some group of persons want to be freed out of the entity. But again, the two situations before us are totally different in the sense that, Nigeria is a Federation, the EU is not, but a Confederation. In a Federational system, sovereignty absolutely resides in the central authority, and agitation for complete independence therefrom, is called ''secession'', and which is, in most cases, not permitted, criminalized by the legal sanctity governing that entity; with war often being the end result. But in a Confederation, the opposite is the case. Absolute sovereignty does not reside in the confederal centre, like in Brussels [for the EU.) Rather, the member states thereof reserved the absolute right to accept, modified, codified or reject any directives or laws imposed by the confederal centre. They can also leave the body at anytime of their chosen. Nevertheless, the only point of convergeance is in the area of Choice. The likes of Biafra as humans, reserved, by virtue of their humanity, the choice that they want to leave the entity called Nigeria, even though such right of Choice isn't recognized by the laws of the Federation. So too is Britain, having a choice to leave or stay in the EU, and such choice (unlike Biafra) is backed by the laws of the EU. Conversely, the fact that the UK is even going to hold a referandum to that effect, is significant of how crucial, how viable and important the VIEWS and CHOICE of a group of people or a Section of the populace could be. The whole crux has always rest on the fulcrum of Choice and Freedom of Interpretation. |
Every Dick and Harry before now, and even before the Panama papers came calling, knows that the UK is the hub of financial crimes, the world safe house for all forms of financial illegality you can immagine. Therefore, when that son of a thief called David Cameron told the world that Nigerian and Afghanistan are ''fantastically'' corrupt, it became clear to the logical mind that, there really is something positive in the semantic collocation of the term 'fantastic', as used by him. One may ask: was this really just bad taste or sarcassicm, ill-advised flippancy, or really a Freudian slip from the deep structure of British elitism? These questions are valid taking into consideration the views of some anti-corruption researchers that, the systematic transfer of funds to the UK from various parts of the developing world has been 'fantastic' for its economy. Yeah, thats rightly so. The fact that one single former Nigerian military head of state, Abacha, siphoned up to $5bn out of the country and more than half of that amount infamously made its way to the UK and was subsequently laundered in five other Western countries, was perhaps 'fantastic' for many banks in the UK. Of course public officers in Nigeria are amazingly corrupt. This perhaps is why Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari refused to throw a tantrum over the characterisation of his country and opted to hit Britain back where it could hurt, by responding that: "I am not demanding an apology from anybody, I am demanding a return of assets." Now, even going by the commonly accepted Transparency International Corruption Index, Nigeria in 136th position out of 167 is statistically not one of the 'two most corrupt' countries in the world. Neither is Afghanistan. North Korea and Somalia occupies those two unenviable positions. Yet, Cameron made such a remark. It thus entails the logical irony that he was actually celebrating the corruption which is ''fantastic,'' as far as Britain is concern, because, it is always very good for its economy. And that is why once this monies get into the country, (despite knowing where it came from,) they then formulate financial policies and rules round the money as such that it get trapped within the financial walls of UK. That explain why up till date, Nigeria and other developing nations still are unable to recover most of the looted funds, like the Abacha loot; because it is ''fantastic'' for the criminal British economy. It is no longer a mere assumption that this systematic funnelling of corrupt wealth pouring into the UK is deliberately designed - or deliberately tolerated and left unplugged. Furthermore the international mischief caused by tax havens and offshore banking jurisdictions - many of which are British-controlled - is finally common knowledge. Britain remains "by far the most important part of the global offshore system of tax havens and secrecy jurisdictions". This has brought untold suffering to many nations and their financial fortunes. David Cameron is a man whose father's name appeared on the Panama scandal regarding a fortune he profited from. Yet, he had the guts to assemble a global summit on corruption, even in the most corrupt financial capital; and the hypocritical audacity to label others as fantastically corrupt. Hypocritical bigot! What would be fantastic is David Cameron hastening the return of Nigeria's stolen wealth that Nigeria and other developing states have been asking for expedited action for decades now. Britain should first remove the mothe in its national eyes before accusing others for there own. Then we can take them serious. Till then, Britain remains the most corrupt nation on the planet. |
Missy89:My Senorita, same to you. Thanks, and and enjoy the moment. |
CFCman:And that's the reason the man keep getting popular among the people. Most of them are increasingly realizing this. Although he may actually belong to one group here or there, the fact remains that, for the first time in a very long time, a fair part of the Elites are afraid of someone, it seems. This has given more impetus to his supporters base. To verify this: lets assume the 'dark knights' tried to play a fast one on him by robbing him off the Repubs nomination. No doubt, the mayhem that would follow will be unprecedented. His popularity base has already ensured this. I wonder if the same can be said of Hillary, a pathological liar, who have been tried, tested, and found wanton-a criminal. Whether they are both sides of the same coin or not, a Trump presidency (that will surely not be free from defects) will almost certainly be better for the global security order vis US Foreign Policy in the face of escalations and heart-pounding face-off and possible nuclear confrontations with arch rivals - China, Russia, etc. But a Hillary Kilton Presidency would further plung America into ecomomic waste and global nuclear threat. When you are given two compulsory evils, common sense dictates that you go for the lesser one, and readily available facts suggest that Hillary is not that lesser one, but the real crook herself. Here are some FACTS on her: 1. She is a pathological liar and lied almost about everything. She lied about the Irish peace process, her vote in favor of the Iraq war, her reason for illegally using a personal email server, that her family was dead broke when they left the White House, about landing under sniper fire in Bosnia, where Chelsea was on 9/11, who she was named after, Benghazi… and the list goes on. I am not an American, but Americans are human beings like i am, and they don’t need a liar-in-chief. They tried that already. It didn’t work. 2. Hillary Clinton was MIA when the 3am phone call came from Benghazi. What difference does it make? The life of four Americans – a huge difference. The Russian Reset? The lie that Russia ''invaded'' Ukraine on her watch, Again. And again. And again. Boko Haram? Hillary Clinton’s State Department refused to call it a terrorist organization. Is this the kind of president you want, my beloved Americans? I don't think so. 3. Heartless Hillary Clinton defended a child rapist, and laughed about it. If you don’t know this story, you need to Read all about it. I repeat. She defended a child rapist… and laughed about it. 4. Hillary Clinton accepted millions of Dollars from foreign governments. While serving as Secretary of State, The Clinton Foundation ( illegally) accepted boatloads of cash from countries that fund Hamas, harbor terrorists, suppress and stoned women, and regularly execute gays and lesbians. Conflict of interest much? 5. Though Obama endorsed Hillary Clinton, he may not have meant what he said about her being an “excellent choice” for President, considering his own track record. As an American, ask your friends if they’re better off now than they were six years ago. Ask your friends if they like the direction the country is headed. If they answer “yes,” then they might actually legitimately like Hillary. But if they want some serious hope and change, they can’t vote for more of the same. 6. Don't be decieved by her chameleonic show of solidarity with feminism. In reality, Hillary Clinton wants women to shut the hell up. At least all of the women who tried to come forward regarding her hubby’s sexual harassment, misogyny and overall perpetuation of “ rape culture“. She referred to these victims as “trailer trash” and even went so far as to threaten one of the victims in person. 7. This Kilton is not a champion of the middle class. Despite her campaign slogan, she is definitely not just like you and doesn't give a dime about American middle class. Hillary Clinton was married to a President, had a personal chef, flies in a environment polluting personal jet, has sent her daughter exclusively to private schools, and makes about $200K for every speaking engagement. That’s so you, right? And your middle-class neighbors – they’ve got a private jet out back, yeah? 8. Cold blooded murderer. This is a witch who openly boasted on public television about d murder and total destruction of Qaddafi and Libya, a country that serve no iota of threat to the US. But she revered in it and savour the moment by saying; ''we came, we saw, and he died.'' Talk about heartlessness and blood sucking psychopath... I don't think Americans need this, but goodluck if they so wish. |
CFCman:Perhaps thats the reason they'r all afraid of him. |
Good for them. I have always stressed on the need for African nations to look inward and develop by way of mutual cooperation, maximization of available resources, development of skills and manpower, and sourcing for relative help from outside whenever the need arises. They don't have to be overwhelmingly reliant on the west for everything. |
A man who steals a barn of yam and is encouraged to go back and steal more, because he finds a safe haven in the house of another man who keeps and provide shelter for the stolen yams. Now, the man that steals the yam is a thief, and the man who recieves and safeguard them for him, is even worse off than the thief himself, because, he did not only encourage the thief to do more, but also profited from it by way of legal and illegal means. Legal means, in the sense that, he make returns in form of taxes as such funds are invested and reinvested. Illegal means is, after knowing that the funds are stolen funds, they immediately create legislations or formulate financial policies that would ensure that such money can never leave the country again. This why we still see our government lobbying British and American governments to release our stolen funds in their respective nations. Yet, they claim to be concerned with corruption. Pathetic. A shameless man like David Cameron can afford to call a corrupt Nigeria to be a ''fantastically corrupt'' country, yet, its President has been begging you to give back its looted funds in British banks; needless to say that this is the same man whose father's name appeared in the Panama Papers offshore corruption scandal. Hypocrisy at its peak! I can't wait for the Avengers to send their companies running out of the region. Bunch of Satanic hypocrites! |
ATERI:My dear brother, our views and perceptions are mostly informed by our inclinations to, and the inbibing of or comformity to the various forms of social stratification - the various elements of cultural background, belief system, political and social orientation, and their subsequent views. The way some conservative or liberal Brits will view some aspects of economic or political issues, based on certain standards of socio-cultural and political socialization, may never be the same way some Germans or French would view same issues in a given similar situation and conditions. As such, the thoughts and disparity in views of such groups, will always make up part of the broader picture, and so, its relevant and must be employed in formulating and determining a viable opinion and decision making, by modes of critical appraisal. Yeah, Germany and France are the life wire of the EU, and going down the road like Britain, just like you said, its not feaseable for the time being. Nevertheless, the fact remains that there exist an avanlanche of 'disgruntled elements' based on some readily available issues within the internal 'liberal or conservative democratic' cultural settings of some of this independent states that makes up the EU. It will interest you to know that, though France being a pillar of the EU project, and one that, under normal circumstances, should help keep the bloc in one piece and encourage its enlargement further into Europe, yet, in a recent survey of French respondents shows that more than 40% of French people are keener for Britain to leave the EU than any other nationality in the bloc. And the survey also shows that alot more than this percentage also want their own exit referandum. What am trying to say here is that (just like i said earlier,) the idea behind the formation of the EU was never in doubt, but there are those within the bloc who felt that there is more to lose than to gain in the union, and recent happenings such as the migrant issues, security challenges, inter alia, has added more fuel to the already heating furnace. This is exactly why the bloc is facing this kind of challenge in form of 'Brexit' right now. And even if Brexit fails today, it still won't make much difference for the bloc, because the precedent has already been created, and some more states will definitly follow this same pact in the near future, and which would only entails the cracks in the Union. For there is no substitute for what people feels or see as 'freedom' and 'choice.' Political and economic views may, and do evolves, and people may go along: but by the time people begin to see or felt that such evolvement is gradably encroaching into what they might have interpreted and inbibed from time immemorial as 'freedom' or 'choice,' they will then classify it as a 'threat,' and before you say 'Jack,' the discomfort and resentment ante has gone up the ladder, and then the pushback begins. This is exactly the situation in Britain right now, with similar virus developing elsewhere, as it seems. This have nothing to do with people loving Russia and wanting the EU to break up. Western Europe was never the helm of Russia's sphere of influence, aside the East. The EU was in cordial relationship with the Kremlin since eons, until Amerika came to severe the cord following the Coup in Ukraine and the subsequent NATO up thick in provocasion in the Eastern fronts. And this is just another reason why so many accross the bloc are increasingly getting uneasy being in it. To them (and is rightly so) the EU made itself a willing bunch of vassals in the hands of America poker game diabolic interest, instead of its own interest. For Europe need Russia than the US needs it, and has more tn lose than US would; and that is a fact. But it decide d to play the puppet, and not so many a people in the bloc likes that. Little wonder you have such huge French people wanting the Brits (US chief conspirator) out of the EU. It never has anything to do with hatred for the EU and love for Russia. The crux is: there is no substitute for CHOICE. |
cyprus000:my brother. The whole thing don tire me self.. I just dont understand some people. Wetin be Information Technology again na? Oya make dem tell me how common Iran and Syria IT take be THREAT to the NATIONAL SECURITY of a whole Superpower Like the US; them no fit answer am o.. And how e take be threat to their Foreign Policy, them no fit talk o... Yet, them no go accept the reality, the obvious. Now wow o... |
ATERI:Outstanding analysis. And thats looking at it from another angle. However, there are reasons, just like the ones i said earlier, that are causing people to be increasingly uneasy with the current EU setting. Below is a link to a factual and critical review debunking the various myths and theories making the rounds on how Britain would suffer should Brexit succeeds. It gives more insight concerning some of the reasons why the cry of 'exit' is increasingly finding voices among many people. Just take the time to go through it. http://www.betteroffout.net/the-case/10-eu-myths-about-withdrawl/ |

End time pregnancy! Mugabe must hear this. ![]() |
mazeltov:Exactly my point. The fact is, a lot of people dont even realise what they're wishing for when envisaging war between Russia and NATO/US. They believed, just like they watch in movies, that one side would just overrun the other, and that would be it. Believe me, brother, anybody who tells you that you can defend against thousands of Nukes and other life exterminating weaponries, like biological ones, as concieved by man's ingenuity, know that such person doesn't like you as a human being; and is probably tired of the world he lives in. Until the bunch of us and the sick politicians we have in the developed world realise that there is no nuclear war that will be winable, we will continue to descend down the abyss of doom; even as the Doom's Day Clock keep ticking close to Midnight. I tell you the truth: man is a failed project. We have failed the Earth. |
seagulsntrawler:Yeah. You never can say never. Besides, Greece is almost certain to default on its debts. A Grexit is a possibility. |
Zoharariel: You see, i try my possible best to avoid threads like this, especially when the comparison is about NATO vs Russia. It is a pity that at this modern age of wickedness we are living in, some folks still believe that there can be a conventional war between NATO and Russia, and that's the wishful thinking that beggers would never consider, even as they wish a horse to ride. How they so much cherish the idea of a 25- nation team taken on one nation. Just how sweet the bean counting its to them ... All of which must happen in their CONVENTIONAL fantasy.... Well, its always best to live a dreamer to dream its own dream. Thus, Sir Richard Shirref should be left to dream.. |
