ppogba:The Army I know moves with anger mood, chants of war songs and carry all sorts of machineries to any part of the country that their members lose their life ..... I saw a video of the IPOB own, the Army where seen chanting war songs , speaking Hausas and saying they are coming for the communities involved .... We all saw what happened in Orlu, Imo State environ.... The Army remains the last Authority to respect , secure, protect even the cripple among the citizens of her country..... Killing of Soldiers in a community does not amount to war songs from the Soldiers when there are no WARS going on in the community... Rather , they should allow the police to come in and do their work, then support the police to fish out the murderers from their hide outs if the Police can't mobilize well for that action... The Army shouldn't have gone back to the Community after those killings without any police officers attached to them .... Their past actions have labeled them always as oppositions even to the street boys without any weapon.... Check many videos coming from that scene, does it mean the Villagers used their own hands to burn their own buildings ? Is it now a WAR between the Nigeria Army and the Community ??Or is it not a Crime scene of Murder where investigations should be carried out without any harm to the community and the murderers of those Soldiers sent to court for murder cases ? |

From the recent activities of the Army, I see people being so confused of who to support here... Buhari's Regime in a democratic Govt really bastardized the Army and used them to fight groups or state they felt are oppositions or enemies of their evil agenda... So is never anyone's fault not to trust or believe the Army that should rather stand against all these Politicians that want to use them against the people they swore to protect as Citizens of Nigeria..... The killings of Soldiers can only be linked to a Crime scene , nothing more , nothing less..... Let the Army stop all these anger mood activation, taking laws into their hands once one of their members is captured or killed by a group of people ... Their angry mood has never done any good but has helped to kill many innocent people.... The Army as a Force Authority should have sat down , do a thorough investigation, find out the people that carried out that barbaric act, then hand them over to the Police who will take them to court for murder cases.... With this move, people will rather see them as a separate force body that protects her citizens than as a fellow opponent in communal crises .... 1 Like 1 Share |

Well, the bank should have her own building committee group, so let them send their own Architect and a Quantify Surveyor to evaluate the damages. Is not a hard bone to crack, the two parties Shou seat together and resolve the issue.... 35 Million is not money in this TINIBU regime if ordinary 8mm stirrup that sells @ #1950 is now #5600..... and a bag of 3 inches nail that sells @ #16,000 in January is now #43,000 .... Naira has no value now as TINUBU is doing his Best, so that #35M means nothing but they should strictly cost the damages.... |

May be they were trying to say that the boreholes will be dugged directly from Lagos Atlantic Ocean which will cost about 23 Million per borehole, from each State , then a new reversed Osmosis machine that costs 50 Million per location ,will be used to drain the salts, then another...... I can't even find a good lie to defend this, but never undermine APC Government...... They will even tell you the money is not enough...lols This was why they swore Peter Obi can't come and deprive them of starving their supporters and punishing them ..lols  One of their supporters has already asked if you don't know what is involved in looting borehole money, you should shut your mouth 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Hmmm.....have you ever thought of why the whole Senate , Representatives , Governors and even the President can't change such evil business ?The Business Moguls involved in this importation of refined Nigerian Petrol, are not just mere jokers , the last time this case was brought forth in senate Chambers, it died a natural death..... Creamypie:I had a similar issue after designing a three (3) storey 8 block of Flats for a Client but the Project Designs were cancelled upon going for State Registration and approval in Asaba... Reason for cancelling the Project Designs was that in Asaba Updated Building Registration requirements, any design for block of flats, that each flat in the building must have a minimum of two clear allocated parking lots within the compound, meaning that for the 8 block of Flats, I should provide clear parking lots for 16 cars .... That means for my Client to build that house , he needs to buy 1 extra plot of land near his site just for parking lots .... So for one to build 9 block of flats in Asaba, one must have 3 plots of land or more.... So nobody told developers not to build 5-6 storey block of flats but you must show clearly, two parking lots allocated to each flats within the compound..... Constructing houses in Asaba is really loveable, as you will be tested and trusted by the Government Developing authority... |

The Problem with Onitsha Clients is that they always claim they know all... Working with an Onitsha Client as an Architect or a Professional in the building team is very rigid why, because he sees building construction as a business venture.... He sees the Architect as one who came to steal from him if your fees are higher than the best quack he contacted.... The same as other professionals....lols Onitsha Clients don't believe that a 5 storey building needs soil Test and environmental impact assessment to know if the site was a former dumping ground for dirts....or prone to erosion...all he knows is that the next building standing is 5 storey so what are you vomiting to him ??An Onitsha Client does not even love to hear that one is a professional Architect or Engineer, they always feel intimidated by it , thus they go for who built for who is own is still standing ..... possibly one quack but smart builder ..... Even Development Authority are not allowed to interfere , because you can't tell me that a structure of 5 suspended floors doesn't have a full time supervision of the Development Authority., money must have exchanged hands .... Just check well, the Engineer that handled this work must be a OND student from one school who is a Nephew to the wife of the Client.....lols 4 Likes |

Yorubas always stand at the back of Hausas ( not even real Hausas but Fulanis) to fight Igbos likewise Hausas need the support of Yorubas to fight Igbos or at least get power....
