It is clear that Buhari is not a wise General at all. Obasanjo handled MASSOB so well that there was no innocent lives affected. First of all it is Buhari's high handedness with Python Dance that made IPOB become bolder. It is obvious that there is need to redefine this country and ensure equity, if not if they kill any IPOB member it would on serve to worsen things, mind you the wounds of the Biafra war is fresh in the minds of the igbo population attacking IPOB would make them gain more followers which would create problems for Buhari later on.
