hi sorry for the late reply I'll prefer we talk on phone or whatsapp as for the mode of payment its an advance fee of 60% for new clients in their first purchase.
Can you make this more transparent here before going to whatsapp. How can we trust you? Obviously you cannot trust new clients hence you ask for 60% deposit and that is fair enough. How can we now trust you doing business with you first time?

According to your answer to one question above, you have not refused to supply to the person before, in the same vein, you have not supplied to that person before and he refused to pay. Just like you sensibly protect your money, so do we.

So this is just about mutual trust.

Your reply here will shed light on your readiness to be accountable. A rare thing in our 9ja of today. People readily take offence when asked to demonstrate accountability or do what they themselves expect from others.

OLX experience shows there are lots of scammers about.

It is becoming increasingly clear by the day that Buhari was really not in control in 1984. It was actually Idiagbon that was the power of that administration.
One bottle of coolest orijin for you jor! Take turkey leg join am too. grin cheesy

I still remember Idiagbon announcing WAI on TV. Buhari would rather stay in Daura and use others to do the job. The only problem is his Northern clique won't let our amiable Mr Commissioner assert himself. Because the commissioner would actually come up with some good Tinubu-tinted ideas to improve things. That is going to be the real battle.

Oh boy, the guy was a very meticulous guy. VERY intelligent dude with an elephant's memory.

You know poor education provision and childhood environment of those days denied many people the chance for higher education.
But everyone who knew him attest to his smartness. People like JT Useni, Afe Babalola etc.

WE tend to remember him for his dark goggles but he was a serious professional soldier.

As an old school African leader, who was part of IBB brigade, sadly massive corruption was just part of it.

But is it a secret that Bukola is 9ja-Britico?

I heard about 10 years ago from a man who knows the Saraki family very well. For over 40 years in fact.

If my memory serves me well, Oloye was a young doctor/house officer in UK when Bukola was born here in UK.

His biological mum is Caribbean, possibly a nurse, the man wasn't sure. The person most people take to be Bukola's mum is not actually his biological one.

I thought that was something already in the public arena.

The Bible does not necessarily contain all that happened. Even the Bible says Jesus did many things while on earth that no book will have enough room for it. Let alone from Adam. We should remember that Moses was the first to start writing things down.

That may well be because growing up as an Egyptian prince, he had education in the Royal palace.

Adam may well have had other children who moved in different directions, from where Cain married.

Black people do give birth to Albino. Mutation.

A Nigerian couple gave birth to a white baby, straight hair, blue eyes. DNA showed the baby belonged to them. If God wanted Adam & Eve to have kids of various races, it's biologically possible.

I only have problem with timeline. About 6,000 years is not long enough since Adam/Eve lived. Man must have been around much much longer.

How does your comment justify the scam by GEJhuh So cos PMB said no more subsidy then everything go just change at oncehuh My bro, the same TIME you're looking up to, will help OUR dearest presido to eradicate the subsidy sham and also start a transparent oil sector. That same TIME will make the whole world know that, truly, Nigeria is a force to reckon with.

Politics › Re: FG Builds Helipad For Buhari In Daura by AreaFada2: 9:30am On Jun 28, 2015
bigerboy200:
Let us stop putting comments out of ignorance... building an helipad in daura is a way to cut down cost. It's much more expensive to keep flying the Presidential jet to the Katsina airport, then moving in a convoy down to daura(katsina to daura is about 1hr 30 mins) when compared to flying an helicopter from Abuja to daura directly.. secondly.. GEJ could afford to land an helicopter anywhere in bayelsa, cos the soil is always wet thus making it loamy(Bayelsa and some regions in d ss have almost 10 months of rain in a year) unlike what is obtainable in d north( almost 10 months of dryness) landing an helicopter on d dry soil is not only dangerous but suicidal considering the fact that it can impede the pilot's visibility and also affect d health of people around due to the massive dust it would raise.. so in terms of TIME and COST, building d helipad is economical.
Was he elected to stay in Daura or Aso Rock? Should he not only be going to Daura sparingly? Like holiday & few other occasions?

Christianity Etc › Re: Was Adam Truly The First Man On Earth? by AreaFada2: 8:58am On Jun 28, 2015
chidinwachukwu:
Argument on the matter using DNA,is not okay, because DNA is just a sequence of arrangement of chemicals, because over a period of time a this particular arrangement can change(Mutation) due to one or two factors and form it's own Physical difference from its Original Form,Mayb that's how different Races of the same Man came about.
Sure, but certain information are preserved that help to calculate/estimate age of DNA.

Mitochondrial DNA can be used to trace the original Eve in Africa (not religious Eve) and is pretty well preserved even in some Caucasian people.

DNA was designed to change from person to person (parents to kids) hence two haploid sets combining to give own unique chromosomes. Except in identical twins of course.

Races have more to do with environment. If you live in Norway for 4,000 years, your off-springs body will naturally suppress function of melanin gene as they will have less need to avoid the sun damaging DNA through skin.

If Caucasian Australians keep living there for another few thousand years, their off-springs body will have to up-regulate their melanin gene function or devise another sun-screening system genetically that can then manifest in phenotype (become obvious or even visible). Skin cancer that is currently fairly high there will reduce.
Christianity Etc › Re: Was Adam Truly The First Man On Earth? by AreaFada2:
sylarsquins:
The Big question is " How did Man come into existence"?. The many religions we have today and those of the old gods possesses different beliefs on how Man came into being.

As a Christian, i learnt through the bible how Man came into life and I don't have to share it because I believe everyone knows that including non Christians because am not here to quote the Bible as am not that religious.

The generally known belief on how man came into the world is best explained through academia which states the evolution of man proposes that humans and apes derive from an apelike ancestor that lived on earth a few million years ago. The theory states that man, through a combination of environmental and genetic factors, emerged as a species to produce the variety of ethnicities seen today, while modern apes evolved on a separate evolutionary
pathway.

My BIG question is, which should we believe and if Truly Adam came 1st from God, how then did he populate the world to what it is right now?.
I think religious people take religious books too literally.
How can mankind be only about 6,000 years old?

I can bet my last penny that people have been living all over 9ja for well over 20,000 years. Around the banks of Rivers Niger, Benue, Osse and so on may be even 50,000 years. Around the Nile & Congo rivers, it can't be less than 50,000 years.

Sure, mankind came into existence at some point, Adam & Eve may just have been symbolic/figurative.

Population of the earth probably happened in stages, and in several waves. Quite conceivable that some waves went extinct due to natural hazards, but followed by other waves that survived.

The places where oldest skeletons & ancient tools have been found may not necessarily be exact location humans first came from but maybe were the most environmentally conducive places where people flourished for long enough to leave evidence behind.

We must consider that some current desert areas were lush vegetation back then, and some lush places now were rather arid back then.

But what seems obvious now is that the most ancient genes & skeletons are in Africa and the spread of humans was from Africa towards the North to Europe/Eurasia and towards India/Asia.

So the idea of first humans originating from around Tigris & Euphrates seems not to hold water. Or did people originate from Iraq/Turkey, moved to Africa, locals got wiped out and got repopulated by returnees from Africa AND all that in just 6,000 years? Seems hard to believe.
