These are just stereotype, with some correlation with some Southern Nigerians.

Northern people I know can be easily mistaken for East Africans or other West Africans, except you hear them speak.

I think we use "typical Lagos style" to assume all Nigerians are like that.

At least when Obasanjo was president no one saw him as a yoruba president, but now everyone accepts we have an Ijaw president.
