Omokri is just bringing himself low by trying yo link everything to PMB. Uzodinma is behind Rocha's mayhem and he declared publicly that his canidadacy isn't welcome. |
FarmWay:Why do the Eastern States have one of the worst Governors today in Nigeria? |
Kingpele:This is unnecessary ranting out of ignorance. Where is it written in constitution that GEJ had the mandate to finish his constitutional 2 terms? Democracy isn't for primitive people like u who think power should be given to them on the basis of threats, blackmail, intimidation and agitations. Power is given to those who seek for it in the best manner. Where is the southern unity when you are publicly challenging the candidacy of Tinubu? This will be a very good chance for North to remain in power come 2023. HISTORY OF NIGERIA'S LEADERSHIP DISTRIBUTION BASED ON ETHNO-RELIGIOUS AND REGIONAL BACKGROUND Below is the data that calculated the years Nigerians are ruled under religious, ethnic and geographical location considerations. 60 years since independence, Nigeria was ruled by: 11years Obasanjo- Yoruba 9 years Yakubu Gowon-Angas 8 years IBB-Nupe 6 years GEJ-Ijawa 6yrs Nnamdi Azikwe-Igbo 5 years Abacha-Kanuri 7 years Buhari (+2yrs military regime)- Fulani 3 years Shagari-Fulani 2yrs Yaradua-Tuareg 6 months Agunyi-Ironsi-Igbo 2years Murtala, Shonekan & Abdussalam-Fulani, Yoruba & Hausa. If calculated along religious line, it can be seen that Nigeria was ruled under Christians Presidents for atleast 32years while Muslims Presidents ruled for 28 years. When calculated along geographical location, it can be seen that South ruled for almost 24yrs while North rule for almost 36yrs. Yoruba ruled for approximately 12years, Fulani ruled for less than 11yrs, Angas ruled for 9yrs, Igbos ruled for 6yrs, Ijaw had 6yrs, Kanuri had 5yrs, Nupe had 8yrs, Tuareg had 2yrs while Hausa had 1year only. North-Western presided Nigeria for about 17yrs, South-West presided for about 12yrs, North-Central enjoyed approximately 18yrs, South-South presided for 6yrs, South-East had 6yrs while North-East are still struggling to get to the apex position and still not agitating for it. |
The mother of Fmr President, Fmr VP, mother of 3 Fmr first ladies. What a fruitful womb! |
Asgard73:Pls note that only Yahaya Bello is contesting in APC and believe me his contest is on purpose not to win the primary. Tell me any other person contest in beside him! |
Many Nigerians are unpatriotic and blast Govt mostly because of ethno-religious sentiment. Imagine what the media will say of it were FG? We need to have a common voice with purposeful determination to make Govts at all levels to sit up to their tasks otherwise we will all perish! |
Funkyswagzz:I said it. CBN is surreptitiously trying to show off the success of their anchor borrowers program that is why they did this pyramid. So much money has been looted, I'm talking abt hundred billions in the name of farmers. |
Funkyswagzz:Many people invested huge money in rice farming since the banning of its importation to Nigeria by PMB and it will be difficult for rice to be cheap immediately until the investors recoup their investments in machineries, manpower, equipments, land et cetra. |
walemoney007:This is absurd! Nigeria has 3 zones in each region. South ruled for 14yrs (SS & SW) while North ruled (is ruling) for the 10th year (NW) therefore in all honesty all regions should settle their scores and justice should be served for all. South might have cheated SE for not sharing power with them but the next 4yrs automatically belongs to North and NC and NE are unequivocally the zones to be tipped for the position. Politically, referring North as a single zone is an injustice. Let see who cheats who? |
It is very obvious that CBN has laundered huge billions of Naira through NIRSAL's programs but the insinuation that rice of such amount can't be produced in Nigeria is a huge political joke made by Hanga who lost relevance in ruling party and decamped to opposition party trying to get cheap political relevance in his new home. I have no doubt, that pyramid is nothing at all compared to the many rice millings ware houses along Kano-Jigawa, Hadejia road. I know a single ware house that has more than 500k bags of paddy rice. Jigawa produce more rice than Kano apart from Kebbi, Kaduna, Niger, Yobe and other large scale rice producing states. Honestly, some useless, unpatriotic Nigerians are still dumb for overlooking our capacity. This pyramid is nothing compared to our rice production capacity. |
ChangetheChange:So because the territory belongs to China other Nations won't use the sea? Pls learn more abt Diplomatic relationships! |
babasolution:You are so ignorant abt shariah and believing everything u hear from ur bigotic congregation. Come to the North and see things beyond hear-say. |
Jeon:I tell u.... |
mrvitalis:Empty ranting. Traders are always afraid of manufacturing; trading is only rendering Nation vulnerable to stagnant growth. Is it not shameful that u still can't see light in this news and still accusing Govt or Dangote of non-existing bias? Many of ur people received licence and billions of Nairal loan from CBN under GEJ feigning to build modular refineries, where are they today? You also play victim card when in reality ur attitude is very dirty, hate filled with no aorta of sense to realise how mad u are abt ur actions. If illegal refineries can fetch money then why not modular? |
JavaScript90: owobokiri:You need to eschew this bigotry and face reality. No organisation in Nigeria is established for specific group of people in whatever guise. NNPC board is made up of people equally represented from each geopolitical zones. What u failed to understand is, many people from 3 Northern zones may likely share similar names unlike Southern Nigeria where SS names is different from SW or SE. This is actually why many Nigerians failed to understand when PMB make appointments with such names some Southerners accuse him of bias because South is so divided unlike North where people appreciate appointments irrespective of zone, religion or tribe. Note, among the names u listed one of them is from Katsina (NW), Bauchi (NE) and the other is from NC (can't remember his state) while North take the only advantage of the NNPC Head being a Northerner from North-East. |
jawalis:This is religious bias statement. Who told u defacing, tarnishing someone's image, defamation of character are freedom of speech? Atleast in that region there is sense of moral uprightness by having judicial system working rather than in some places where jungle justice is the order of the society. |
Kollins11:Campaigning for Tinubu in this clueless way under APC is a huge political mistake which has serious consequences. Learn more tactic to sell our candidate than this mediocrity! |
Where is the Southern Unity? I remember telling some people here that Democracy in Nigeria can't work the way Rotimi Akeredolu tried to play it. You may be academically sound but politics is a different game. BAT 2023! |
Redcrafton:See the reasons: Do you know that when Tafawa Balewa was Prime Minister of Nigeria; Chief of Army Staff was from SE Chief of Naval Staff was from SE IG of Police was from SE Chief of Defence Staff was from SE Internal Affairs Minister SE External Affairs Minister SE Education Minister South SE Many other key ministries to SE Parliament President SE Unilag VC from SE The University of Ibadan VC from SE North resisted same at ABU! Still, there was dissatisfaction by SE, the officers from the region killed this same Balewa!!!! Out of all the most senior officers in Nigeria, SE has 37, none was killed. 8 from the north, all of them were killed. 10 from the west, 2 were killed. Then Ironsi imposed a unitary system of government on the country so that everything can belong to a region who snatched it! We must know our history so that when we want to make corrections, we will not end up concealing the truth. This has nothing to do with tribalism but everything to do with the truth.....at times when lies litter the streets. There is a tendency to think those are truths and facts. *What follows are documented facts that can be cross-checked for authenticity!"* Thou shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. *“Prof. Ben Nwabueze was the man who drafted the constitution that took away powers from regions and handed it to the central government because his brother Aguiyi Ironsi was the head of state then. Today, he is shouting restructuring that he helped to destroy. We won’t forget.”*. WHAT BIAFRANS WILL NEVER TELL YOU ABOUT THE REAL CAUSE OF THEIR WOES IN NIGERIA TODAY: The Igbo man is known to enjoy blaming the Hausa fulanis, Yorubas and indeed every other Nigerian tribe and Lord Luggard/Britain for their seeming claim of being in third class citizen status in Nigeria. In their perpetual attempts to play the victim card, they recount the political events of Nigeria from 1914 to the present in a half-baked and highly selective manner which cleverly avoids the mention of the roles played by their elite who by all natural laws of judgement were actually responsible for the woes that befell not only the Igbo race but the entire Nigeria nation. However, the national archives have the complete and unedited history of Nigeria regarding the political events beginning way back from even before 1914. I will therefore proceed to furnish my readers with the complete story for all to read and be endowed with enough facts so as to judge and act from an informed position. Shortly after the 1914 Amalgamation of the Northern and Southern Protectorates, it started getting clear that the country was bound to fail as the amalgamation in question was done with colonial fiat without the consent and consensus of the different tribes which were over 300. This prompted the political leaders to start asking for de-amalgamation so as to forestall the future danger which the forced amalgamation portended. To that end, Ahmadu Bello, speaking on behalf of the Northern protectorate in 1944 described the amalgamation as "The mistake of 1914 which if allowed to remain will ultimately lead to unstoppable bloodshed and a failed country". Awolowo, speaking on behalf of the Yorubas and Western minorities, described Nigeria as a mere geographical expression not qualified to be called a country let alone a nation. Awolowo added that if the amalgamation could not be reversed, then Nigeria should be structured as a strictly federal state so as to enable each tribe enjoy autonomy this freedom from being dominated by any one single tribe. But Nnamdi Azikiwe, speaking for the Igbos, denounced Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello, terming them ethnic champions. He accused them of nursing a sectional agenda against the unity of Nigeria, and he declared further that the Unity of Nigeria was non-negotiable. After moving the motion for independece in 1953, Anthony Enahoro proposed that a secession clause should be incorporated into the future constitution of Nigeria so as to give legal backing for any tribe to peacefully exit the forced union if it feels marginalized in future. According to Enahoro, such provision in our constitution would instill in all Nigeria's future leaders the fear of the consequences of misgovernance. But Azikiwe, speaking on behalf of Igbos, rose against him in the parliament and labelled him an agent of disunity, and enemy of Nigeria. At a later date, Awolowo too made a case for secession clause, but Azikiwe again resisted him and instigated the colonial authorities to threaten him and Enahoro with charges of treasonable felony if they didn't stop proposing secession clause for the future constitution. While Azikiwe did all these, Igbos cheered and urged him on because they felt the future Nigeria was theirs to dominate and lord it over every other tribe Before independece, Tafawa Balewa too had in a public speech described Nigeria as a British experiment and Nigeria's unity as a British intention which Nigerians themselves don't believe in. But Azikiwe kicked and demonized him too. Had Azikiwe co-operated with Enahoro, Awolowo, Ahmadu Bello and Tafawa Balewa about the secession clause, Nigeria perhaps would not have been this misgoverned. It should be noted that there were many Igbo members of the parliament in which Azikiwe fought against Awolowo's secession clause proposal in the link above, but not a single one of them rose against Azikiwe or condemned him. Igbos initially never wanted to hear anything like secession in Nigeria because they so much believed, though falsely, that they were the most educated tribe. As an evidence of Igbo domination agenda hence their initial resistance to the idea of secession; here is a quote: "From all indications, the god of us Igbos have destined us to rule the whole of Africa |
slivertongue:I know all of them personally. I know PMB all my life and I know Yakubu at NDA. He had strong affiliation to PDP that made him TETFUND ES. Almost all political appointments are politically motivated and must have party backings before u get it. You ignorantly criticise but u don't want others to open up abt their fact. Yakubu was appointed INEC head not because he is APC member but because somebody in APC wanted him to be! |
Bennycollins: slivertongue: Racoon:Though I don't agree with Govt appointing Electoral officers but the system is so flawed that politicians can play all sort of games with it. Prof. Yakubu Mahmud was renowned PDP member and served as TETDUND Executive Secretary and in different capacities under PDP but is appointed INEC National Chairman by PMB and nobody say a word! We had INEC Chairmen and RECs who were die hard PDP supporters and rewarded with INEC positions who went to write elections results before commencement of elections. Today, we have an electoral system that if Nigerians are serious results can't be tempered with irrespective of who is in charge! |
God1000:I don't know why u think these guys are handsome to the level of irla falling in love with them ![]() Non of them can match the least handsome of my siblings and girls don't give a Bleep about them the way u hype handsomeness! |
mannasseh: IKBARUTEN11:The rice pyramids made of 1 million rice paddy was achieved through the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Anchor Borrowers’ Programme (ABP), a programme launched in 2015 to boost agricultural production. Rice farmers association of Nigeria brought rice to NIRSAL instead of money they borrowed, that is the essence of making the pyramid with the rice. |
tuoyoojo:Irrespective of the price soaring, no business has quickly produced millionaires like rice in Nigeria. The price won't drop so quickly because investors have to recoup their investment which include the machineries, land, human and material resources invested! |
JavaScript90:Business prosperity has to do with peaceful atmosphere of the place the business is situated. Many OAG companies deserted ND due to insecurity issues. India has the largest refinery in the world despite not having oil. Business is for Wisemen not pessimist! |
tutudesz:5G has designed in security controls to address many of the threats faced in today’s 4G/3G/2G networks. These controls include new mutual authentication capabilities, enhanced subscriber identity protection, and additional security mechanisms. 5G offers the mobile industry an unprecedented opportunity to uplift network and service security levels. 5G provides preventative measures to limit the impact to known threats, but the adoption of new network technologies introduces potential new threats for the industry to manage. The networking and interaction of billions of devices will become a reality in the near future. On the basis of this, the security requirements for end users, devices and 5G infrastructure will increase massively. The introduction of 5G will also close the gaps in security which have been present in previous technologies over the coming years. These innovations include improved cryptography, enhanced secure roaming and comprehensive measures to secure signaling between different mobile networks. In the future, the mobile identity of mobile devices will only be transmitted in an encrypted way in order to eliminate attacks for example by IMSI catchers. The difference between 5G and its predecessor technologies is that 5G and its successors are more likely to be presented as a modular system in which services and structures with the most diverse characteristics can be implemented simultaneously. It will be possible to acquire geographically limited 5G licenses, for example industries can implement separate virtual networks within public infrastructures. Within the "network slicing" framework, virtual networks or services can also be designed and built with regard to short latency periods or high security. Security level requirements can also be adapted. This is an opportunity to build a much more reliable, resilient, and secure network. • Data traffic within the 5G infrastructure is protected by state-of-the-art encryption. The devices and the network authenticate each other using integrity-protected signaling. This ensures that if a single component is compromised, the other components remain protected. • The transmission of the long-term identity of the subscribers (IMSI) is encrypted from 5G onwards. With 2G/3G/LTE, this data is currently transmitted without encryption. • Authentication Confirmation is a new mechanism that provides more security when roaming. The subscriber's terminal device sends cryptographic proof of the identity of the mobile network operator to whose network the terminal device has dialed back to. Current mobile networks do not support this function. • Lower latency in mobility, since security-relevant functions are processed in the central unit of the base station. • Secure identity management systems identify location based authentication of subscribers; by this mechanism only the real subscribers have access to network services. It is based on strong cryptographic primitives and security features already present in the 4G system. In the future, 5G will support advanced cryptographic algorithms with 256 bits. This is to ensure that such algorithms used in 5G networks are sufficiently resistant to attacks from quantum computers. |
PotatoSalad:You will wail for another 8yrs, it is unfortunate that u overlooked ur useless, so called educated, Governors' performance to descend ur bigotry on President because u don't like his ethno-religions background. Go to universities where scholars produce future leaders and see how Professors failed to manage ordinary Department talk less of Faculty or University with not more than 100k Staffs and students population. This will tell u that there is clear difference between intellectuality and leadership capacity! |
We have the most useless, incompetent, overhyped, lazy youths on earth. Asking elderly candidates to stepdown for younger ones is a sign of cowardice and will pave way for lazy, incompetent youths to be screened witout experiencing the difficulties of the system. How can we trust power to youths who can't manage ordinary SUGs and NANS? How can we trust power to people based on their intellectual capacity not leadership capacity/skills? How can we trust power to youths just because of the failure of the elder ones? Many commentators about youth Presidency either don't at all know the burden of leadership or don't know how age help man have inner control. With the fragile ethno-religious nature of this Nation, young leader can emotionally put us in civil war! Youths have to work for all positions rather than demanding for them at platter of gold because this will make them extremely lazy! |
MosakuAW:Remove excessive bigotry and fanaticism out of u and u will clearly see that the definition of monopoly in your term is a biased definition. |
Jostoman:You have never followed his case that is why u said so. Sule Lamido's case started when he led 5 Northern PDP Governors out of PDP under GEJ. GEJ's Govt overlooked his immunity and started the case, the case was closed until after his tenure in 2015. The case has been going on slowly until when Bawa became EFCC Chairman and start his trial again by changing the judge proceeding the case. The case will continue tomorrow and he may soon k ow his fate! EFCC take care of corruption cases irrespective of the Govt or party in power. |
Eriokanmi:I wonder why u choose to behave like fool by making such ignorant, bigotic comment. When u go to the largest textile market in Africa at Kano, Kantin kwari have u ever care to ask the owners of some of the shops? Have u asked abt the ownership of many businesses in the North or u just follow ur shallow education with no research basis and commented based on ignorance? Potiskum, Yobe state has the largest collection of trailers in Nigeria. I have seen a woman with more than 100 trailers in Potiskum. I have seen a woman with more than 1000 keke Napep in Kano, I have seen a woman with more than 5 huge textile shops amassing more than N50m profit annually in Kano, I have seen a woman who farm more than 400 bags of grains annually in zamfara, I have seen a woman who has more than 20 trailers and more than 100 keke Napep in Jos, I have seen rich young girls who are into Abaya dress fashion design, many are managing restaurants and eateries from home, many are into body make-up, many have private schools..... I have seen many successful women entrepreneurs in the North on different Hausa TV interviews. Don't criticise people's culture, don't misinterpret them from far, learn to use ur knowledge and know more instead of being dogmatic by accepting every lies they feed to ur head. |
Saao:You're surreptitiously the most religious fanatics people on earth. Can't u for once look at North-Central, look at Niger, Nasarawa, Kogi and Kwara religious proportions and stop this delusional game? Many conflicts has been created to keep people divided in the NC by outsiders and u will never achieve this mischievous goal. There are records out there and are undeniable. If u try to play religious card with the tribes u quoted then u lost the game already. |
