seunmsg:I don't care abt non-existing reference. All I know is, representative deserve the respect of those they represented. What I said is international practice! |
This is extremely disrespectful for Nigeria deliberately done by Ghana. This has shown the enmity Ghana has for Nigeria. Though, I'm upbeat that they wouldn't have done so if it were PMB! THE COMMONLY ADOPTED PROTOCOL WORLD WIDE IS: 1. Hosting country decides the position. 2. Every hosting country places their leader in middle of the first row obviously 3. Then big shot country's leaders and friend/ally countries gets position close to the hosting country’s leader. NOTE: These arrangements of positions in group photo means a lot. There can be other criterias or reasons too while positioning leaders. Mostly it indicates intimacy among nations. |
They always find way to make ethno-religious bias statements out of bigotry. Is is sad how they failed to understand that the foreign beef meat is either from Foreign Fulani or from whites who legalised Beastiality (sexual relationships are legalised between human and animals) in their countries. |
SmartPolician:Only fool will think one useless religious group can put their mouth on sovereignty of Nigeria. Fools always pushing religious idiocy in the affairs of people. If the whole Catholics head of Nigeria and Sultan are killed no Nation on earth can dare Nigerian Govt except with usual verbal criticism. Religion is very useless in the affairs of governance. Many religious leaders were detained and killed and nothing happened. Those who brainwashed u with this absurdity should better guide u right! |
seunaj:Your comment is ethno-religiously biased and born out of excessive bigotry. Dangote's great grand father was richest man in Africa during his days long before our Independence. Alhassan Dantata: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alhassan_Dantata Isyaka Rabiu, the father of BUA was an Islamic scholar, philanthropist, industrialist and a renowned business tycoon also long before Independence of Nigeria. See more details of BUA's father here on Forbes: https://www.forbes.com/sites/mfonobongnsehe/2018/05/09/legendary-nigerian-businessman-isyaku-rabiu-passes-on-at-93/?sh=6361f7333d40 Being bigot and fanatic shouldn't close your eyes and look down others and expect them never to succeed in life. Know people well before undermining them, believing that only Christians or Southerners will succeed in life just like how u hinted in ur comment is ridiculous! |

The great grandfather of Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, was one of the first persons in the country to transact with a bank when they were established. According to an old receipt shared on Twitter by Nigeria Stories, the businessman had made a deposit when the Bank of British (now First Bank) opened a branch in Kano state in 1929. Dangote's grand father was the first person to open a bank account and make a deposit in Kano Photo Credit: @NigeriaStories Alhaji Alhassan Dantata showcased great wealth even in the manner of his deposit at that time. He deposited 20 camel loads of silver coins. https://www.legit.ng/1416294-old-receipt-reveals-dangotes-grand-father-one-first-nigerians-deposit-money-a-bank.html Somebody from this family can't in anyway be accused of tax ovation or getting waiver from Govt. Africa has never in the past 2 centuries seen a wealthy family like Dangote's family. Abdussamad BUA, son of Sheikh Isyaka Rabiu shared similar history of wealth since pre-independencce days. Don't say what you don't know base on assumptions and hear-says! |

Tumbulum:Don't derail from the truth. Nairaland forum can judge who is who. Always saying rubbish religious bigotry comments on Yoruba Muslims and other Islamic threads. Can't be ashamed of how it express it bigotry openly? In Islam no fucking Imam will come out and say rubbish things like those idiotic prophecies ur doom prophets do and be allowed to go away with it. The knowledge is rich that almost everyone knows the contents unlike those who neither read nor seek the knowledge but choose to be dogmatic. |
Truthisunique2:Always spitting religious fanaticism from thread-to-thread. Travel widely and eschew this uncivilized attitude. If u read correctly, the he claimed to have gotten it behind the Police station's mosque. Look at Nairaland carefully, u will see how fanatics ur people are in every thread. I'm pleased how most Muslims shun ur bigotic comments. You should be ashamed of ur actions, ur religious leaders should stop training u on this path that will only keep embarrassing ur religion. The whole world is seeing ur daily comments and is on record how intolerant u are on religious matters! |
Tumbulum:Stop going to religious places and dogmatically accept all their concocted stories, read and learn! |
Idiko1:What do I expect from people who always express consistent denials despite being the cause of their and others mayhem? |
Blessedassuranc:Wonderful! Senseful one is justifying violent bloody ethno-religious bias coup orchestrated by a single tribe! Slave is he who accepted all brought to him by slave masters! More volume for ur absurdity ![]() |
Tumbulum:Muslims aren't dogmatic for accepting every shot someone tell them without assessing them. The vidows abr that Bible were made by Christians not just Muslims. |
Tumbulum:Muslims make the claim because after conquering Constantinople Bible that seems to be original which undergone no changes was found and kept in Turkey. Watch this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxFlpYLFGzk You can also see how your brain has been washed, manipulated since era of conatantine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0E_bRADucBI |
Truthisunique2:Only fool will disagree that US and EU States don't go to war simultaneously for both religious and economic gains . Turkey is an EU member, they're Europeans but denied full membership due to the possible increase in large Muslims proportion they would take to EU. US qnd her EU ally surreptitiously attacked and destroyed Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan because of Islamaphobia. They confessed the creation of Taliban and used them to destroy many Muslims Nations. US officials were in numerous occasions caught tagging middle-Eastern Nations' war with US and her ally as modern crusade. EU Nations strategically explored, colonised and imposed religion (through missionaries) on many Nations. In Nigeria they fought bloody battle with Islamic Empire of Sokoto, cancelled Shariah system and substituted it with their religious like doctrines; no amount of dogde or denial can stop reasonable people from seeing truth. Disguising behind economy to fight war is a fatal sinister. |
slawormiir:Some people will die asslicking Atiku to be mere commissioners as running mate not even in ASO rock ![]() |
MuchAdo:Yes, she was! |
FarahAideed:Zainab Marwa-Abubakar was born in Bauchi State and raised in a multi tribal and multi lingual family, with a father from Adamawa state and a mother from Imo. Just like the Husband who live most of his life in Enugu, Ogun, Lagos and many other states! |
Truthisunique2:Zainab Marwa-Abubakar was born in Bauchi State and raised in a multi tribal and multi lingual family, with a father from Adamawa state and a mother from Imo. Islam doesn't force people to live life in certain ways but rather counsel them to be morally upright which many confused fellows are envious abt! |
Blessedassuranc:For the sake of little peace all killings should be limited to civilians rather than Govt officials, and it is so sad that some people are intolerant, insensitive and always intimidating others through ethno-religious bigotry which always lead to unrest. Do you know that when Tafawa Balewa was Prime Minister of Nigeria; Chief of Army Staff was from SE correct Chief of Naval Staff was from SE So Admiral Wey a Yoruba man is now igbo IG of Police was from SE So Louis Edet is Now an igbo man Chief of Defence Staff was from SE that post was none existent in the 60s Internal Affairs Minister SE So Majekodumi is now south east External Affairs Minister SE So Mathew Mbu is now south east Education Minister South SE correct Many other key ministries to SE can you give me the names of the key ministries Parliament President SE Nwafor Orizu was elected by caucus of both NCNC and NPC Unilag VC from SE Eni Njoku was appointed by the outgoing British Federal commisioner The University of Ibadan VC from SE Kenneth Dike was appointed by the British North resisted same at ABU! How did the north resist the first VC of ABU was Norman Foster a white man Still, there was dissatisfaction by SE, the officers from the region killed this same Balewa, Northern and Southern Premiers. Out of all the most senior officers in Nigeria, SE has 37, none was killed. 8 from the north, all of them were killed. 10 from the west, 2 were killed. Then Ironsi imposed a unitary system of government on the country so that everything can belong to a region who snatched it! All indices are justified in my previous cliams! |
ello29:Do u think we are not fully aware o the spread of falsehood, hatred and all sort of propaganda against APC and this Govt? It is obvious APC performed below expectations but PDP failed us more. All the ethno-religious assertion by single group of primitive people calling this Govt all sort of names is very clear to us. Isn't because they fald because GEJ fald more than them but because u see everything in the prism of religion. Though North has always being in Govt from 1999 to date due to her political consciousness but SW made alliance with PDP in 2011 and it was OK. When SW felt cheated shifted their alliance and formed APC with mostly North, the primitive people labelled the alliance religious because of their extreme religious fanaticism and intolerance. This alliance will continue and it bigotry will be buried forever. Do u think we don't fully understand the obvious hatred against Tinubu? It isn't because he is incompetent or don't have the capacity but it is religiously motivated from the same primitive people who can't play the game well. We think many decades ahead of u in all ramifications of life! |
moshino:Though we can't be pessimist by comparing ourselves with others but comparing 500-2000yrs old Nations and less than 120yrs old is ridiculous and over ambitious comparison! We are going there and we will make it! |
ugom123:All was going well until the 1966 sad ethnic driven coup, that event is difficult to be healed and was responsible for destroying all the hope ad commitment we have as Nation. Anyway, we can still fix everything! |
Asgard63:You are the culprits and still expecting us to forgive or see u as innocent? What did Murtala do that deserve this animalistic comment from u? Then Ironsi imposed a unitary system of government on the country so that everything can belong to a region who snatched it! But the decree was never used. Gowon put a decree that gave rise to the quasi federal system we have today and not Ironsi. If you must know Gowon repealed Ironsi's decree after he was killed. Going by this cruelty u imposed and put Nigerians in u still have the gut to suspect those who corrected it sins, nonsense! |

One most ignorant comments made by some people about Fulani invasion of the North is, the rulers (Hausa) of the then Northern Nigeria were cruel, insensitive and lost the support of their subjects. Danfodio emancipated them from their opressors, his Jihad was never between tribes but between justice and injustice fought by both Hausa and Fulani and overthrew the cruel leadership of Hausa kings. For Northerners, Usman Danfodio was the best thing to have happened to North. Under Danfodio, schools were established under Islamic scholars, market and businesses were guided by justice system, intact leadership was set! |
Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has attributed Evangelist Fumilayo Adebayo, nicknamed Mummy G.O’s hellfire meme currently making the rounds on social media to Africans’ ignorance. DAILY POST reports that the social media was recently flooded with some clips of Mummy G.O’s preaching where she tagged relatively everything including football and comedy as sin, saying those involved will go to hellfire. Mummy G.O in one of the clips, also claimed that she has been a virgin all her life, despite having had premarital sexual relationship and after giving birth to children. Reacting to the memes, the socio-political activist in a post on his official Facebook page, lamented how Africans are easily manipulated through the gospel. He likened the trend to how Africans were forced to abandon their religion to accept an imported way of life during the colonial era. He said, “One thing the current Mummy GO phenomenon has laid bare is how easy it is to manipulate the psyche of our people. "And it was even a factor in colonialism. European traders beguiled our ancestors with mirrors and other knickknacks that they had previously never seen. Then they sent in missionaries to Europeanise us in the guise of Christianising us. “At first they were holding their own version of Scripture, which they called The Bible, while our ancestors held on to their ancestral lands. It was not too long before our ancestors were the ones holding the European Bible (not Scripture) and the colonialists were holding their ancestral lands. “Let no one be deceived. I believe in Christ. I believe He is the Only Way to God. And I believe in Scripture. But what the European colonialists brought to Africa, Latin America and other colonised places was not the historically accurate Christ, nor the spiritually pure way to God, or indeed the genuine Scripture. “And sadly, till this day, my people still celebrate European cultural weddings, burials and pagan holidays, and think they are practising the same pure faith that was handed down by Christ and His disciples to the early church. “That is the chief reason why Mummy GO is sending everybody to hell. She and many others like her (many of whom have branded thousands of children witches, leading them to be kicked out by their parents) do not know the difference between Christendom and true Christ follower-ship. “And that is why African Christians are gradually being beguiled to be intolerant of polygamy, which was practised in Scripture, but tolerant of same-sex marriage, which is condemned in Scripture. To think otherwise is to be uncivilised”. https://dailypost.ng/2022/01/08/real-reason-mummy-g-o-sends-everybody-to-hellfire-reno-omokri/ |
Putinmyrod:Who messed it up? Are they not the same people who killed the original Federal structure for the greed of Central power before they lost it? NIMASA, FMoT, LASG, Banks, NPA and many private investors are involved in the project that cost more than $1.5b. |
olas24u:Amaechi and his team! |
olas24u:Atleast they bring the best idea to finance the project that was never on table! |
Putinmyrod:I'm not ignorant of most things I write here. Most of Nigerian projects like roads, Ports, AKK pipeline, oil and gas, rail lines and power sector are PPP and FG pay little percentage in the projects and this doesn't mean they are not the one who come up with the idea that shape the road map of the projects because we don't have the money to fund all the projects. So, in modern system of Govt all over the world including Nigeria this is how projects are being financed! |
