What the Pastor did was wrong. I hope he settles his matter with God quickly like David did. And I hope he judges himself same way he handled other members that did same before now.

I also hope the Pastor's wife did not fall into the trap of the devil that some Christian wives usually fall into. They use sex as a weapon against their husbands whenever they have disagreements. They do this because they know Christian marriage is till death do us part.

Secondly, Galatians 3:21b says "...for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.", telling us that a law that cannot give life cannot produce righteousness.

It takes the force of the fear of death for anyone to keep the law and not the power of God which the Holy Spirit epitomises.

It is ignorance when you hope to receive similar reward for the good you have done. What if her reward was in deliverance from road accidents?

I remember taking a commercial bus on this good day and my wallet dropped off without my knowledge. The bus had left the bus stop after dropping off all passengers. I noticed the wallet was missing at the point of boarding a bike. I turned, looked around and started moving in the direction I saw the bus go.

Indeed, and true to my intuition I saw what looked like the bus parked some distance away. I also noticed a pepper soup joint not too far from where it was parked. I asked one of the customers there if he was the driver of the bus parked outside on the road side. He hesitantly said "yes" after sizing me up. I asked if he just dropped some passengers off moments before. He said "yes" once again. He was surprised when I told him l lost my wallet and would like to search the bus for it.

The driver said "Anh anh, Oga forget that one you no fit see am again". Then he added "I don search the bus I no see anything before I lock am. May be another passenger don see am carry am".

I asked him to allow me do a check myself. He agreed. I entered the bus and checked under the seat where I got up from and there was my wallet. You should have seen the shock on the man's face when I stepped down wallet in hand. He was speechless for a while.

The next thing I heard him say was: "That thing wey you dey do, make you continue dey do am".

Don't look for immediate or similar rewards to your good acts.

I have come to notice many private schools (warri, a classical example) are no longer operating the 6-3-3-4 educational system that is practiced in Nigeria, removing primary 6, jss3 and ss3.

This I think is very wrong. I for one skipped jss3, and it affected me terribly, expecially in chemistry. Removing 3yrs of education from a child's life may cause a child to miss out on a vital knowledge which would have been helpful on the long run.

Another effect of this is the rate at which kids will graduate secondary school at an age I consider too young to enter a higher institution. According to this system, my younger bro is expected to graduate secondary school at age 14.

Their public school counterpart are still operating the 6-3-3-4 system, I wonder why the privates are deviating from this.

When your brother leaves school at 14 please send him for his A levels. He doesn't have to go directly to the university or polytechnic simply because he has O levels in his kitty.

People have a right to "hate" your party irrespective of whether you're ruling or in opposition. The "hatred" for your party does not imply hatred for the State. It is your kind of divisive mindset that tears a county apart. Whatever happened to magnanimity?

Just so you know, history is replete with patriots in opposition. Without an opposition, the best of governments could become tyrannical. Look around you to the US, Cuba etc.
