EducationRe: Campus Prostitution: A Growing Concern In Nigeria by Arsenate(m): 5:20pm On Aug 03, 2014
yeah the irony, right? most on this forum are blaming poverty but funny enough majority of girls that indulge in these stuffs are from middle to upper class families.
EducationRe: Campus Prostitution: A Growing Concern In Nigeria by Arsenate(m): 5:16pm On Aug 03, 2014
basically it's a cycle. a young girl who feels a young bachelor is uncaring simply because he's broke will one day, when she is an old cargo and not wanted again, settle for that young man. by then the man would have made some dough and will have the tendency to catch up and enjoy what he was denied initially. I usually don't have pity for women whose husbands are cheats these days. it's karma catching up with them.
the society is completely decayed and I just feel there is no hope.

I wish we could go back to the glory days when we used to excel in table tennis; Atanda and co. there are fewer tennis boards on the streets on Naija these days. could that be the reason?

fair enough. but while we are at it, let's make sure we don't add more to our already existing problems. homosexuality won't do us any good. it comes with a lot of health consequences.

it's more accurate to say 60 million bets are placed daily, not necessarily by 60million people. even that is doubtful.
FamilyRe: 'Honor Thy Children That Thy Days May Be Long Upon The Land' by Arsenate(m): 9:25pm On Jul 30, 2014
this zboyd is a feminist with an anti family agenda on nairaland. I advice y'all to always read her thread with caution . just have that feeling that she is always up to no good.

FamilyRe: How Does "Submitting" To A Man Improve A Woman's Existence? by Arsenate(m): 8:53am On Jul 30, 2014
personally, I hate trouble. now if the girl I intend to marry decides to tow the path of this recent feminists movement that is making wave on nairaland, no big deal; I'll let her have way. only not with me. she can go and meet the many "real men" in town who are ready for such headache and make their lives living hell with her feminist BS. no dragging, man. I no want wahala.

fubbyy: psychiatrists are where they treat mad people,I don't know if am right, my mental state is very normal just that my life is nothing to write home about which caused a depression and made me a sadist
by mad people I believe you mean schizophrenics. well schizophrenia is just one of the many psychiatric ailments we have. depression (which you claim to be suffering from) anxiety etc are all psychiatric problems. my point is you mustn't be "mad" for you to visit a psychiatrist.
SportsRe: Jelks, Okagbare Shine For Nigeria by Arsenate(m): 8:24am On Jul 28, 2014
don't we have white Nigerians to help us get some medals from white-dominated games like swimming and stuffs (the SA guys are doing well in that, thanks to their whites)? what happened to our table tennis players? we used to be good in that too.

as an introvert, being alone doesn't necessarily mean being lonely. truth is most activities that thrill and excite my friends don't necessarily have similar effect on me. I always can't wait to take my leave whenever I find my self in a party or party- like places

shaybebaby: I think I have stumbled into another dimension where majority of the people on a thread on nairaland are mostly speaking what I deem to be sense and not bickering!
What is this, a dream? ( wake up shaybebaby). shocked
It's not a dream. Could it be because it's Sunday and those incapable of reasoning on their own are otherwise occupied in their places of worship?
Does this mean that religion fosters dissent? This is too much for me, I'm going back to bed!
Lovely thread!
your comment is laced with insult. I can see through it
HealthRe: FG To Ban NMA, JOHESU Over Incessant Strikes by Arsenate(m):
nationwide24: I don't think the NMA demands are unrealistic outrightly. For example, is it not ridiculous to mention hazard allowance as 5k for doctors? Is it right to call every worker in the hospital doctor? Meaning even cleaners and attendants will be called doctors. Also, we will now have pharmacy technicians, consultant lab scientist. Come to think of it, NMA demands are genuine, fair and very realistic.
where was it said cleaners will be called doctors? no need to exaggerate in order to pass across your message, sir. what most health workers are fighting for is the right to rise to the pinnacle of their careers as is obtainable in saner countries. if our society isn't one filled with ego, sentiments and pettiness, it's a very welcomed move. it simply means we will have better trained pharmacist, nurses, radiographers etc all working with the doctors FOR THE GOOD OF THE PATIENT. but what do I know.
HealthRe: FG To Ban NMA, JOHESU Over Incessant Strikes by Arsenate(m): 10:04am On Jul 27, 2014
nationwide24: Where is the human then when doctors cannot demand for better welfare package? Yet they expect good output. I don hear. Nigerian government often clean yansh before them shit.
the present strike by the NMA is not for better pay, better welfare or better working environment. they are striking because government has agreed to some demands by JOHESU.
to be honest I do pity the government. NMA's demand are rather unrealistic and if granted, JOHESU will most definitely go strike.

FamilyRe: Couple In Divorce Case Made Love Before Appearing In Court by Arsenate(m): 3:48pm On Jul 23, 2014
cococandy: All this for me cheesy grin
Nobody's life is perfect but it will take a very silly person to go ahead and open legs to someone who's already taken them to court for divorce.
Everyother balderdash you typed has nothing to do with my post.
In your mind now you've made a lot of sense.
His own midlife crisis led him to court to file for divorce.
Na only am don get midlife crisis before.
'Majority of men'
So mature you doesn't even know women suffer midlife crisis too?
I won't be surprised if this your sanctimonuos bullshiit story changes when the woman is the one taking him to court for flimsy excuses.
Only women sabi fight for their marriage.
No be only midlife crisis.
One young sissy is probably already waiting in the angle as he claims not to love his wife anymore.
'Not every storm should make a woman exit like lightening'
I'm waiting for you to balance that message because the person exiting like lightening here is the man. Unless you're reading a different story from the one I read.
I haven't even said she should bolt even though he's the one bolting. Just the simple message of self respect and keeping her legs closed until they resolve their issues.
Guess what if she gets pregnant from that last love making,he'll still leave and she'll suffer it alone.
Mr mature. undecided
make una dey give up na. all this feminists sef. even when its obvious to every reasonable being out there that the person you are quoting is making perfect sense you still arrogantly refused to learn. just open your mind to learn once in a while. you mustn't always "win" debate or argument.
