obicentlis: He abused the privilege given to him by Rochas, how many governor can assign his deputy that sensitive job just to accommodate him?ok i now understand the reason why there were cries about abandonement of road projects.i hope those contractors would go back to site if these issues have been resolved but rochas ought to have known earlier and acted early enough because will only blame him if projects are behind schedule or abandoned. |
obicentlis: Jude is a thief, he was the Commissioner for Works where registered over 60 companies within 1month when he was appointed. That guy is the person sabotaging the govt rescue mission in Imo State by collecting percentage of contract awarded to contractors as Deputy Gov and Commissioner for Works. He has made a lot of money from this scam but that's not only limited to him, the chairman house Committee on Works is also involved in this fraud. The later, is representing Ideató south in the state assembly and that's the Gov"s LGA, he built a Hotel within 8months(Eastern Emirate Hotel) from the kick backs from contractors cos Rochas handed over award of road contract to him, Speaker and Deputy Gov.is that the reason the governor has removed the works ministry from jude's watch to someone else i cannot remember his name and the person is now supposed to report directly to the governor? |
Pontaboki :ok nwa owerri what is the correct info?if he did not do it why did the jpros construction head said he agbaso demanded for the money?what also does okorocha have to gain to 'rubbish' the owerri people? |
Demdem: well, no one forced him to resign, was there? I sense guilt of mind. Ikuforiji hasntikuforiji's day in court has always being in perpetual posponment due to very funny reasons.so who knows who is the 'remote controller' |
Demdem: The case is in court. if he is guilty, he will find himself in Jail. i see it for now as mere allegations.probably the same way this case is still an allegation until found guilty in the court of law. |
Demdem: He should be prosecuted immediately.yeah like ikuforiji. |
Orikinla: If the dirty and filthy traders don't clean up their acts at Ladipo, we will turn it into another ultra modern market like the new Tejuosho market.has the tejuosho started fuctioning?how occupied really is the new tejuosho market? |
slim fit :i do not think you have ever seen flight schedules in this country to know which airports are busy or not.if not that i am typing from my phone i would have shown you how ignorant you are. |
Maxymilliano: The Imo State House of Assembly has passed a vote of no confidence on the state Deputy Governor, Mr. Jude Agbaso, necessitating the commencement of an impeachment move against him.guy where is the link to the story?he should be prosecuted if it true.i wonder how martins agbaso would feel about this. |
Unknown Member: Peter Obi is not an eye service Governor.your writting pattern is a dead give away to answer your last sentence. |
AjanleKoko: I think I agree with this.all what you wrote here reminds me of the first 50 pages of a book i just read titled 'the economics of development and planning' written by one m.l.jhingan. |
ROSSIKE: Where does one start countering such a foolish statement as ''there is no difference between a graduate and a high school certificate holder''?i think he meant lots of nigerian graduates these days from NIGERIAN universities. |
the dei dei of a politician heads a certain fulani herdsmen rights and protection committee in the national assembly.so if guys are looking for where these fulani herdsmen are getting there recent sophisticated weapons and also the military attire they often wear when they want to attack there you have your source. |
must killed boko haram members. |
counting the number of times the word 'person' has been used on this thread. |
sometimes i think that sagamite in real life is a psychatrist that treats cretins, fucktards and all the products of failed educational systems in nigeria. |
Afam4eva: You're soo right. The reports i'm getting about Rochas are also at extreme end. So, it measn one group must be born liars.my brother the thing tire person.sooner than later i go visit the state and judge with my own eyes.i will also carry the image of 2009 to as some kind of benchmark. |
Abagworo: I'm saying it because I'm very much aware. Your common sense should even tell you this .human development or human'empowerment' via contracts?guy our people should learn enterpreneuship instead of waiting for white collar jobs. |
Biafra rep: You asked for my verdict and I gave it but it appears you are sitting on the fence! So what is your honest view on Gov Rochas?to be honest the reports i keep getting are divergent.funnily the divergent views are at extreme ends and can be so confusing as to which one to believe.i have not been to the state since i left in 2009 so the image i have in my head are still images of 2009.so at times i wonder at any time discussions about his perfomance or not whether i am listening to a imo pdp psychophant, okorocha pscyshophant, someone angry about the 10000 job he lost when rochas cancelled it or a neutral that has nothing at stake giving an honest opinion. |
Abagworo: @bolded. I'm so in support of you. A lot more is still undone but anyone saying Rochas has not done anything is only peddling falsehood. Owerri is actually the finest city in the East if all parameters are put into consideration. Orlu by the end of this year could also be among the most developed cities in the East. So when one counts Aba, Onitsha, Enugu and Owerri, Orlu comes next. That alone is a legacy achievement. To build a new city is not a day's job. I've not been to Mbaise and Okigwe but I have information of infrastructural miracles going on in those places as well.if the citizens of akwa ibom are complaining that they not have money to buy cars or take flights then they have to get enterpreuneural.what do you want the akwa ibom state govt to do?share money for the massess?have you wondered whether those guys from onitsha or from aba need you to share money for them or build infratsructure for them? |
drnoel: Oh! Really, if u have something to say please say it, I've got nothing to hide. I don't like the man Rochas cos I happen to know and believe he is a snake (without sentiments, but then he won't have made the kind of money he did if he wasn't) but I strongly believe when someone has done and is still doing a good job. He should be praised for the one he has done so far, and encouraged for the ones he is about to do. That's my policy and that's why I made my statement (controversial as it may seem to u). If u doubt go to IMO state, his projects so far in the state are in danger of turning me into a believer.i actually wrote that because i remember you once writing that his projects were stalled and have remained on the same level for a long time.you were actually replying to one Lord Naya's post. |
Okija_juju: Are you serious?!!funnily enough a lot of the spenders in these joints in and around owerri are not based there.the come from ph,aba, onitsha and even from lag here.some friends i know here in lagos you hear things like 'nna make i go owerri go flex'during weekends.that is why joints and hospitality centres around the town are danm too much(much to my annoyance to be honest) but then again since there is market for it why not.since the guys running these outfits are raking in lots of money(most weekends you might be stranded if you do not book a room in advance in any hotel and you do not live or know anyone in the town) i might as well think of opening mine later called 'asha guest house'.you heard it here first. |
Okija_juju: My Brother..ibari ogwa actually came into existence before the present imsg . |
Okija_juju: [b]WOW!!!!you must surely love ibari ogwa this one you are always mentioning it.will not be suprised if you are one of those that leave ph everyweekend to come to enjoy mmanyi in owerri. |
ndi uka opi ike! |
Abagworo: To determine the biggest market might not be landmass but availability of spare parts. I've never been able to get any parts of my luxury cars(Rolls Royce, G-Wagon and Rover) in the East. Was only able to get the headlamp of G-wagon from Lagos. Even the Coscharis in Port Harcourt had to wait for parts from Lagos.spare parts market of the ladipo types are for second hand or not so new cars. |
what about the in nkpor? |
Obiora4life: That is what they never learn, after all, there are motorcycle spare parts manufacturers in the east including Innoson, people travel there to go and buy. Let them traders continue to deceive themselves. It happened today, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN, next time, they will burn down the entire market.correct me if i am wrong but onitsha axis already has a spare parts market via nkpor spare parts market.nkwo nnnewi is also known. |
obicentlis: As Nwa afo Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha(though he is owing me) has complete owerri city school at wethdral road, imo hero square close to concorde hotel, commissioners quarters, morethan 1000kms of road in owerri, okigwe and Orlu. Built european standard schools in 306 INEC wards. 27 general hospitals, killing of PDP in Imo state that's the most important one. Just the few I saw wen I went home last week.guy stop the propaganda.he has only completed one out of 305 schools that he said he would build.also stop the talk about 1000km being completed as it is highly untrue.ditto the general hosptals . |
drnoel: Can't agree more. If u doubt go and look at changes the man is doing to his state and compare to that to what PDP has achieved in 12 years.that is strange coming from you. |
Okija_juju: I also say the Governor has done nothing excep built street gates, paint roads, bought and eaten roadside corn, banned the speaking of engligh by all traditional rulers, banned sirens for all except him, fought for chair in Anambra State, Beaten a female Imo Senator in Public and Opened Ibari Ogwa (The biggest beer Palour in the east). |
