SS 3. I went to those private school where they help students during WAEC (this was in addition to maaaddd teaching/tutoring. School was standard, I guess they just wanted to be absolutely sure/not take chances)

One day, during one of those 7-8am morning classes for finalists, the teacher was pissed that people weren't paying attention. I replied and told her that what's the point, we'll be taught anyway. Straight, she marched to the principal office.

Not long after I was called to the proprietor's office, there I met the principal and proprietor. I was a prefect BTW, and was academically sound. Anyway, I wasn't even grilled or anything, I was just asked if I was depending on them. I told them I didn't need it, and to prove to them, I'll blast my mock SSCE. I blasted it, topped the whole science class.

Anyways, during the real WAEC & NECO, we were not taught. The school stop teaching their students.

Shit happens man, even with best laid plans. The words "mistake", "error", "insurance", "lawyers" etc are real. Everyone experience it, just in varying degrees.

I have a friend that experienced exactly same thing 2017/18. His was so bad that they had to involve the police(she was threatening to harm their kid).

They are "okay" now. Okay in the sense that she's no longer troublesome. The solution was money. My guy got a better job. So he's able to always keep the house stocked with food and subscription on dstv.

That's the only solution. As long as there's no threat to life, you just have to endure it till you get better financially.

BTW, my friend is not happy, he's just accepted the situation. This is sad cos he's just 32 years old. Such kind of people can't make one happy as life partners.

UI masters stressful pass my undergraduate in unilorin(as stressful as that was).

Attendance was done like in secondary school where they call your name and you have to answer. Had couple of guys who missed exams because the didn't meet the attendance quota (70%) and carried over the courses.

The materials nko, nah die. Bulky. The lecturers?
It's as if we were their sworn enemies.

But las las, all was just stress. Meaningful, impactful, brain building education was not impacted in my opinion. I made PhD grade by just residual knowledge and quick brush up a night before. Didn't burst my hump or task my brain. The only gain was my degree.

I said what I said because other actors have pushed similar messages in past (some YORUBA movies) which wasn't considered CSR. Eedris Abdul Kareem's Mr. Lecturer, for instance passed similar message but wasn't regarded as CSR, or was it.

However sha, looking at it from the perspective of the bolded quote, it makes sense as CSR sha. Being whom she is, her passing the message will carry weight - especially when you consider she didn't do it for the money at all.

Yeah, I can totally see her (picturing it in my mind) refusing monetary payment , (though I won't go as far as saying I guarantee she refused.) Perhaps her earnings used for a charitable cause, like women empowerment? That sef nah another CSR abi wink

Seriously though, Messi should calm down and not overreact to the drubbing from Bayern. Barca board should be humble, acknowledge they messed up big time and strike a deal with the football god.

I understand Messi is disappointed with the club and all, but man, he may never have become the player he is today without Barca and of course, Barca sef gained a lot from him.

Outta respect for each other, they should sit down and reach a compromise, perhaps similar to the one C. Ronaldo and Manchester United reached in 2008 - "One more season with us (for old times sake) and you are free to go".

During my nysc in Edo state, 10 students 5 males and females each were caught having an orgy, SS 2 students.

I was a team lead for a group of marketers sometime last year and there was a 17 years old girl in my team, fresh out of secondary school. Looks very decent, never wore trousers. What was the content of the message sent to Ooni?

Was the detained guy saying the whole truth and nothing but the truth?
They don’t know.

What if the DSS have detained the guy for stealing a phone belonging to the king’s associate and sending messages to the king?

Some times the DSS also go on to act on their own after lodging a report to them, which could have also happened in this case. The Ooni might even have forgotten reporting a case like this.
The DSS should not have detained and held the man incommunicado, he should have been allowed to speak to his lawyer

You are upset that someone concluded that it is wrong based on a one-sided report, what about a person that has been detained for weeks without charges (ie Ooni's side of the story)?!

Honestly, reason it, what could a Keke rider have sent to the Ooni that will warrant his detention (and as you observed languishing in cell). If he has committed a crime, prosecute him.

This is simply a case of the powerful against the weak, as was the case in Buhari's daughter sim card case last year. I can almost see the "deal with him" order being given.

Many years ago, there was a period I was having bike accidents like weekly. After the several accidents, I vowed never to take bikes again. Started using Keke and buses/cabs till I finished. Haven't had a bike accident since then.

In my opinion,I think we have had the best season since Ferguson’s era. Going in a streak of 19 Matches unbeaten ,Defeating City and Chelsea 2 times in the premier league,Then Rashford ,Martial and Greenwood all having 15+ goals in all competitions ,Defensively better compared to last season despite conceding goals due to some errors from Pogba and Degea .But overall ,I see us becoming title contenders next season giving competition to the likes of city and Liverpool if we get 2-3 Signings like Sancho ,Ndidi or an extra CB like Ruben Diaz ,etc.OGS needs support and that how we can help him

Thank God you said in your opinion. There are those who believe the 2 seasons when Man U finished 2nd, and won EFL and Europa(which also qualified them for Champions league=to this season's reward) under Mourinho were more successful seasons. All about perspective.
