When we go to G7 begging for help or collect money from America this is the type of mess it would get us into. They are ganging up because they know that it`s a presidency they can mess with. Those structures the op uploaded are makeshift hostels for corp members. The main hostels aren't bad. Those structures up there are like the lecture halls where those boring lectures are held. They are used as hostels when there is a high number of corp members and the main hostels can't accommodate them. That one with 'Poultry Ward' was used as MCAN mosque during the 2014 Batch A set.
