I`m quoting this piece because I like the look of it. It`s also good to have the most important stuff put together for easy digest.

The fact that you have been facing this for two years is heart-breaking. Should this have to do with hygiene then make sure you bath twice daily, drink at least two llitres of water per day, don`t wear same clothes twice, avoid sugary stuff. Also avoid bread, red meat etc. So do this for a couple of months and see.

This can also have to do with infections-kidney infection, mouth infection or ear infection. What I advise you do is to google search these types of infection and see whether you have the symptoms. Should all this fail, you may want to see a toxicologist so that they can check the chemicals you have in your body. The chemical composition would show whether you have been poisoned or not. You talk of suicide, so let me tell you something.

Your life is not the same as your friend`s or neighbour`s. People that would go far in life tend to face the most difficult problems. Most importantly, the lives of the great ones dance to the tune of time and tide. So, if this is the time your creator has chosen to cripple you for a couple of years, then you can`t do anything about it. In fact, the phase you are in now may continue for another year or two. It means that during this period you would not be able to achieve anything tangible, for one reason or the other.
