Osagyefo98: young man go to culture section and cure yourself of ignorance
Edos are yorubas. Edo is a name of a slave boy who saved Oba Ewuare from danger. Edo is not a tribe, and the people called Edo are in Oredo local government. You mistaken Edo State to Edo tribe in Oredo local government. As a state, many ethnic nationalities reside there. The Ika, Urhobo, Isoko, Esan, Afema, Fulani... yes Fulani, Igbanke, Benin |

Osagyefo98: every single edo man knows he/she is fully related to yorubas.. The binis are related to Yoruba, and are just small percentage of the population of Edo State. There are many tribes in Igodomigodo. The people that relate to Yoruba in Benin city are few families who migrated with Orominyan from Ille Ife in 12 century AD not Igodomigodo indegines. You see, you have no idea what you are talking about. Ikwerres are citizens of Igodomigodo |

Osagyefo98: Case closed.
from the foregoing it once again established that Ikwerre are yorubas..
Lawani once said this.. Ikwerres are not Yoruba. They are Idu children in Igodomigodo. |

Like their tradition. And their obsession with Benin ! Myself I don't understand. It is like they want to wear our skin ! I am telling you, I will always look at Yoruba with suspicion, these guys are weird ! Yorubas are not telling lies about their history. It is the binis. ille ibinu was created by prince Orominyan. It is only the Yoruba that can tell you the history of Oduduwa not Benin. ife is the ancestral home of Benin people. |

ademasta: Look for the plant called "Stone breaker", it is called "Eyin Olobe" in Yoruba. Get as many as possible, rinse and put in a big pot. Cook it very well. Drink a glass cup everyday, morning and night.
Morning before food. Night after food.
Go back for test after one month. If the virus can be erase like that more than 20million Nigerians won't have it |

ChybuzzDD: Agree with some of your points, but if you've practised in Nigeria, you'd realise that's a totally different world. Most of these people are fully aware of the existence and implications of having any of these viruses/diseases, but have been trained by their pastors and imams to reject having them. Their new teaching is that once you reject what the doctor diagnose you with, you won't have it. Remember they respect these religious leaders far more than anyone else. The government can't do anything about such beliefs and practices. Testing, treatment and follow up may be expensive, especially when considering the high rate of poverty in the country, but even if they are made free, many will still not go for them. My friend in Portharcourt just told me he currently has a man with HIV, HBV, TB, and DM on admission, but this man's wife has vehemently refused to be tested for any of these 4 deadly diseases. To her, the husband doesn't have them, and there's no need for her doing the tests. This belief also accounted for why this man is presenting with these 4 diseases all in advanced stages. You can easily guess what the outcome will be. This is just a good example of how cultural and religious beliefs are influencing medical practice in Nigeria. You are very right about the religious believe |

Health › Re: World Hepatitis Day : A Hepatitis Free Future by Atigba: 7:59pm On Jul 28, 2020 |
ChybuzzDD: Excellent. Some, due to their religious beliefs(which haven't taken Africa to anywhere), don't like hearing the truth. Once you tell them, you will become the enemy that's wishing them death. The few years I practised in Nigeria were filled with frustrations. Once you tell a Nigerian he/she has tested positive, the next thing you'll hear is "God forbid", and you won't see them again. What outcome would one get in a country where people don't even believe they have the disease or that the disease exists? Don't blame them, it is lack of awareness for the most part. Again the testing, followup and treatment is expensive. I think the government should create commission for hepatitis management and reduce the various treatment involved with the virus like HIV. In Europe for instance, if you are tested for HBV, it is compulsory for you to attend all the appointments scheduled for you by your doctor. They will even write to you through email to remind you when your appointment date is close. The test and treatment is free. |

ChybuzzDD: One of several scenarios may happen 1. The patient's immune cells may successfully clear the virus if still in the acute phase(1st 6months) 2. The person may live just as a chronic carrier and eventually died from other causes 3. The person may develop acute fuminant hepatitis and die of acute liver failure 4. The person may develop chronic liver disease and die of liver cirrhosis. 5. The person may develop liver cancer and die from it.
Your friend belongs to category/scenario 1 You will only progress from chronic to cirhosis and cancer if you didn't manage the disease or you are not awear of it. The reason is very important for everyone to get tested because majority of people that have it don't know. The virus is a silent killer. It doenst show symptoms until it is too late |

LegitDeals247: I write with a heavy heart when I took my woman for hipatisis b vaccination only for d medical personnel carrying out the test called her aside and told her she's hipatisis b positive, immediately she broke down there and started crying, I had to calm her down and talk some senses into her. We were advised to go do test to ascertain the viral load of the Hipatisis B, Which we did(pix of d test below). From what I heard from multiple sources the cure is expensive and rare. So all I keep doing is buy her Livolin to help regulate her liver since hipatisis attacks d liver if not taken care of. Sometimes her eyes gets so yellow and she frequently complains of body pains and tiredness often and I'm suspecting it is the hipatisis b that is causing all dis,. But for how long will she keep on taking livolin? Because shes getting tired of d drug cuz she has been taking it on daily basis since December last year. I just dunno if there's a permanent cure for it so she can indulge in for dis issue to be history and for she to get her joy and happiness back, because as of dis moment of me writing dis happiness is far from her. I heard d cure is almost close to a million naira but I really dunno if it's true that's why I'm here to get better Intel that will help her out. Lucky enough I'm already vaccinated before we met. Pls any information or Intel that will lead to her getting a permanent cure will be very much appreciated.
Thanks!!! livolin is just a liver supplement not designed to treat HBV. How is she now |

Yep,they are the Muslims of Edo (I wish they never were) but that got to be same way the Muslims in Yoruba land came to be by the jihadists speeding that religion.

Better watch what you say. Fulanis have been living in Edo North for hundreds of years. The Otaru of Auchi is a Fulani man. They started living in Edo State in the time of jihad trying to spread Islam. You wonder how many people in Auchi bears Islamic names, this is why |
