1. Our Presidency still uses Paper Memo when the entire world even Libraries are digitized and all memo dispatched Electronically. Shame!
2. FEC meetings' Venue and Time is known, there is no need for Memo to be circulated before the meeting can hold.

Something else dey sup for there, and they dont even know how to lie, since they swear not to tell truths.

What I think NCC should do is compel all ISPs, all of them, both small and big to offer unlimited monthly plans. Let the price wars be centered on unlimited monthly plan, while customer decide which ISP to subscribe to based on Speed of Streaming and Price margin for the unlimited plans.
