Romance › Re: She's Asking Me For Blackberry Subscription Money by Atreides(f): 8:56am On Feb 17, 2011
Some girls are funny sha. How can you be drawing debt with someone you've known for a week? And then the next thing will be 'oh he doesn't respect me', How will he respect you when you don't respect yourself? Bb is not for everybody. Some people gather all their life savings to buy one only to find out that the cost of maintaining it is too high. If she can't afford the Bis then why did she buy one in the first place? Was she not paying for the subscription before the guy came along?.
I can't ask anybody for credit or anything because most people(guys) give things with ulterior motives, and i seriously don't want to hear anyone say 'but you were collecting my money' down the line.
If he offers to give, great, but i won't ask. The only people i can disturb for credit are family members.(i wouldn't mind sending 10 pls credit me messages at once to my big sis, because when you disturb them enough, you'll get what you want. . Lol). But a random guy? Haba. . The minute you do that he'll lose any sorta respect he had for you.

malmo:
I think it is pretty bad. What many people does not know is that it opens doors to demonic possession. Most things that people considered fun are actually satanic orchestrated.Bible says one should flee from all appearances of evil. The act also gives room to sexual deviations and all other psychological compulsive disorders, which may affect one sociological orientation.
@bolded,holy shyt! So demons now browse? Just hearing this one oh. . grin grin
@second bolded, dude, where are you getting this stuff from? If you think e-flirting is wrong then just say so. Laho, you don't need to talk about demons, and physchological stuff you know very little about. You think OCD is caused by e-flirting? Global warming nko? I'm sure it's caused by e-flirting too. .

Crime › Re: Seeing Another Man Tap Your Wife's Buttocks(what Do You Do)? by Atreides(f): 5:43pm On Feb 16, 2011
@topic,i don't condone physical abuse in any way, shape or form,  And hitting her in public? I think for him to have been comfortable hitting her in public,he night've done it in private before. And even if that isnt the case, once a man hits a woman,he will most likely do it again.
I can't really empathize with the wife/say something about some guy tapping her arse because i can't see myself in that situation. And if,by some miracle some Ewobi taps my behind,God help him if i don't cut off that hand that day. But that's just me,i guess. If it hadda been me,i would have set him straight immediately. And if the guy isnt a crazy shythead with no respect whatsoever for women, then we have to ask ourselves, what would have given him that confidence to tap a married woman's behind in public?

@kc,who said anything bout Mrs.C? huh I havent even replied to this thread properly. Look closely at the reply you quoted and compare it with the reply you posted just before that. Notice anything similar? I said the same thing you did-just tweaked it around a bit to mess with you.

Omolola my pikin,is there no way you can find out? Like ask him or something? You have to know whether the feelings are mutual or not before you can do anything-otherwise all you'll be doing is talking probabilities.

Hey - I just saw your paragraph - you wrote much more than I did and you are calling my little murmurings an epistle?

You better "Jump Back Jack."  cheesy[/quote]Hmmph. . Little murmurings she calls them. I was being preemptive. If i hadn't reminded you of your new year resolution, who knows?
P.s-I hardly ever write that much-most times it's not worth the effort, but you,you write ten times as much all the time! grin grin

Come shy-one,i thought you repented from writing epistles?
Dating And Meet-up Zone › Re: ::::::feelings For An Ex::::::: by Atreides(f): 4:35pm On Feb 16, 2011
Well then, since you arent sure whether your  ex has feelings for you or not,he shouldn't be an option. When it comes down to it,YOU have to make a decision. If you choose to stay with your bf(and i hope you do),you need to realize that making a relationship work takes effort and hard work,so you have to be ready to commit to your boyfriend 100%. You keep saying you're trying hard to reciprocate his feelings but it's not working. I wanna ask,are you still in contact with your ex? Do you talk to him? Call him? Have lunch/whatever with him? If you're still in contact with him, then how do you expect any effort you make with your current bf to succeed when you're constantly in the face of temptation? Here's what i want you to do-cut all contact with your ex. No calls,no texts,no meets, nothing. Get rid of the old and stick to the new. When you've ended all contact with him,you can start trying to commit to your current bf. Feelings fade with time. If you do all you can to stop feeding your feelings for your ex,i don't see why they wont fade in time. But if you keep seeing  him/talking to him/whatever,i bet you there is no way you'll be able to make things work with your current bf. Give him(your current bf) a chance. Make an effort. Try to make things work and give him 100%. If after actively ending all contact with your ex and making a real effort with your current bf,you still dont click with him, then you can't think of leaving him or whatever. All i'm saying is,give him a chance. He deserves that much.
Dating And Meet-up Zone › Re: ::::::feelings For An Ex::::::: by Atreides(f): 4:02pm On Feb 16, 2011
Why did you and your ex break up in the first place? Did he have some character traits that you couldn't deal with? Did he cheat? Was he abusive? Sometimes having feelings for someone isn't enough-You have to be rational about things. Have the causes of your initial break-up been resolved? Has he/have you changed? If the reasons why you broke up with him in the first place are still there, then who's to say if you give him/he gives you another chance both of you won't break up again? That's one part.
Second, are these lingering feelings you have one-sided? Do you know for a fact that he feels the same way? If you're not sure he feels the same way, then remember that a bird in hand is worth two in the bush.
Thirdly,if you had to compare your present guy and your ex,how would they fare? Would you say your present guy is better/more stable/whatever? If he is,then don't just rush out of a perfectly good relationship for something that might not be the best thing for you in the long run. Yes,you have feelings for your ex,but you have to learn to love what's good for you.

Romance › Re: Would You Marry Him - Even Without A Good Job by Atreides(f): 8:13am On Feb 16, 2011
But the girl is not serious sha. Why did she start dating a broke-a**ss man when she knew she had no intention of marrying him? Has she not wasted their time? Everyone you date should be a potential mate. If she knew financial security was a big must, then she shouldn't have started dating a broke man in the first place when she knew she wouldn't marry him.
