Zahnda:I was kidding! . . Although now that i think about it,a monthly allowance wouldn't hurt. . |
@Topic,i would have to say r*pe. I'm pro-life and verry anti-abortion,but r*pe is one of the few circumstances where abortion is understandable. If a woman is r*ped and she decides to have an abortion, she's still commiting murder-there's no way we can get around that. So in that situation, would an abortion be right? Morally,no,it wouldn't be right, but i can't say it would be wrong either. In that situation,an abortion isn't right or wrong-it's necessary, and if the woman feels like she cannot deal with the trauma of having a r*pist's kid, then i can completely uderstand/empathize with that. I don't know what i would do if i ever found myself in such a situation(Olorun ma je x3! It is not my portion!! I reject it in Jesus name!!! Amin l'oruko Jesu!),but i would be deceiving myself if i said abortion wouldn't be an option. Another circumstance would be if the mother's life is at stake and it's a baby or mother situation. Another circumstance would be genetic defects. |
WhAAAAAt? Edo men do NOT have potbellies. I kid,i kid,of course they do. Once they hit 30 and above they start packing on the pounds, but the most scary part is my agemates/young Bini boys are starting to have potbellies. I'm talking 18 and above. . Scary ish. . |
I still can't get over how carrying my handbag is a way to show me that he loves me. Whatever happened to paying my monthly allowance into my account? . Seriously, though, carrying a girl's handbag just doesn't make sense to me. I get carrying a travelling bag(cos it's heavy) or carrying any other heavy load, but a handbag? Seriously? What's he gonna do,sling it over his shoulder and wear matching shoes? Guy carrying girl's handbag/purse thingy=WHIPPED. Of course if she's pregnant or carrying a baby or something, then that's different. |

vertexroya:Erm,sorry, are you saying only men have the drive to make things happen? |
@Topic,I repeat,Abortion is Murder! How would you like it if someone just yanked you out of your home and killed you for a crime you didn't commit? Abortion is MURDER!!! |
[quote author=MzD@rkSkin link=topic=591957.msg7608974#msg7608974 date=1296070423][color=#0055bb]I guess I'm westernized but dang. . .I would crumble @ the notion that I am to be passed on to my deceased lover's brother. What if he looks like D-Sense or acts like Mr.Cork? . It doesn't happen in all parts of Nigeria/Africa though. |
@Topic,*singing a remix of Tony Tetuila's song-"He's in love with two women he don't know which one to pick"* |

Meklex:C'mere sweetie. . ![]() |
ogugua88:Ah but when you truly believe in something, you'll feel the need to share it,no? Faith needs expression. |
aminalib:That's a rather weird application of a tradition in certain parts of Nigeria where a man inherits his brother's wife/wives. |
Definitely. Having faith in a higher power is essential to me because i'm a religious person, and i believe that God is real and that He can and does influence my life-so i'd need to be with someone who shares the same beliefs i do,someone who believes in something greater than us,as do i. Of course, true belief does not equal fanaticism,so all those Boko haram types shouldn't come around. I don't think i'd be comfortable with a Muslim though. |

Mygoldie:Yes ke. . Profess his undying love and affection and then go and chase women up and down, will he? Don't worry-i know how to handle him. . ![]() |

@Topic,get tested. If i'm negative,i'll go to church the next Sunday to give testimony and run for my life!!! |
@Topic,not every girl is looking for a guy. Na by force to be with someone? Haba! |
I'm pro life so i can never suggest/agree with abortion. Having unprotected sex was wrong, yes, but two wrongs do not make a life. She's pregnant with a real, living human being, and no matter how much you sugar-coat it,aborting the baby would be committing murder. You guys can have a small wedding, like someone has suggested. Even if you decide not to get married just yet,you can still have the baby anyway-Just don't abort it. Even though i'm pro-life and i know what i would do ideally, this isn't about me-it's about you guys. You already know you have two options-either you keep the baby or not. At the end of the day,it's your decision. |
Meklex:Aww. . You're a sweetheart too. . |
[quote author=Mrs, Chima link=topic=592556.msg7601525#msg7601525 date=1295976596]Heey baby! P.s-How be? How's work and Uncle Chima? |
rokiatu:Figures. |
rokiatu:Aww. . That's kinda cute. He's your younger brother,innit? @Topic,how would we have kids? |
@topic,Na today? Everybody lies, and that's a part of life. In different degrees, for different reasons,in different circumstances, but people lie. *jeez, now i sound like House* @Mama Chike, This moto is going to Ikeja and you're going to Mile 12 . |
fstranger1:Olorun ma je x 3! I bind every spirit of poverty and suffering in my life! It is not my portion! Amin l'oruko Jesu!!! .fstranger1:Eziokwu? Tell me some more sweery. . |
