I need some info on the kind of questions that are asked during NLNG recruitment (especially for health personnel e.g. nurses, doctors). I would also appreciate it I can get general questions. I am preparing for their aptitude test.

adexkem: High school no degree means you have completed secondary school without 5 credits. While high school diploma means you have completed and also have 5 credits. Since you are undergraduate pick HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. In the form you will fill, there is another question about the school you attended. Include your present school and course. From primary, secondary and present i.e poly/uni. In your interview, prepare very well for question in Olevel and your course of study.

Honestly, i cant remember wat i filled. Considering my present situation as an undergraduate, wat shud it be? @Temmytanny, Remember dat d question is abt d highest level of education COMPLETED.

I want to know the validity period of my medical? I did it in 2011 Dec,got my visa in April and i intend to travel in August,i hope its not expired? I check many forums to confirm the validity but some say its 6months while some say its one year. I mailed US embassy and there response was a bit funny: Your medical was valid as at the time your visa was issued.Dont understand what they mean by that.

Here's an extract from the US Visa website 'IMPORTANT NOTE: Medical examination results are valid for one year in normal circumstances. But if you have certain medical conditions your examination results could expire in as little as 3 months. In any case you should not have your medical examination until the NVC notifies you of your interview appointment date. Hello peeps, here's d response i got from KCC in reponse to my inquiry about an error made in my brother's last name during the submission of entries for DV2013:
Thank you for your inquiry.
KCC does not have the ability to retrieve or make changes to the data that was provided on the original entry to the lottery.
Please complete the forms DS 230 Part I, DS 230 Part II, and DSP 122 with the correct information. Once received at KCC, the information will be included in your case file for review.

Interviews for the DV 2013 program will begin October 1, 2012, and process through September 30, 2013.
All DV 2013 cases must be completely processed by September 30, 2013.
Prompt response in returning the required forms to KCC will allow ample time for necessary processing.

Ayomola: yes fill the correct name i.e. CHRISTOPHER on the form DS 122 and 230 you are going to send to KCC.
like I said the other time u have the same chance as someone who has not made any mistake. AND MY GUY, PUT YOU MIND AT REST.

I have my Visa right now.
mistakes in your name does not disqualify you.
what matters is that you are the one in the picture in the application, because when u get there on the day of the interview,the passport you bring will be used to confirm the one you used in the original application. if confirmed to be the same person, u are good to go. keep ur mind at rest. no panicking and prepare very well for that daY.

Good bro, send an email to them explaining your situation and lets know their reactions. That would determine whether to continue with the application. They will reply you withing 3days

i'll do like u suggested. How long does it take for KCC to reply email messages?

temmytanny: Iguess you may have to explain to KCC about attaching a copy of his birth certificate to it when sending forms to KCC. Make sure you fill the correct name on the forms you are sending to KCC.If possible you can add some other documents to show that it was truly a mistake. About his case number,it may be active before end of the year(dec)

Dear forumites, my brother was selected in the DV2013 program. while submitting his entry, i made a mistake in the surname(CHISTOPHER instead of CHRISTOPHER. Please, can anyone one provide me with info on how to correct this mistake? i've already sent a mail to KCC but they are yet to reply. I need to send the DS 122 and 230 forms as soon as possible. which of the names do i fill in the forms?
Also, how soon can his interview date be scheduled? His case number is 13XXX.
