At the moment in Nigeria there is hardly anyone that does not have one issue or the other that he or she is battling with; from unemployment to hunger, poverty, homelessness, Childlessness, rejection by a loved one/family, Sickness etc. Suicide is not the solution. Whatever your problem is,there are some lifestyle changes you can make that will help guard against your suicidal thoughts.
1. Get busier, learn a new skill or something to add value to your life, like graphic design, a new language, karate etc. As suicidal thoughts comes when you are most likely idle.
2. Draw closer to God, read his word, listen to songs that edify your spirit.
3. Talk to someone.
4. Surround yourself with people that can encourage you especially in that area of life where you have challenges. Last last everything go dey alright some day.

I have been friends with my male friend for over 11years now, so he is more like a brother to me! He got married 3yrs ago, But we live in the same district, I do visit them once in a while! And I usually bump into his wife at market places, malls or on the street due to the fact that we live in the same district.

My friend is hardly around for the past few Weeks due to the fact that he do travel for work. . .But recently I have been seeing his wife with a Man just about the age of my friend, I have seen them together at the mall for 3 times now for a period interval of 3 weeks, I usually dodge and escape myself so they won't see me! The last time I saw them together I took a sneak pictures of them, I don't know this man, I have never seen him when I visit them, he is not a family member! I have been curious so I feel I should call the attention of my friend to this and send him the pictures too!

Please I need your opinion and advice.
There was this girl that I met about two months ago. Though we were just normal friends for just three weeks and I noticed she really liked me which I did too and as a guy I summoned a courage to ask her out. She agreed with me and we started dating. Actually I am a child of God and I don't indulge in any form of immorality but the problem is this girl, she always make a move for kissing and romancing which has made me to fornicated with her three times and these stuffs always made me sad, felt guilty, even ashamed of myself.
