with this path I am now taking, Battery pack will be in better health than a used one. used battery packs always come with 1 or more bad cells.

Update. It's 9:13pm and I just closed from work.

I had to compensate for the time spent on the hybrid to finish up some jobs that have been here a couple of days.

Vehicle did not start , hybrid battery pack is worse than mine.

I guess in my hurry to Get engine started I went overboard.

I will Be returning this battery tomorrow, and I will Buy 10 battery cells. I will take out time to build a proper charger charge all the batteries and start the car.

For the battery temp sensor (auxiliary battery) it was pretty expensive so I didn't bother, I connected a toyota ambient temp sensor to the harness, ran live scan, and the readouts were within expected specification. Sensor cost nothing, as it was lying around in the shop.

so next few days will be to fix my current battery power pack. I will keep you all updated as it goes.

P.S when vehicle is scanned now I have only 2 codes and they all point to Battery replacement.

P3000(current code) and P0A80(pending code)
