While W3Schools is great and you can learn offline, use FreeCodeCamp mostly because of their active community - it's like the beginner version of StackOverflow.

And FreeCodeCamp's YouTube page is a goldmine for anything computer science. SimpliLearn videos are good too and even longer, especially if you intend to earn a certificate after you learn each skill.

Programming is an of alluring profession, at least to me who seems to love creativity and real word practicality that comes with web development.

My interest in programming language, most especially Python is on a high, but to be honest, I'm afraid to start the process and commit to learning it.

After spending a lot of years in school, now I'm close to 30 years of age. So I don't know how long it might take to learn Python and Django. I'm sure it'll be a little bit challenging, but I love challenges myself.

So over to you, my guru developers in the house... is (30) not too old to start learning this technologies.

I'll take all advice, or critique.

I am much older than you and I just started learning web development. So age is not a barrier.

Please, I am an 'old-picker'(I picked interest in programming at old age). Challenges are there because I work and I have chance mostly on weekends. Though, I think I have little knowledge on HTML and CSS, though I do run to W3schools for materials anytime I start doubting what I know.

The above is same with me but I have 0 knowledge of javascript, would like us to connect. If we can have a project to work on weekly basis for now. We can just start with a landing page or better still if bosses in the house can help us with projects.
