The POP work is completed. The Project is on recess while the client gathers momentum for the final phase. which include, drawing of cable, tiling, plumbin and elect. fittings, doors, wardrope and cabinets, compound flooring and painting. The productions comes in 6ft in order to lift up easily and also reduces no of joints. 6f = 1.8m. there4 labour charge for 6ft will be 1.8 x 2200 = 3,960.

For 50 m length: labour for casting and hanging is 2200/m. 30 bags of cement. 15 lengths of 10mm rod. 2 rolls of b/wire. 5 cubic of sharp sand, small qty of plaster sand, and some used wood 2 x 3. And also u will provide bamboo scaffold.

In a small project like this if you have a sound builder (be it civil/structural engineer,architect,Builder or even QS )who can read both architectural and structural drawing very well and also with good construction knowledge and eyes for detail, you dont need any other professional. But in this your case i guess your site engineer is not sound enough based on the mistakes he made previously it was obvious that he can not read structural draawing well or may be u dont even have one and the engineer was trying to use his own idea. I will advice you keep your Architect for further supervision. half of what he got previously is a good deal. cheers

@toba. In this case d first work item is retaining wall. Placement of reservoir tank first of filling we be determine by mechanical specificatn. I:e d reqd placement of d tank relative to the pump capacity. If the existing level is ok by specs then u prepare ur tank floor and place, but if not u may need to fill to the reqd level place ur tank and then complete ur filling. In another case, if the existing level is shallow then u may need to excavate d reservoir area first to desire level place ur tanks and then backfill. Yes the cost of foundation (2.8M) is inclusive of german floor. We did PAD and STRIP footing fdn forttified with admixture and DPM membrane against dampness.

Another design just crossed my mind, embedding normal plastic trunking in the wall, prior to plastering.
That way, hoses can be passed inside the trunking and covered. this can easily be opened if service is required.[/quote]Embedding PVC Pipe in the wall for AC conduits like electrical cable wont work because there are abt 4 types(electrical cable. copper hose, water hose,hammerflex )of materials to be trunk togetther and most of them are not flexible, moreover this item are always taped together..
