Credit facilities is for people who have business ideas and people who have steady means of income. Corruption in Nigeria is more with govt officials. A lot of them don't need credit facilities because the national treasury is where to get their source of wealth. Don't let an old man fool you. This was the same rubbish analysis some half smart guys said to install Buhari but today they are lamenting their poor analysis |
If Tinubu wants to fight corruption he should tell us how he intends to stop inflated govt contracts, stealing of our crude oil, budget padding, vote buying during elections, bribing of policemen, judges, diversion of public patrimony. Govt officials shouldn't benefit from or through govt contracts either directly or indirectly. These are the main corruption issue bedeviling Nigeria When you hear Tinubu speak like this you know he is not ready to fight corruption. He just wants to deceive ignorant minds and illiterates who think having a house and car is life greatest achievements. |
hakeemhakeem:How much is the guy's monthly salary? This is the aspect you will always be silent about. The accountant general of the federation stole N80b, was it lack of credit facilities that made him steal that much? I just needed to show you that you are dull and your education is almost a waste |
Anytime you hear Tinubu say widen the tax net what he saying is double or triple taxation. The same model he has established in Lagos that makes many transporters labour only to give almost half of their revenue to street touts called agbero. At the end of the day someone like MC Oluomo can send his children abroad to school from the proceed of agbero but the transporter toiling day and night can't even have enough to maintain his vehicle talkless of sending his own children to school abroad. |
How did Tinubu acquired his wealth if not through corruption. Dull brains will be quick to say access to credit facilities is what makes life easier abroad. But they forget that the minimum wage abroad is not N30k They won't tell you that a cleaner's salary abroad is almost the same with a bank manager in Nigeria |
This old man has come again. With all the credit facilities Nigeria as a country has collected since 2015 till date, has it stopped corruption in the country? He obviously doesn't know the definition of corruption. If you want to know the definition and scope of corruption listen to the interview of Peter Obi's running mate Yusuf Ahmed Datti |
My heart bleeds for Reno, his political affiliation his affecting his reasoning. He has a job to promote Atiku and demarket other front presidential runners but Peter Obi's case is beyond his control. Anyway he is striving to justify why Atiku enlisted him as part of his online campaign team |
The ex general they trusted to deal decisively with boko haram is tired of his job and clueless about the situation if things. Universities are on strike for several months, colleges are being shut for fear of terrorist attacks, churches are been attacked, soldiers are being ambushed, the economy is bleeding, the naira has fallen beyond recognition. The Yoruba's conspiracy with the north against other regions in the south is the reason for all the misery we all are currently facing. Yoruba's owe the entire nation an apology |
The southwest should be ashamed of what they brought on Nigerians because of their selfish political calculation. The country is practically in total disarray because Yoruba's chose darkness instead of light just because they want to occupy Aso rock |
So should we judge him with Jonathan's success? |
School is not scam but bad governance is making it appear so. This is why every responsible and patriotic citizen of this country should put aside primordial sentiments of religion and ethnicity to kick out this evil party called APC |
Peter Obi should thread very carefully with this public donation to fund his campaign. My instinct tells me that its a ploy to blackmail him of misappropriation, inflated cost of projects, mismanagement and waste of resources. If this antics succeed it will dampen the spirit of many Nigerian youths who will withdraw their support and see Peter Obi with the same lenses with which they see other politician. Though its a noble idea that will drive his campaign but he should be extremely careful and he handles it. So far we have seen soany volunteers doing online and offline campaign for him for free. I think more of this should be encouraged than collecting donations. |
Many Yorubas are only supporting Tinubu for ethnic reasons. A lot of them know Peter Obi is a better candidate by all standards. |
Why am I supporting Peter Obi for President? 1. As governor of Anambra state for 8 years he didn't borrow any kobo from anywhere. 2. Yet he executed a lot of projects from road construction, built and equipped so many hospitals. 3. He invested a lot of money of the state into businesses that has yielded so much profits. 4. Till date he is the only governor in Nigeria who left billions of naira in the state purse for his successor. Other governors left empty purse plus debts. The Anambra state international airport recently built was achieved with the money he left behind 4. He paid so much attention to education that his state became No 1 position both in WAEC and NECO exams for most of his tenure. 5. When he was governor he was able to cut the cost of governance significantly. 6. He was impeached twice because they said he was not sharing money like others but that didn't make him compromise. 7. He has said he wants to move Nigeria from consumption to production thereby creating jobs for our youths. 8. He has no single scandal of corruption or anything else. Its my opinion that we need someone and many more people like this in our leadership and government circle. |
We shouldn't try to drag Peter Obi over the wrong done by other people. If anyone uses unpleasant words on you, please face or sue the person and leave innocent Peter Obi out of it. The strategy of Reno and his likes is very simple, they want to quench the online popularity of Peter Obi because they feel threatened by his political, educational and personal credentials plus his growing popularity. Peter Obi lafe Peter Obi lo le se |
In the build up to the 2015 general election, the Nigeria polity was tensed with political debates between APC and PDP supporters. President Goodluck Jonathan who was the sitting president was insulted and called so many unsavory names by the supporters of the opposition party (APC). Yet, the insults and abusive words used against the president was not an issue of national discus. So why are some people trying to blackmail Peter Obi for the offence of other people. Attack Peter Obi by what he has said or done. Don't attack him based on what someone else said because he is not in control of what others say or do. Let the debate and campaign for 2023 election be objective so we can fix this country. I come in peace. |
Take back Naija, Peter Obi is our MAN |
Reno is working so hard to kill Peter Obi's popularity for the advantage of Atiku Abubakar. He should stop this shenanigan of attacking Peter Obi through supporters. Afterall, everybody has freedom of speech. Reno should rather try to demarket Peter Obi through real issues that bothers on competence, experience, intelligence, integrity, transparency and accountability. |
Peter Obi LA fe Peter Obi lo le se |

He is chairman of several banks and companies but never recommended his son for any job in those companies after he graduated. But encouraged him to apply for jobs vacancies like every other person because he believes in competence and merit system unlike the Nigerian system of "man know man" Vote Peter Obi Vote for a New Nigeria that works for all |

The love for Peter Obi both nationally and internationally is far beyond the hate from those bunch of sentimental and ethnic black minds like black amala. Love will conquer hate in the end. |

We need Peter Obi at the critical time. Buhari and Prof Yemi Osibanjo has badly plundered our economy and collective patrimony. Today, 1. N600 = $1 2. Companies have started retrenching their workers because of high operating cost. 3. Some banks now resume by 9am and close by 3pm due to the high cost of diesel. 4. Over 70% of our national revenue is used to service foreign debts 5. Over N1b is spent monthly on school feeding scam 6. Billions of naira is spent monthly on fuel subsidy scam 7. Nigerians are being killed almost everywhere everyday Anyone who still think APC deserves to be reelected in 2023 is an adversary to Nigeria. |
9jii:I can guess your tribe by your vibe. |
Tinubu has always shown that he is not interested in running a govt that favours the poor masses. His govt is only meant for the rich and elite. |
In a country where workers are being owed salary. ondo state managed to pay workers salary of over 6 months ago. How will they be able to service mortgage. In a country where minimum wage is 30k, how will a worker pay mortgage of 5m? In a country with high unemployment rate, will a jobless person be allowed access to a mortgage credit system. In a country with double digit inflation how such system survive. Dull people will be quick to compare American system with Nigeria, forgetting that America no be Nigeria. |
Did Tinubu acquire his cars and housed through mortgage? His he less corrupt than people who don't own cars or houses? |
In a country with over 30% unemployment rate you are talking about credit system. What happens when the person losses his job. |
You earn 100k monthly Typical monthly expenses includes: Tax is 10k 12.5kg gas is 12k Bag of rice is 30k PHCN bill is 5k Transport fee is 15k House cleaning bill 5k Bevearage/toothpaste 10k Groundnut oil is 17k Fuel for generator 15k Drinking water 10k Total monthly expenses = N129k We have not listed things like: Children school fee Children clothing's Medical cost Repairs and maintenance cost Airtime/data Etc So how on earth do you service the mortgage? |
