Peter Obi's track record as governor of Anambra state is there for all to see. He was able to cut d cost of governance and also increased revenue. APC can zone their presidency to any region they choose, so also PDP should zone their presidential ticket to any region they consider to be more strategic to win the presidential election. If the southern governor's forum can't push for Igbo presidency then please the north should continue ruling until we get sense down the south. Yoruba's think they are wiser than everyone else in Nigeria. In 2015 they betrayed the entire south by romancing the north to claim power from the south. Yoruba's reading the body language of the north to retain the presidency in 2023 wants to use other region in the south to fight their cause in APC. As everyone knows APC and PDP are two separate parties, with distinct strategies to win the presidency come 2023. Therefore, southern governor's forum shouldn't compel political parties to field presidential candidate from the south when such move may be counter productive. Akeredolu is playing the afonja strategy. If they are really serious they should microzone it a particular region in the south, especially the southeast. If truly we are pushing for fairness then southern governor's forum should microzone. Anything outside this is only a ploy to arm twist the PDP to playing into the hands of the APC.
