vedaxcool: Truly, the guy is far from intelligent, you should see the way he was battered in his own thread once by davidylan, u would almost dip a towel into the monitor of you computer, if for anything to clean his "wounds" etc to me people like him and logicboy, easy to handle are signs why atheism is far away from those who acknowledge the bounties of Allah! This guy..... I may get dumb engaging the futility called vedaxcool. You should go read the thread again. See who's laffing. Just because we do not currently have conclusive evidence for some things theoretical, doesn't nullify them. But, you can't get that nw. Sad. |
fellis: You atheists can be so annoyingly full of yourselves. ![]() ![]() Not necessarily the foolishness of religious peeps. Just the nonsense called religion. Are you scared? Don't want me here? Hahahaha, I laff in nairaland. |
fellis:Haha I DO have friends. I just do not see friendship the way other people see it. I socialise rarely tho. My course and other things. I love romance......for a short while. I do not usually sustain it for long.(Romance as defined earlier). Yeah, all na packaging jooo. I'm comfortable enough to spend on a girl I'm into. I really did love them. Not just sex or anything. Very okay. Except for some of my idiosyncrasies ofcourse. And again, I'm the most romantic guy on earth if I want to be romantic. It JUST DOESN'T LAST.I don't think I'm schizoid. I may have some of the symptoms(just like most people) but they are not enough to label me a schizoid. I took that your test. I came up as an INTJ. If the J meant being judgmental, it is lie . It is not accurate. I hate judgmental people. |
![]() Move away from your mother. Before a sadist pastor/imam/babalawo ask you to kill your mother. It is human to try and blame unfortunate events on other people. Due to the belligerent nature of your mother, she's the perfect culprit. Don't panic. A lot of woman have pregnancy anxieties. Make sure she goes for pre-natal care regularly. Goodluck. |
I'd like to apologize for not doing enough on this religion in this section. It will be very tedious for me right nw. Particularly to logicboy. It may even be pointless for me to engage them, you do excellently well. Maybe even more than I will. ![]() |
fellis: I think the bond of friendship that will be developed because of your having things in common will enable the longevity of your relationship. Just like in ordinary friendships, or do you get tired of your friends after a short while?I have next to no friends. To me, friends are dispensable. Childhood friends, we don't even jell anymore. Just like a distant memory. Wherever I am, I DO make friends but once I'm out of there...... Let's just say no matter how close we are, I don't usually remember it like that. I think family is the only enduring thing I have. I never get tired of those people. Romance to me is ephemeral for the memory to be worth it. |
fellis: The trick is to get somebody you have a lot in common with. The love usually lasts for couples that have a lot in common.Indeed.. But what we usually have in common(little or lot) did not salvage anything. Love just dies. As in when the romance stops(all the hand holding, spending, laughter, d love in ur eyes nonsense), it is usually assumed you are not interested again. They are usually correct. This is not lust. |
^ I'm not Alfa to you naa. Maybe I will meet some girl I can love forever(she no get choice but to love me back). Its possible. Atleast judging by my Parents. Or I will never marry......... |
Yeah, it is overrated jooor. I'm not very romantic. I lose interest rather easily. So, the burning emotion of a few weeks ago just fizzle out like that..... Can't say how many GFs that didn't last a month. I think if the burden of romance was avoided, my relationships would last longer. BTW, by romance, I minus intimacy ooooo. Se.x is se.x , If that's not gonna be involved. I will waka fast. Alfa or no Alfa. |

rash47: ALLAHU WAHEED (God is one)Gods are fragile things; they may be killed by a whiff of science or a dose of common sense Knowledge is the easiest route to know Your God is fake and completely imaginary. |
Sirniyeh: Wegraf, ah, na wa for you o! Let me ask you a question, why dont you believe in God? Are you saying there is no God? Dont be confused by religion. From my experience, i believe the reality of God's existence but I dont believe in religion. May be that is what you wanted to say. To say you dont beleive in God may make me see you to be that 12yrs old boy. He is a boy of little knowlesge and inexperience path of life. A positive minded person will know that there is an invisible force that rules over all. The simple meaning of God is " THE UNSEEN FORCE OF CREATION". This force is in the hand of mankind, you use it to create your world. Your relational development in this FORCE determines the world around you. Thats why you have MIND as intermedian between the force and the happenings arround you. And is the MIND that makes every person spiritual. OK?^ you have answered your question. You have defined God. But this definition is not convincing enough for the 12year old, his parents and ME. You will have to leave them alone. And erm, look up the scientific explanation for things like air, how you breath and spermatogenesis. It will be best if you read from an unbiased source. |
^^#sighs# I don't regard you as a MUMU. You have a daughter, I do not. Even tho, this is an anonymous forum, I will not descend that low on someone that obviously is above such insults. But all in all, OK. |
Sirniyeh: Something amazed me! Could you believe that this 12yrs old boy went to report me to his parent? Wonder shall never end! You ought to know me to know what I can do. I did not swallow my word. I confronted the parent, "by their fruits we shall know them. How can your son be blaspheming God? Affirming that there is nothing like God...... I asked." eventually, I got to know that ever since they gave birth to the boy, they had never mingled with any religion. The woman confirmed as well that she does not believe in the reality of any God. Infact, this woman told me something that I'm scared to tell the whole world. But what do you think I can do? The question is, "is not acknowledging the reality of God a SIN?" Is the family treading the path of hell or what? Pls advise me because I will not quit this matter. Is God real? The family will survive just like any other family out there. God has nothing to do with it. It is not a sin to not believe in what you have no evidence for. You should reflect that after all this years, you cannot effectively defend the existence of your God. There is no evidence for God, None. You just know but instincts are usually wrong. Very unreliable except ofcourse with experience( which you have none). In response to your final question, GOD is NOT real. |
sweetcheecks: She did not ask him, she said Lord! So, if she had said, 'Kratos, help me.' And d guy helped her, it is no longer an act of God? Anyway, this is pointless. Gratefulness differs in people. |
sweetcheecks: And that translate Lord to ethiest, I am hungry? He was forward at best!Pls, I don't get this. Can you rephrase? |
sweetcheecks: You see you want to rewrite the joke. Who said she was going to starve to death. Starvation is on your mind hey?Eh? Berra re-read your story/joke properly. 'I'm hungry, I have no food, lord, provide for me' leads to starvation. Simple logic. |
. |
sweetcheecks: It was not good it was mockery! And letting her starve to death is the good? |
^^Trust me, plenty Jazz dey for that religion. But they have the guts to accuse ifa worshippers of sacrificing goats when they do the same. I memorized tire. Rote learning at its extreme. Kai. It was when I actually bought a modern english translation of the Quran that....... Man, this days, I just laff when they ask me to lead prayers, I'm always like, I'm leading you to hell, hahahaha. ![]() |
sweetcheecks: You must quit making this about you but about the joke itself. The guy did not help the women out of goodness read the joke. He wanted to prove that God does not exist. Why do people insist in deviating from moral of story or jike in this instance! He did good for the woman. Intentions, notwithstanding. If the woman didn't like the intention, she should reject the goddamn grocery! |
sweetcheecks: This makes no sense what does that has to do with anything. So who do you blame? Your choice but maybe you conditioned not to see God at allI blame whoever caused that baby to be there. Simple as ABC. But OK. |
sweetcheecks: The thing is the devil has never created anything, he just perverts everthing God creates. And by the way, the bible say we must take everthing from him by force. In this instant willingly he did becouse of his sick heart! What would have been truly sick, is not helping that woman when he had the capability. Denigrating his magnanimity on the basis of a sick heart is rather myopic way of seeing things. I can assure even if that woman was not a theist, it does not matter, she must still be helped. I don't understand how you just cannot get this! |
@sweetcheeks You v been conditioned to see 'God' in everything. If you see the video of a 1 month old baby being crushed today, you will praise God and blame satan(God's creation). I v given up on your likes. Until the day that little baby is someone dear to you, then you will understand the unimaginable cruelty of your imaginary God. |
denzel2009: The Alpha and OmegaAaaaaaaarrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhh Reminds me when they forced me to memorize the 99 names of Allah. As if it means anything. Funny part is, it is believed that if you say the appropriate name long enough(usually hundreds or thousands), you will get whatever you want. Man, how delusional can people get! |
^thats just wrong. Ungratefulness. |
BTW, ramadan sucks Can't wait to get out of here to go eat some Amala and gbegiri soup ![]() |
Hahahahaha, hilarious Don't know what's funny, the kid, the poster or the responders. I was sincerely wondering whether someone will bring forth a coherent argument in favour of God for a 12year old. Laborious, isn't it? You are used to using fear and violence. Man, I'd really like to meet the kid. To atleast tell him why its good to be morally upright. Cos the theists would have created a false dilemma for him. Either he believes in God and be moral or lack belief and be criminal. Well, a kid like that has no troubles.......except for people like the OP |
Sieving the insults from the posts is a herculean task. Phew!! I don't give a damn about politeness and courtesy anymore. |
davidylan: Like?Whether God exists.... ![]() |
davidylan: why does this fear exist? Afterall there is no unknown according to you eminent scientists. This fear has a benefit. You are more likely to stay where you are familiar with than leaving for some place that is unknown and dangerous to you. Staying longer where you are familiar allows you to procreate rapidly and your offsprings have a better chance of survival. #evolutionary perspective# I'm surprised that you will even ask this question. Or are you trying to say you are not afraid of dark unfamiliar places? Not necessarily fear but with caution? Snakes, scorpions and dangerous animals lurks in dark places you know. There are something that are unknowable in mathematics. Don't ask me for explanation, I'm not a mathematician. But the unknown will/may be known in a matter of time. Your perspective on these things is strange for a scientist.#just saying# |
Who isn't? Where I'm familiar with, I'm not usually afraid even when its pitch black. My room, for instance, may not have light for nights, I just find my way to my bed and off I go. But, someplace else,.........like in forest or something.... It has something to do with our inherent fear of the unknown. Its not a phobia sef. Don't let the internet macho men fool you. They probably can't stand a snake. |
