Bolustic:Imagine if everyone took pictures while doing good, would the recipients not be happier for it? This also reminds others to do good 2 |
They finally had to quit, when almost every nigerian on that page fired back

I pride myself on being rational and objective, but that all went out the window when an american and a spanish Mexican started insulting Africa and blacks, then and there i lost it, and totally entered frenzy mode, below are excerpts of our conversations.

She is pretty, i measure mine though by large boobs and ass lol, are you sure you're not igbo? More pictures will determine the truth, send more pics dear, not doing too bad in the boobs department, dont let it get to your head my dear |
I am a structural engineer, and just completed a hotel of 23 rooms all ensuite in eleme port harcourt, the price range in the boq was roughly 160 million to 200 million, land cost not included. Building a hotel in and around port harcourt is the new deal right now and it is way cheaper than building in lagos, i could do a rough estimation for your client if i get a survey plan of the land. You may follow my handle if you wish to make contact, below is the completed detached 2 storey building of the hotel precisely at akpajo in eleme, port harcourt.

Drchristian:Of all the names and monikers i have come to detest on this forum, yours takes center stage, you're so immersed in your loathing you continue to miss out on the bigger picture, which is the fact that whether you want it or not our country Nigeria is a ticking time bomb, and unless we decide to reach a common ground it will explode. Try to see beyond the vagaries of tribe and old sentiments when you make your points. You are not the only yoruba person championing for respect, desist from insulting tribes... As for every igbo person here, continuing to hammer the fact that delta igbo is igbo is pointless, do the deltans not know who they are, are the anioma people unaware of their ancestry, will you be the one to teach them their heritage... A true igbo man is not told he is igbo, it just feels right, when the igbos get their referendum, joining will not be about where your map or boundary lie, it will be about what you accept and believe. Do you think there are no middle belts who are igbo by marriage, or yorubas who are igbo by marriage, or hausas/fulani who are igbos by marriage and vice versa, think again... As for the delta igbos clamouring for separate individualism, it is your decision and no one else's. As for the yorubas, all i have for you is respect, i would be lying if i say i otherwise, i greatly admire their unity, their tolerance, their culture and tradition and especially their women, i have always secretly wondered and hoped both tribes will unite by some miracle (yoruba and igbo) i really hope i live to see that day. It is a shame our parents have sowed so much hate in our hearts that we rather die than show the other simple courtesies.... I shall continue to advocate for the great igbo nation and respect the great oduduwa race. God bless us all. |
abbey621:cant stop laughing man, Only hopeless men beg women for sex when its easy to seduce them |
greatwhite:na them na, the old bleeps! Their dirty desperation and quick offer of money for sex to young women make Nigerian women almost inaccessible, tell me how our young women would be faithful when sickass wipes like this pester them with money... And the stupid girls that accept these detestable proposals and come back to harangue their boyfriends for heaven and earth continue. |
Who said ikwerres dont want to associate with igbos, they always deny that they are igbos but in reality most ikwerre girls are married to igbo men, as for the riverine tribes, my own cousin is married to an etche girl, this is a testament to the fact that the igbo tribe is the most dehumanized, and ill treated tribe in nigeria. But all that's about to change, no more shall there be shame in identifying with our roots, we are a proud race and shall grow in leaps, i laugh when an obvious igbo girl from delta state will tell you "am not igbo am delta igbo" we shall no longer be quiet, we shall no longer keep mute, either we get freedom or nothing |
Mekailo:yes 2013 |
Hulo house. Name's uche, i live in portharcourt and i was wondering if anyone could just discuss the gains of serving in lagos, i am heavily involved in construction and design and would like to know if lagos is a viable choice for a practicing civil engineer. |
CaroLyner:i dont exactly accept this logic, the major reason why a working class youngman would not approch a too pretty girl in lagos is simply the fact that we have learnt the hard way, a too pretty girl equals a too pretty pocket. There are girls i avoid on priciple, those high class pretty ones, and we dont avoid them because we are intimidated, its just the need to have peace of mind. All they do is go for shopping, club, spa and hotel everyday on our pocket. |
Drchristian:dr christain, good evening to you, i do not know what experience you suffered in the hands of an igbo man or woman, i expect tribal jingoistic and possibly ill researched arguments from the other anti igbos, but you dr christain i must say has disappointed alot of persons following your posts. You may not be wrong in some of your censorous statements but the manner by which you propagate these statements are insighful and frankly beneath someone of your academic status, you are not a pitbull fighter but a doctor if your moniker is to be believed. Yorubas are supremely smart, fun loving and respectful, igbos are noisy, pompous, focused and determined, the difference in culture is to be respected and not tolerated. The igbo man is secretly impressed by the yoruba man due to his eloquence and innate intelligence, the yoruba man is secretly impressed by the man due to his dogged determination. Understanding this is the key to cordiality and peace. |
Biafman:was thinking the same thing biafman, i use my best friend ola as a case study, a youruba who has no dealings with an hausa man both in business and whatnot, yet when we argue politically he always defers to them, i always feel strange hearing him apostulate the hausas, and yet this same ola would defend me an igbo man against any other tribe..... Is there something in the waters that i am yet to taste? I wonder. |
My goodness, this is cowardice of an undefinable magnitude, not one of them is here condemning the act, if it was igbo by now the thread would be filled with ncan sighters. Is this what this country is all about. Tufiakwa. |
Followed nairaland for awhile now, i cant help but feel ashamed of the foolish greedy igbos that give us igbos a bad name, nor can one truly ignore the complete childish hatred of the yourubas to the igbos, the hausas are the more saner lot here. |
Oguieke:i disagree with you sir, as a coren registered engineer, you should know that there are a number of ways to build a strong foundation without necessarily spending so much on steel and cement. His mix ratio as he said is 1:2:4, which is as strong as any mix and which also cannot be discerned by mere eyesight alone. He mentioned foundation width using a textbook formula, which i myself dont bother with, as i have learnt that the size of block x 3 will give u even better result. The blinding from what i saw there is at least 100mm thick which in our climate is proper, about bar placement, mr op i concur with the coren guy, at least take pictures of properly tied reinforcements as i saw one of the plinth beams had very minimal amount of links than it should have, sagging everywhere. As for the oversite concrete, op i didnt see any form of reinforcement or hardcore before the picture, did you skip. As for the plinth beams holding the columns above grade, i would have cast someway and then use steel mesh to run on the oversite to transfer all loads evenly. This is not really necessary though if you dont have the cash. My contribution all in all is that for our climate this foundation will serve properly, its not the strongest foundation but it will serve. The dimensions of your pads are big enough to withstand any extra dead load, the depth is standard, plinth beams were introduced, proper cold rolled steel were used, and mix ratio is the best grade, alll and all a sound work. Carry on mate, i have officially signed up. |
cruzita:lol, cruzita, u almost had me choking on my indomie lunch, "uncle gwegwegwe indeed" ![]() |
henryhemon:I am a civil engineer and I quiet agree with this person, you should seek professional advice or supervision when building your home, you should have also increased your foundation depth due to the slope, this is because when settlement fully occurs the house may seem too low when looking at it from the front. Introducing stanchions at the four edges would have made more sense too. Anyhow I wish you good luck. |
Zico5:south west the commercial nerve of the nation!! Lol, Na ur people do am Abi? And the pitiful part is that you truly believe it. |
Kylekent59:will you just shut it, the deal makes sense raised to power 50. |
senior123:Look! Another tribalist-racist,What shall we call this one. #Bosnian |
senior123:Look! Another tribalist-racist Zombie, What shall we call this one. |
Sand filling of the waterlogged site to ease movement, filling up to a total height of 3ft to achieve roadway. This sand filling business had set us back a huge amount of needed funds.
|
Channel is almost done, initially we were worried it didn't have the necessary slope for water to flow out, fortunately our worries were unnecessary.
|
Cast of concrete channel finally commences
