Please I need help, I did my biometrics on the 10th Feb 2022, I got a mail on the 15th feb to send further proof of marriage cos it's a dependent visa after which I did, pictures, change of name, chats etc. It's 8weeks now, have called UKVI thrice and sent a paid mail, they said decision has been taken, I visited TLS ikeja, the said they have receive my document, please house what can I do, alot of people that did after my date have gotten there documenta. Please help

Wife in the UK been to the post office which the BRP is the since February, been the school immigration team last week to escalate and they promise to do something but my passport isn’t back still.

My dependant's visa application was submitted the first week of February. Didn't hear any more thing from UKVI.
I called last week and was told the decision was made on ~February 14th. I asked them to escalate.

Out of curiosity, I went to the post office today, and speculatively presented page 1 of the application form. The woman came back with a BRP in a brown envelope. She asked for the Passport and vignette, I could not present it. She said the BRP was received by them since February 20th.

I called UKVI again. The lady rudely told me that my issue was escalated, and I should wait for another 15 working days.

Does anyone have an idea where my dependant's passport maybe? UKVI? Home Office? TelePerformace? IS there any number or contact that folks have used previously, please? Help me biko.

Pls once you get the number kindly send to me too . I’m in the same situation since 8th February

I personally know someone who has this same issue. He is in the Uk already and applied for wifey and 3 children dependent visa. The wife and 2 children’s own came out over a month ago and one child still pending. He has followed up and got this waitfor 10 days and wait for another 15 days. He decided to go to his school immigration unit just last week who followed up for him, the response from UKVI to the school was there was a mistake on the passport so they had to return for correction hence the delay, they said they could not give any timeline for when the corrected one will be ready and it is being worked on urgently. You can speak with wifey if she can go to her school immigration/visa team to lodge a complaint and if they will be able to assist escalate.

Decision has been made , my wife in the UK already confirmed that my BRP is at the post office in the Uk since 28th February. Paid mails has been sent several but ukvi kept extending the waiting date from 10 working days to another 15 working days . Been to TLS several but they claim it not with them yet

Just go to the TLS office and present your collection slip, It would have been ready a long time ago.

I was there on the 8th to try my luck but they checked n said it’s not ready. Planning on going this week but thinking about the stress n the fact that they may tell me sane thing cus I don’t stay in Lagos .

Pls house, My wife has done her biometrics since 14th of February, we sent a paid mail. Decision has been made but nothing till now. Still at DMC. They said we should wait for 10 working days which is tomorrow. Pls what do you think I can do because I need my wife here. Thanks

I am facing same problem. My wife left Nigeria on the 13th February. I did my Biometrics since 8th February with my daughter. My daughters visa came out on the 24th February and up till now mine isn’t . Still at DMC . Sent paid mail, was asked to wait for first 10days n later another 15working days . We all started the application together but when we’re to pay for health surcharge and visa fee, my passport wasn’t ready so my wife alone proceeded and we delayed my daughter’s. My self and my daughter later had out appointments at the TLS a month after and a day after our appointment, my wife’s visa came out and she left Nigeria on the 13th of February due of the school deadline date . The problem now is that my daughter whom we did biometric together on the 8th of February already received a mail and I have picked up her passport since 24th of February. Up till now my passport isn’t out nor any message received. I was at the TLS on the 24th of February the day I picked up my daughter’s passport and present my slip but was told mine isn’t ready, went back two weeks after and I got same reply. My status on the tracker is saying decision has been made but it’s showing it hasn’t gone back to VAC. . I sent them a paid mail on the 3rd of March and I was told to wait for 10 working days that a decision has been made but they wouldn’t disclose it . I sent them another mail 5days after to know the update and I was told to send all my details. Later I got another mail telling me to wait till another 15 working days that the issue has been escalated and I shouldn’t send any more mails till the 15 working days elapse.
