Hello everyone.
Thank you for all the efforts.
I got an invitation to a 3-day professional international conference starting late september. I intend to go to the US with my family (wife and a kid) so we could all go on tour in the city after the conference. Interview date is late August even though I wish it could be earlier (just hope its not a negative sha). I have a job I am comfortable with and my wife recently got a >100k job. We are all carrying a virgin passport made less than a month ago. We dont intend to stay more than 10days, and no intention of overstay.
What are our chances and how do we improve it.

So your advice is to get the whole family a UK Visa.
Do a family trip to Dubai. (Hope the family trip does not have to be UK as well?)
Let my wife and child try again on their own.

@Mr traxsta, from a close person experience, even if you go with them for another it won't fly
What my person did was go to Dubai, Rwanda and also got u. K visa for the whole family then re-applied after 7 months and visa was granted, no need for work promotion,. The first question I was asked in my case was if we have all gone on family vacation together and answer was yes and Visa granted, one hand on my first visa back then 2011 oo

Pray and fast for 7 days then go back to him and plead with him, if the answer is still NO then go for court wedding in the interim atleast you can start chopping the kpekus to achieve pregnancy while we await his blessing.if you don't act these lady might eventually move ahead with all these delay plus drama

@kelEMI, they need to fill ds-160 for each person,going with kids is a choice,invite can be sent to cover everyone but my concern is how that friend made it to the U.S, another concern is the travel history of your friend and if the whole family has ever traveled together?lastly tell your friend NOT to patronise any agent, las las come back here we will assist to the best our knowledge but being honest during the whole process Is key,not only for today but for future application

My issue is quite complex. I have an important conference to attend at the University of Virginia, USA from June 17-21, 2019. However the nearest available interview appointment time in Nigeria is August 22, 2019. I requested for an expedited interview process and was denied. However, I will be travelling to Japan on a tourist visa from May 23-June 7, 2019:

1) Can I schedule my visa interview at the US Embassy in Tokyo instead (their nearest available date is April 18, 2019)?

2) Can I cancel my previous appointment (the one I created just so I can activate the Request an Expedited interview button) on my US Embassy in Nigeria portal and use the same MRV receipt number to schedule an interview in Tokyo during my visit dates (I have to create a new account on the Embassy in Japan's website)?

3) Can I use thesame Ds-160 form that I previously used to apply for a US visa in Nigeria to schedule my new interview date in Tokyo?

4) Does my visiting Japan on a tourist visa affect my interview decision?

This story does not hold water. US Embassy does not usually use the flight attendants to enforce bans. They were not stopped when they checked in. They were not stopped by Nigerian immigration. They were not stopped at pre-boarding. Ask them to really explain what happened.

The story does not make sense.

exactly what I just found out, that Embassy of United States will not use a flight attendant to perform such duties.i suspect fake tickets but in other to leave them in a situation where they won't argue much or fight back, they used the embassy

Hello guys, please I need your advise, I will be going for my interview soon. I have 2 babies (twins) I will have to take with me , my mum will help me with one. Their main feeding is breastfeeding. I am worried because I am not sure if the overzealous staff at the entrance will allow my mum in with me. 

What do i do as I understand it takes hrs before all processing ends. I can't carry two babies at the same time. And my babies can cry so well when they are not given food on time. 

Their US Passport has been issued to us and I have them with me. Do I go with it, explain to them , and even show them so they can allow my mum with the other baby in?

I am so worried right now. Please can anyone advise me on what I can do?

Please I have a burning issue. When I applied for America visa with my family i was asked if my wife was pregnant to which I answred no cos she was not. We got the visa. Fast forward to a year after she is now pregnant and wants to give birth in the U.S and has not been to the U.s before should we write to the embassy to inform them of our plans or should she just go since she has a valid visa already

am not sure writing the embassy will be a problem since pregnancy came after visa. Let gurus (seyewest, hiatuses and etc) in the house assist on these.

Maybe he felt giving out another white paper will be too much on his own part. If he wasn’t convinced, he should have asked more questions.....

Enjoy your Dubai trip, I think travel that you ddnt have might have worked against you. Also try Kenya, Rwanda after Dubai then re-apply again hopefully b4 this time next year. Pele.

Official - diplomatic passport and etc
Unofficial are your regular country passport

you are welcome, don't allow hearsay discourage you, they still gave my brother, wife, 2 kids including my aunt on same day (last week Thursday),I also got mine again last month. So focus on the goal, ask for God's favour.it will fly

well I don't think where the passport was obtain is any advantage however my concern is what the agent filled in your last application form. Do you want to continue with the lies or wrong info from agent or you want to come clean on these new application?am sure your record is still very much in their system.gurus in the house can give further advice that will enable you progress
