This is indeed a sad story but majority of woman who come to the uk from african countries including nigeria get pregnant quick and start having children as they see it as a way of getting rich quick via, council house, housing benefits, child tax credits, child benefits, income support amongst all other things. the truth is that majority of these people including male and female have nothing in nigeria to go back to because its too late for them, no family, no accomodation, no proper work experience, basically they have nothing . so therefore goiing back home is not an option for them at all. on a daily basis when i have the opportunity to speak to some nigerians both old and young and they start telling me their storyy if how they cant afford £1 for bus fare not to talk of servicing loans and credit cards they took out in the boominf fnancial years in the uk, i just pity them so much because clearly i can see they cant afford a kobo and such is the case of this woman. amongst many others. back in the years i had a friend whi had britico stay and he met this hardworking naija hairdresser girl in london but immediately the girl saw this guy had a good job, car and not lazy, she decided to get pregnant just after the first intercourse with my then friend, unfortuantely the girls flat mate had a fight with her and told my friend the girls plan, which saved the girl from ruining her future then becos my friend just want chop and clean mouth and if she had gone ahead with her plan she also will have been labelled a single mother, with no man, pushing push chair in the city if london, and hoping to get visa and benefits. really big sham very very. all those aspiring to coem to the uk in the search for better life the easy way, there is nothing like that at all here. uk is just a place to come, study get well educated, good eork experince and possibly go back home or to another better country. because things arent getting better at all. because if na naija this woman dey now she for still dey see people dey help am with food, clothes and small chanege on a daily basis and at least dey see small side business do even if na to dey sell pure water, boli or dey teach fro primary or secondary school. God dey sha. |
specs, pics, price ? these are what prospective buyers want to know. look at other post and take clues from there. |
iceblue:e yaa sorry ooo, i can understand because during my trip home then it was soo bad that when they bring the light its very full and i jump up and switch on the ac then gradually in less than 5mins the light has dropped to the very low that even to se with ligh is a problem, had to go and buy stabilizer for everythng in the house including microwaze sabilizer sef, ups, just of light issue, i just pray it gets better by the time am back bhome again. anyway i go buy tiger or small 15k gen wey i go dey use take sleep for night when the big one is off. @maskuraid i like your style jare. good to hear your weekend was bam, mine sef just dey as e be as i dont do much apart from come home after work on saturday and watch movies throughout till monday afternoon 12pm then set out for my daily busineesss and skool activities. looking forward to the next weekend and next 6months as well. |
@lawyer you have said well but nevertheless people will still always talk thats the way nigerians are. 1.5 for rent in all areas is not adviceable at all apart from if you are rollin in it. i have an uncle who is a top shot in an insurance firm, he recently moved out his father house in gbagada to go to visland and when i saw him last month he has moved back home again. living in these places are just status symbol and nothing more. we have those with multi million naira business but still live on the mainland, where there are good houses and location , magodo, gbagada, ikeja, oregun, e.t.c good houses for less the price thats if he doesnt want to build yet. a friend for example just got an apartment a 4bed in ogba axis and in total i spent 760k for the rentage, but his people eg, mum kicked against it telling him he can get a land in ibafo bla bla and be developing it small small even if he doesnt want to rent there in ibafo which is cheaper as she lives there, but i told her am on the opinion that the area you live determines the kind of connection and people you have around you,. BUT investing that much is not wise because as a self employed guy anything can happen its not all the time business booms and it can sometimes get to a critical stage that you wont have a dime in your pocket. so always think about the future and not today and dont always believe the future will take care of itself in certain issues. |
alo spoke to my neighbour on phone yesterday he said light has been worse since i left as before there used to be small light once in a while with very low current but now no light at all. am sure my generator will miss me no more 24hrs running. lol |
@iceblue well its a good area but in regards to the road when it rains , well there is no problem as the road is sloppy the rain basically washes down without holding up on the road. although its an exercise walking up up when going out as i dont have a car yet so have to walk up to get bike to main road. i dont always look forward to it but for now it has to be done. water well thats the next step ooo since i am not in naija for now so not worrying but will definately be buying gorodome when next am home to store water so that the aboki gateman wont be keeping my change after fetching water for me. lol my own aboi said he is from cameron but the guy sharp pass anything, every morning na so sos oga am fery fery to the exten that he was telling my neighbour that the tips he gets from me everyday sef is more than his salary. he speaks, english, hausa, and pidgin and always wants to learn new things. he can talk for the whole ogba. lol. by the way his name is ABACHA!!!!!! |
eya sorry for the loss ooo. at least thank God you are alive and well, but sham the car had to go. its very rare to find back stolen car in naija if thecar doesnt have tracking device or immobiliser that only the car owner knows where it is and without turning it off it wont start. anyway sorry about the car. but i guess if its insured fully compy you should be able to get payout by insurance but it might take donkey years sha. |

cheif i have a company wanting to buy PMS 1million litres do you have and whats the price and which depot is it at ? |
well it doesnt necessarily mean so. eg. my babe earns about 45k monthly, and i kniow she has to transport herself to work and take care of all other sundry expenses, so therefore when ever she asks me what should she buy for me, i tell her to keep her money as she needs it. but i make sure i always give her anything and most things she ask for. i wont say her not giving me is because she doesnt love me, at least she offered. but 2weeks ago she tooke me to sheraton on a friday during happy hour and spoilt me silly. as she paid for all my drinks and food. |

as i said it has been painted recently but i need a touch up of the whole 3bedroom again. same colours just need it to be more shown well. as it wasnt painted well. |
how much will you touch up a 3 bedroom apartment, it has just been recently painted but i feel irs needs to be more burshed up to bring out the colours. so whats the cost ? |
@poster has anything been changed or replaced in the vehicle and has it also been repainted, any dents and scratches ? does anything needs changing in it at all. whats the current milage ? thanks. |
i am not stingy but i always believe in spending money on priorities first before any other thing. eg. if my madam ask me for 20k to make her hair and the dstv needs paying for, i will pay that first before her hair. so u might class dat as stingy but neverthtless. i believe in proper planning and budgeting before spending . |
some men are jobless due to the fact that they have searched and tried looking for a job but all to no avail so some men are jobless due to one reason or the other. notwithstanding a jobless man shouldnt be even thinking of going near marriage at all. |
nice one bro. you got mail. whats the specs of this one and milage ? |
@poster yhrough an agent on here called way and life properties and a friend of mine who was on ground i was able to secure and accomodation. so what a saying is you can try him. becos majority of these agents dont have the properties they are advertising. so when they see a prospective tennant they start calling on their fellow guys to help out. but nevertheless you can give him a try . |

@german007 chief the same honda in the picture is ok and good as well but all i was saying is if you can get the automatic transmission of the same type also to include all the full option, ac, sunroof, or moon roof, and low or average milage. and also if you can come down on the price as well. thanks. am looking to get it in the coming month. thankxs. |
german007:ok chief will be waiting . |
whats the engine capacity and also whats the last and final price and has it been involved in an accident as the front bonnet on the side looks bent and also whats the milage on the vehicle. and also is there any faults i should know about before buying or anything needs replacing or fixing. ? has it been repainted or panelbeated, or involved in an accident ? |
nice piece. i recently secured a 4bedroom apartment just after haruna street ogba and off bolaji taylor. 6flats and good and interesting neighbours. road is very good but the road that leads directly to my house isnt that great as its slopy and bad but not that bad but always an exercise to climb to the top to get bike as most refuse to come down to my gate. light there is rubbish as its not always stable at all, and its like we are on a 3 or 2days on 1day off but even the on days is a nightmare as the current is always very low even to carry bulb na wahala and its not always available hence i have to be spending 24litres of fuel in 2days. apart from that share a tank with the person beside my flat and it looks like they are always wastng the water because the water never lasts, hence sometimes have to resolve to buying a bucket of water at 5naira from the seller beside my house. car packing will be a problem as currently the park is filled up and my own car never land. we go fight tire. but hoprfully we wouldnt have reason to. due to bad light gen is always on all night hence i get complaints from those living directly up me bt they understand say no be my fault i cant sleep for heat coupled with mosquitoes very bad collabo. lol. recently the watr tanxs 3 of them collapsed due to the weakening of the scaffolding holding the tanxs. all responsibility f landlord all fixed in 2days time. so hoping that by the time i get back again they will have fixed the light as we are expecting a new transformer close to our house. and also that college road just after yaya abatan needs fixing as its always very dusty and not nice when u wear suit come siddon ontop bike as dust go full ur body.lol. apart from that its all good . close to ikeja and express, market close by, eateries close by as well as petrol station close by as well and security is good. |
@poster sorry to hear that but lying doesnt pay at all there is a saying that no mater how long you keep lieing someday the truth will cath up with it. for those that re telling you there are 1billion people out there truly they are but ow mny of them can be the same way ur guy is.so if he is worth your energy and wahal then go and plead with him and hoprfully he will forgive you. as lng as you are sure you dont have anymore skeletons in your cupboard, plead and tell him the reason you didnt tell the whole truth in the first place. |
