if your are asking about the gen chezyfive is selling, dont go near it at all, dont even ask anything about ti, i bough one from him in january and from the 3rd day i bought it, it was faulty kept changing the AVr as its keeps getting burnt changed about 5 or 6 in total, and thats not it oo, upon proper inspection, it was found that the gen isnt meant for 9ja specs at all, in short i am regretting my purchase from him, i shud av just listened and go and buy a good one in the market but i didnt and thats 60k gone down the dran for a worthless and useless piece of junk

This isnt the only section filled with dubious people, even in the technology section they are dodgy people on there as well, i have also been a victim were i parted with 60k for agen which is supposedly imported from amsterdam with 4.5kva only for it to turn out to have less capacity and bein a waste of money as from the 2nd day ii bought it, i have kept spending money on it day in and day out ended up ditching it.

all am saying all sections has its own black sheep and in this issue ptconsult turned out to be the one on here. we jst have to be extra careful when dealing with people .

News from my end? Mmmh, PHCN has been very magnanimous. The gen set has not been used in days and hubby says we should go and tell PHCN officials someone left d switch on. Our road is terrible. An individual used to graciously grade it, as I heard from the grapevine, but the neighbourhood reported him to the local government asking him to stop cos they did not know the source of his funds

There are some people that are not serious,so they give silly prices cal for prices.

this is business my brother, quote ur price and they will bargain and you sell to the person that meets your reuirements. its just saves the hassle of people looking at your post and not responding. stating a price brings about a potential buyer.

Go to a well known rewire to check your fuses to make sure they are not burnt. or alternatively you can scan the car to find out what happened.

It all depends on the individual. i personally left home at a tender age of i think 18 or so and i practically became independent from there coupled with the fact i went to a boarding school, but i would say as soon as the guy, is emotionally, financially, and spiritually matured enough then thats fine, for me i was properly independent at the 21.

sorry to say BUT its very strange, if you were the one in the usa now and her in naija and wanting her to come over then its a different case. even as things tough for obodo oyinbo. am sure she must bedong some sort of small or menial job and be have been able to gather something. abeg it cant be that bad that she wont be able to afford 20% or 30% of her flight cost jare. well even as its a nice thing to do. i wouldnt think i would do such BUT i cant be sure as i am not in such position.

As someone clearly posted. Malachi 3v16 says pay your tithe as you are robbing GOD by not paying. well you are not forced to give if you dont have, personally i dont go to church but when i do i give offering as i am directed by , if i dont have i wont, and as per tithe i dont pay but if i attend a church and they say oo, we want to buy drums, or piano then i will give as am moved but no tithe, i go to the street of lagos on friday and give to the beggars on the road. thats my own tithe.

i agree with charicover but i dont agree with the part that you have to own your own home, its not compulsory to own your home you can equally rent. but you need to get your priorities right, eg. if after 2yrs will you still be able to keep up with the expenses as you are more concerned than luxury and comfortability than others.

I am relocating to niaja gradually, and i am currently renting on the mainland in a nice area and less expensive area as well. since. you will be renting bear in mind also that rent in lagos after the first 2yrs will most likely be increased by the landlord. think well. good luck.

Abeg Abeg all those saying hen dont marry wothout parents blessing. what will Happen ? hen blessing or no blessing. Its God that will help them in their married life not their parents. their parents are already livingt heir life so they should et the guy and his woman start their life and shouldnt hinder their happiness all in the name of tradition and for their own selfish reasons.

parents blessing is good but if they are against it, are you have prayed about the girl and it is well, my guy go ahead and marry jare, when the parents see that you bough are blossoming and enjoying together and happy, they will be ashamed of themselves and come begging and asking for forgivness which ends up being the case of most selfish parents who deny their children happiness all in the name of tradition.

do the wedding on a monday then that way you are guaranteed small number of guests and if you cant, simply do a court wedding with only 5 or 10 people in attendance inclusive of the parents and afterwards go to a nice restaurant or chinese and sit round a table and eat and drink and before you know it, you are already married without having to borrow or break the bank.

wait oo, is the car destined for nigeria or trinidad and tobago  becos i am not confused at all that this is not dodgy dealing. MADAFA who is the supposed buyer of this vehicle in one of the pages said he wil inspect the car when it gets to tincan but on page 4. an email u posted saying trinidad and tobago.

  to authenticate. why not post pictures of the CERTIFICATE OF TITLE AS OTHER DEALERS ON HERE HAVE STARTED DOING CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT THE CAR WAS SOLD FOR. AT LEAST FOR YOUR OWN PEACE.

looks clean but the price is a bit on the high side considering its already registered even if its just for 4months and consider the milage as well. a dealer on Nland sold a tokumbo one, and lesser milage for 1m. Happy sales tho.
