i agree with you jare those handywork men need to be supervised well otherwise they will just do a shady and very useless job. they just messed up the painting for my house, not painted well to standard after spending25 or 30k on it, but na my wife supervise am so na she take all the frustration. so now have to call someone else to do the job and i will sit and monitor to make sure its done to standard and well.

Gtbank is no doubt the best performing bank in naija, BUT nevertheless lets all pray that we dont fall victim of this atm fraud. i receive countless emails on a daily basis at least 5emails a day all origination from gtbak asking for details as account suspend BUt trsust me i dey delete am straight away.

i was currently in feb in gtbank in ogba and the lady who was to attend to me just dissaperead from her desk and took at least 20mins to come back all because i wanted to register fro token to make 3rd party transactions and i could hear her collegues saying haa she was in the toilet. how can they be 1person doing same thing in a whole branch, and also because i didint know my account number i wanted to ask a lady working there and just because she was busy, she told me rudely that it wasnt her JOB but finally gave me what i wanted after i prodeuced my work ID card and told her if she was one of my staffs in my bank, she would have been Disciplined.

yes oo, my neighbour them were jisting me about a family who moved into a compound with 2cars and alot of goodies and living ok, but now, the cars are abandoned as no longer functioning, and infact thery are so broke now to the extent that they cant even leave the compound as they have no money to go anywhere else. recently the mans wife gave birth and the man dey look for just 5k or 10k to bring mother and child home.

abeg that guy wey dey find house, do research well well ooo, from other tennants before mving into the compound. ooo. make God dey guide all of us oo. and na us wey dey rent now go also be LANDLORD OOOO. (AMEN)

very interesting, i remember a gen i bough of a nairalander on here as he states they were importedgen and were 4.5kva.
the gen has been a nightmare i had it for 1month andd i changed the avr like 5times, and currently now sef the thing will just work for a few minutes and then trip off again. i have just decided to abandon it and look for another 60k and buy elemax. for day and tiger i better pass neighbour for night to minimize the noise.

sorry my neighbour directly above me dey complain say my gen too dey make noise, and anytime it trips off in the middle of the night there are always happy, but not for long as i get u to start it again. lol.

but na all my neighbour like me sha. u can imagine, good looking bobo, 6girls living in the 4bed flat beside me, 3sweet ladies also living in the flat above me, and my other air hostess co tennant as well.

well my sister at least even if na patch at least e go better small because i heard that originally my landlord single handedly repaired the road in the beginign when he just moved into the house then, but people went to kobalize him at work that a junior officer where will he get such money to repair the road. and also the road is sloppy, at least make them sha repair am small jare so okada go fit dey reach my gate and no go dey complain and also before my car land so i no go dey go weld silencer every time. lol

this one wey una dey talk of tennancy agreement, i don ask my landlord like twice now but the guy no gree answer me at all ooo. just dey say ok him go send him wife to me, and i got talking to my neighbour wey don dey the yard for over 6yrs, ended up telling me no point asking as since he moved in after asking them continuosly for 3yrs and no answer, he just forgot about it.

anyway my landlord is ok sha, afterall when the whole scaffolding holding all the water tank collapsed and broke all the 3tanks na only am repair am withing 3days without asking us for any 10kobo, i just hope say after expiration of my 2yrs he no go increase am. lol

i dey feel you jare, if i was in your shoes i go vex wella. same thing my woman did to me. i was talking to her on phone and she was like she met an old friend of hers ooo. and a few seconds after, i got an email from the so called friend saying nasty things about my woman. as a sharp guy, i realised she was trying to get my views if i will believe the frined or nnot.

sorry to hearthat virgin are full of crap they have a lot of policies with those travelling to nigeria not listed on their website and i am currently in a complaint which will possibly lead to litigation against them as one of their guys over the phone has told me wrong information which ended costing me £64. i was travelling from manchester to london and then to lagos and the idiot told me to check in online and just pay £64 for additional 2luggages and then i wont have to pay anything again, only for me to get to the airport and was told i had to pay the £130 which would have been the normal cost and i already paid £64.

just forward a complaint to them and hopefully they will respond back but they might stu[pidly apologise and offer you AIRMILES as compensation instead of refunding you your money.

in most countries. eg. uk and usa. most crditors have whats is called a settlement figure this is where you pay off a certain percentage of your debt owed to them and then the remainder is written off. all you have to do is phone them up and request for a settlement figure and ask them over how many month period they are prepare to take it over. most companies will probably ask you to pay it in 1 lump sum for usually in the uk its either over a 3month period or over 6months with 10% of the original settlment figure quoted to you. but you have to make sure you stick to the timelength or else if you default then you will loose the reduction and have to pay the full balance. this is the standard practice with most or all creditors in the uk its sometimes 60% or 50% but you have to give a ful income and expenditure known as a financial statement.

its indeed very scary for someone to even go for a test in hospital not to talk about an hiv one, i remember back in 2008 when i wanted to go into a new relationship and out of curiosity i went to do the test but i almost backed out as i was scared, and i was told by the hospital that if the result is positive they will call me and if it is negative, i wont hear from them again. one faithful morning at about 9am my mobile rang and lo and behold it was the hospital calling me to tell me that they needed more blood sample to do the P1 i think its called as the rest of the diseases they tested me for was clear, to be honest i was scared and i never went back for the P1 and they kept calling me and sending me letters. one faithful day i went to a private hospital got it done in 1hr and i was negative, what a relief it was for me that day.

what am trying to say is guys/girls/men/woman . its best we all know our status just for our peace and rest of mind and records, and for those sleeping around to know they are clean, also before jumping into a new relationship to ascertain our status.

i dont see the need in it at all  had the first bb pear back in 2006/07 no one knew it then and i only used it for 1week before returning it and then getting the 8700g which i have had for 4years now and still working fine, i got the bbstorm back in 0ct2008 when it came out newly in uk or a pre order basis, it wasnt really great as it kept on freezing and shutting down. went to naija and gave it to my wife who was shouting for blackberry then. for me its pointless as i make calls when i need to, not a fan of facebook and check my emails at work and respond to important ones, hence no need for blackberry. even the 8700g i use is just for text and calls chikena.

no point investing 100k in a phone and further 6500 or 5k every month for connection that you can only do limited stuff on for a short period of time. its just a status symbol and thats it.

am fine with my 8700g and my e71 back up phone.

lekki ba wooo. dont even talk about that place again, while i was in naija in feb, i decided to go to a friends bach eve in badore and it was a night mare blieve me the length of time, we spent in traffic we would hav been to ibadan and back to lagos. it was horrendous. and even coming back nko, left the place i was in badore like 7am and didnt get to obalende till like 11/12am, only to find out that it was that useless bridge abi na toll gate dey cause traffic, imagine what traffic there will be when the bloddy thing is completed.
