My issue with uk is all the plenty plenty explanation you need to give.
1.i earn just 165k month and from there dem dey comot sch fees 15k monthly (standing order) so amount wey dey enter my account na 150k
2.me i no dey touch my salary atimes as my fiancee dey take care of all my day to day needs na make i no just dey house make me dey work,i get enough fund from him.how i wan take explian ds
3.atimes if him travel i dey handle some of him financial transactions i.e if him get project and him wan travel him go deposit money for my account make i pay him boys and suppliers when him no dey.how i wan take explain ds one
4.i dey sell ankara for Instagram. How i wan take explain ds wan join
5.my friend dash me 550 say make i take open shop to boost my ankara business,i no va get shop how i wan take talk ds one for the form.
6.sometime in 2006 or 2007 i no remember again my boyfriend that time dey London so him bin invite me make i cme,as na him wan sponsor me him send everything but him data page abi na social security i no remember again.dem give me appeal say if i fit provide d required documents between working days make i bring am come back.d mumu no gree send am till d time frame pass.me i vex no gree apply again.now I no remember the year self no to say month or date,d Passport self don loss has i no need am and e don expire.i don do another one after 10year.abeg ds kind situation how i wan explain.

You see why i no just wan need UK.

I’ve heard pple have gone ahead to pay 6k on 5 k bills but no one has come forward to say if they were able to renew after.

As in am so scared i joined henrico band wagon news on d street is if your bill is less than 10k dont apply except its holiday not child birth.
I dont know if it stupid to actually call now and pay it up to 10k

The problem starts with the itemized bill. If they are going to give you an itemized bill that shows you paid exactly what you are billed then no wahala.

If your itemized bill carries 20k and you paid 10k then you may have a problem.

Not declaring birthing as purpose of visit at the POE is grave, almost a dead road for visa renewal. Except by stroke of fortune/luck, your wahala with them just kickstarted!

The VO said he needed to see the charges from the hospital. It seems the discount given from the hospital is raising an eyebrow.

The problem is with the bills, for each delivery there are several bills i.e. Dr Fs package, Hospital bills ++ and baby bill (pediatric) Can you post copies of your bills/receipts on this forum so I can explain somethings to you? (please do not show your personal information if you decide to post the bills/receipts)

My Visa status was updated yesterday to Administrative processing and same yesterday the cgifederal changed to "Schedule an appointment".

No email received, no 221g letter, no passport returned and the check visa status is still showing Administrative processing. For Passport tracking: Shows no status update.

Please, I am thinking I should wait 2 days to see if its mistake before I go ahead and schedule the appointment.

please maintain child birth and apply alone. I always think that couples should not apply together for now.

Send the same docs as bedore but write an explanation letter and attach to them.

An immigration consultant recently said that they r denying alot of ppl going via online route cuz its any officer in any country that can deal with the applocation.

He suggest paper cuz officera in Naija understand is better nd situatoon of things there. So.moving forward for now, if one has plenty time, do paper .

Pls wch is letter of intent, is it the TRV application.
I equally chose tourism/visit and stated in the TRV application others and noted tourism and childbirth.

I was equally rejected today and how can I reapply. Do I ve to open another acc or ds amen acc, will apply alone ds time.. I applied wt hubby and dota and attached everything necessary. I was d main applicant cos hubby passport will expire in a year.
My stmt was almost 5m, hubby 8+m. I attached our insurance cert and properties including pics of my house. My organization wrote letter of introduction and annual emolument of 11m.

I equally attached my 2 kids US birth cert,travel history to US thrice same wt hubby and dota which is obvious I can never stay back in Canada for wtever.
These were dr reasons , pls advice on d next step needed.

they may not see the money as sufficient especially since you mentioned Child birth. Flight ticket for 3 of you is already over one million. How much come remain. I think for anyone to mention childbirth, you should have more than enough money showing in your account. You should reapply with your spouse or alone

@aye88, That amount is small for 3 people let along childbirth inclusive. Depending on how soon you want to re-apply, what I would suggest is provide account statement(Bank B) with extra funds from a different bank account along with the initial statement from Bank A if the funds has been in there before the visa app was refused. But if it has not been in Bank B before the refusal and you just want to arrange for it one way or the other, I would suggest you make the arrangement into the account(Bank B), put it in a fixed deposit of say like 6months. Then use only the Fixed deposit certificate from that bank B, with account statement of bank A(the bank statement you submitted initially) with some topping if possible(no unusual lump sum though) and re-apply. You can terminate the FD some weeks after submission, but to be on the safe side, you may leave the fixed deposit till you get result of your application. A budget sheet will help both you and the Visa Officer.

You MAY also choose to apply alone for now without hubby and mum. Either ways, you need to demonstrate some more financial strength.

You can try to get a correspondence. You maybe successful. I did try. I contacted the doctor’s office but his receptionist told me no email correspondence and they don’t even provide assistance with anything related to immigrations. She however said that they can only confirm my appointment. Due to time constraints, I just went ahead and wrote a LOE stating details of my appointment scheduled. I also got assistance with my insurance to write a guarantee of payment and I included that.

There is no option for childbirth in the application. We filled tourism as the purpose of our trip. I now indicated in the letter that I will also be using that opportunity to give birth. I read here that someone did it like that. She said it was in the letter of explanation she wrote she will also be giving birth.
