how come oshomhole's own and that of mimiko ends at the appeal court during Jonathan's time or has the electoral law changed?

it ends in the appeal court man.... browse past precedents
Before the electoral act was amended in 2010, the electoral act stipulated that the Governorship elections petitions terminated at the Appeal court. But 2010 amendment made the supreme Court the terminal point.

So how do you collate state house of assembly and leave out governoship election?.... when both elections held same time/place and scenerio?
The results of the Bauchi state Governorship election in Tafawa Balewa LGA as declared in each polling unit is already in circulation in Bauchi. PDP won it. APC is just using court to buy time.
Politics › Bauchi: PDP Wins Tafawa Balewa State Assembly Seat by Ayed44(op): 4:06pm On Mar 20, 2019
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won the Tafawa Balewa constituency in the Bauchi State House of Assembly.

PDP won with 29,933 votes against the APC that scored 25,210 votes.

The PDP emerged winner in the election after the resumption of the collation by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The results for the governorship election was however halted because of Court Order given by an Abuja High Court following a suit filed by Governor Mohammed Abubakar and the All Progressive Congress, APC.

It would be recalled that the Tafawa Balewa local government results were rejected by the state INEC Returning Officer, Professor Mohammed Kyari after an alleged reported cases of violence and intimidation at the local government collation Center.

A committee sent by INEC to Bauchi headed by Festus Okoye however recommended that the results from Tafawa Balewa be re-collated and declared.

The commission resumed the collation for the State House of Assembly but halted the collation of result for the governorship election in obedience to the court order.

They stole in hurry and the thing will surely back fire, Inec should disregard any results from any voting center that card reader is not used and call for fresh election in all the area they should not not award score for non compliance exercise.
If they cancelled all votes where card readers were not used Buhari would loose the presidential election. Think well before u make demands.

Iam from benue state and can tell you categorically that leaving party aside, Apc won that election hands down. Ortom knows how to rig election and those areas he won have said it all: for instance, Guma is ortom village where he gave no vote to apc, gwer west is his wife's place. Logo is former governor suswam village, another thief. Etc so let it be known that benue never voted ortom
You cannot claim jime won without giving us figures. If u want us to believe u give us fgures.

Politics › AAC Protests Inec’s Decision To Resume Collation Of Rivers Election Results by Ayed44(op): 11:50am On Mar 16, 2019
The Rivers State African Action Congress (AAC) has expressed dissatisfaction over the announcement by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that the collation of results for the governorship and state House of Assembly elections will be completed.

The electoral umpire had suspended the electoral process in the state following widespread violence orchestrated by thugs and military involvements.

But INEC’s National Commissioner and Chairman Information and Voter Education Committee, Mr. Festus Okoye, who announced and that the results from 17 local governments out of 23 were available with declared results for 21 state constituencies out of 32 before the process was suspended, said on Saturday that the process would be completed.

But the Rivers State AAC Publicity Secretary, Felix Enimini William, said his party considers the signal coming from INEC unacceptable.

According to him, “The African Action Congress in Rivers State condemns in its entirety the memo released into media space by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, by midnight purporting that governorship and state assembly elections results were available for seventeen (17) LGAs.

“Sadly, we are curiously surprised and disappointed that INEC deliberately refused to name the 17 local government areas. As far as this information is concerned, it is manifestly false and the attempt to shroud the LGAs claimed to have results in secrecy is a serious step by INEC to sway the outcome of the process in favour of Governor Nyesom Wike, its preferred candidate.”

AAC which served as alternative platform for the leadership of the APC after it was unable to present candidates for elections in the state following court rulings, expressed fears that the electoral umpire was working to favour the incumbent Governor Wike.

BafanaBafana:
I was in Yola when the president came for his campaign rally. What I witnessed was pure love and passion. Do you know, that people up north don't call him Buhari. They call him baba or Baba Buhari. That's the kind of connection they have with him.
People used their own money to buy Next level T shirts and face caps. All the roads the president was to go through was filled with people. The presidential guards had to be pushing people away from the roads for cars to pass. The people were not even afraid of the soldiers. You know that kind of confidence you have when your father is around and nobody can touch you.

Later in the day, after the rally, I lifted some people who came from another local government to where they will board a bus back home. And I heard one asking ther other if he would come for Atiku's rally. He answered yes. That if they will give them money for transport, he will come. And the first guy agreed with him and said the only rally he can transport himself to is Baba's rally. For any other person, you have to pay.
There are many types of loves, depending on the motive.

But anyone who truly and genuinely love baba Buhari would advise him to retire home and rest.

These people are not just foreigners. They are foreign government officials. They are governors in their country. This is to show that the government of that county is actively supporting a particular candidate in the forthcoming elections in Nigeria. It is simply meddling and interference in our electoral process.

You have ADD (attention deficit disorder)

AA (action alliance) and APC candidates have him as their presidential candidate and both parties had representation at the rally.

So Buhari cannot show bias since both parties are also vying for the same gubernatorial position.

Did Buhari travel to IMO state to campaign for APC or AA?

It is too late to cry. U must accept whatever he serves u in good fate. The possibility of impeaching buhari is now dead because before u can impeach d president the judiciary has its own role to play in the impeachment process and d judiciary has now been pocketed. The new CJN will play a good boy.the stage is now set for election rigging.

I'm not here to take side, I'm only saying the truth from neutral point of view.
It is always good to be objective in thinking and argument, taking side always blind our eyes and at the end we will still be the one to cry later.
I only corrected ur misconception that INEC disqualified APC candidates. It is both misleading and inciting. INEC cannot disqualify candidates that are dully elected by political parties. INEC can only reject candidates whose nominations contradict INEC rules.

Some times I feel Buhari doesn't influence all this agencies to do things, other wise how could INEC deliberately refused APC's candidates in some states knowing fully well it is a direct gift to PDP. I think people only make noice if those things involves PDP otherwise I can't fantom what would have happened by now if it was PDP's candidates that INEC deliberately disqualified like that and I don't think this will ever happen if it was PDP government.

Anyway me I just dey sitdon dey look as a neutral.

INEC did not disqualify APC candidates. The problem is that APC simply refused to conduct primaries in zamfara state. U may try to update urself.

The APC candidate is a muslim from a minority.

The Eggon always split their votes.... This is not the first time this is happening in Nasarawa.
Go to Adamawa state and see huge Christian population but they have no clout, no organisation.
