Fayose has made it clear that he would not leave Nigeria because of a certain tyrant. He promised he would submit himself to d EFCC upon d expiration of his immunity and he fulfilled d promise. U can not change those facts.

Fayose has also said he is not guilty of any of those charges brought against him by d EFCC, if u disagree with him feel free to bring ur evidence forward.

Calling Buhari names is not a crime. So EFCC cannot prosecute Fayose for calling Buhari names, unless EFCC just want to waste taxpayers' money.

The good news is that EFCC lacks the power to sentence Fayose. After detaining him for as long as they want, they will still be forced to take him to the court.

EFCC has been making disgusting noises for the past 3 years that they have overwhelming evidence to nail Fayose. Now they have Fayose, and they are afraid to take him to court.

AP can take anywhere from a DAY to many YEARS.

When a case is AP. Even the President of the United States by law, does not have the power to influence, bend or force the State Department to rush or take a favorable or unfavorable decision concerning that application.

If the President of the United States can't influence decisions in his own country, who is Obasanjo to influence a US internal matter?

This is obviously beyond some people. U don't expect Obasanjo to help u canvas for votes from house to house, or from village to village.
