Use regular expression and substr().

Nigerian no is in the pattern

+2347---; +23407--- 07
+2348---;+23408--- 08
+2349---;+23409--- 09



Followed by 0 or 1, then 8 digits.


Use substr() to select the last 10 digits from user input,

Add 0 to the beginning of the extracted digits.

Use regular expression to verify.


This is a simple method I use, you can decide to verify for different format separately.

The discos are benefitting from estimated billing, that's why they refused to provide many people with prepaid meter. Meanwhile, the gencos are complaining of having excess power disco refused to buy.

Another option apart from what I posted above is to ask her to start dressing like an SU to the man's office (No makeup, Long skirt, covered hair etc.).

Try to get a recording of their conversations (video recording)
