Some years ago, my girlfriend (now my wife) and I had a misunderstanding. She was staying with me briefly at the time cuz she had accommodation issue. After that misunderstanding, she said she needed the money I owe her. I had to call someone I shouldn't have called (my mom) to send money to me cuz it looked like the relationship was over.
My mom came over, give me the money I requested and asked that I follow her home cuz we need to talk about my life. Lol
On getting home, I was worried about her (my girlfriend) staying alone in the house and all that.

So I called her several times to know how she's doing and try to settle the differences but she didn't answer the phone.
She later picked up the call at night and told me she had gone to Ibadan. I was like oh cool, her grandpa is at IB. We settled our differences and she came back 3 days later.

6 months later, she confessed to me that she didn't go to her grandparent's place that night, she went to her ex place.
I was devastated and felt betrayed. But guess what, I forgave her. We are happily married today and she's never been found wanting ever since.
If I had concluded so quickly and not forgive, I won't be married to this beautiful woman and have this cute little angel as mine!

What I'm trying to say is, people make mistakes! It happens, the only unforgivable mistake is a repeated one.

Most times people do things without involving God in everything. Pray before you go so as to get direction so you won't return the same way you went. If you're a Christian pray and ask God for a solution, if you're a Muslim visit Alfas and ask them to pray for you and if you're a traditionalists visit them and ask them to help you check if that place you're travelling to will favour you.
