Jesus died on the cross for the sake of our sin. Today we are saying "Jesus takes away our sins"

How did Jesus take away our sin?
He did that by making repentance simple for us. Unlike in Old Testament in which sinners need to offer animal, to make a sacrifice whenever he committs sin by laying hand on the animal and confess his sin. if that sin is not to death.

Jesus had paid the price we need to pay. He had offered himself as animal for the whole world to lay our hand and confess our sins on him. This, he did once for us to have everlasting live. All what we need to do, is to go and sin no more. He sacrifices himself so that we can free from sin, not because he wants us to be merry in sin.

Can you sacrifice your sin for the person who sacrifice his life for your sake ?

Jesus is asking you today to sacrifice your sin. That sin that seem important to you, the sin in which you think you find joy.There is no Joy in it. Come and experience the great joy in Jesus.

Sacrifice sin and recieve averlasting life.

May God help you as you do that in Jesus name.

Now the question is, why do i know i love God? If you said you love God. Is it not by keeping his commandment?

How do i know, i fear God? If you said you fear God. Is it not by keeping his commandment?

If you said you love God that is why you worshiped and adore him and not because of hell and heaven. Are you saying you don't need heaven?

If you don't love God you won't fear him or keep his commandment. The people that does not love God or fear him are atheists, that is why they don't fear hell and heaven.That is why they blaspheme his holy name.

Accepted that we are saved by the faith because the Bible says "all our righteousness are like a filthy rag " that is to say, no man is perfect. That is not say we should countinue in sins. But the bible tell us to do our best.

Jesus says "we should strive to enter the kingdom of God" the Bible also says

Belove , if our heart condemne us not we have confidence towords God, and whatsoever we ask ,we receive of him because we keep all his commandments and do all those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment that we shoule believe on the name of his son Jesus Christ and love one another as he gave us commandment" 1 John 21-23

with the above verse we can see that both faith and good work are neccesrary. The words " love one another " mean good work.

I am back, I want to write this as part of my appreciation to God for what he had done for me, to you it can be a simple thing but to me God is good and i give glory to his holy name.

Before i used to go to field every Saturday and Sunday morning. I would not go to church and if i did, i would not wait till the end of service before i left, so that i can find set to play with.

One day i returnd from field and i discovered pain at the back of my lap. I was very sure that i was not kicked. I called our last born to help me place ice block to the point while i laid down o my chest.After that i went to sleep but when i woke up it was as if that ice block was transfer into my body, i went to the clinic and i was given drugs to use but instead of it to relieve me it was getting worst. My leg started folding. I could not walk. If i wanted to go to clinic , i would rest my hand on one of my friend that use to follow me to clinic and i would used the other hand to hold a stick to support myself

One day, around twelve to one oclock in the noon i was at home alone, on the bed my parent had gone to work with promise to come back and check on me. My other siblings had gone out two. As i was on the bed , i looked at myself and i started weeping like a baby as i was weeping, i was speaking to God. I said

'God, will you be looking at me untill i became cripple? If i had offended you can't you forgive me ?If you are God show your power and heal me. If you head me you will foreever be my God. Please God help me,please help me . I was saying these as i was weeping until i fell asleep.

Suddently, i cried out from sleep because i felt more pain. I quicly opened my eye.I felt as if hands was untied some tied muscles in my lap for like two munite. I was crying. Immediately, i could not feel the pain again. I stood upright, i can walk as if nothing has happened to me before. I can jump, i can run.

I quickly dress up and went to see one of my brother at his work's place. He was so surprised to see me.

Was that not a miracle?

I will countine to worship God who does not let me down till the end of my life in Jesus name.

@ op, miracle is real. I myself used to think that the people who claimed to have received miracle in crusade or church vigil framed that to make people believe in that pastor. But i have expiriece one or two miracles that made me believe in miracle. The op may not count this to be but to me its a miracle.

I had a sister who was living with us at that time because she had issue with her husband.my sister had son of at that time let me say five or six years of ages.

One day,we discover that the boy had a swollen in his scrotum. It was big and hard and this frighten us. When we could not see changes for somedays we told his mother to take him to hospital. At hospital, the doctor told her that they will carried out test to know what the problem was.

My sister is somebody who believe in prayer than any other things.

When she came back from hospital. She was telling us what the doctor says and when we are truble her to go for the test. In our present, she laid hand on the by scrotum and pray to our surprise we could not find that thing in following day.even the boy, when ever he sick after the incident, he would tell her mom to pray for him.

Its very wrong to address God as God of pastor Lagbaja or Lakasegbe.

I have seen many people that addressed God as God of their pastor.Such as Olorun Ayo Babalola (God Ayo Babalola).

I don't know why some people are not bold to address God as their God instead they prefer to call him God of another person. May be they know themself as a sinner and believe their pastor is holier. If this is what you think, you may be wrong. It is even better to call God your God than to call him God of your pastor because you know your mind, you know if you are worshiping him or not but you can know the mind of your pastor. When you thought your pastor is worshiping God, He might be worshiping another god.

Was it not the way he or she talked and carried himself that made you think he or she is a man/women of God what if he/she has skeleton in his cupboard ?Was it not the miracle he performed in your face that made you believe his a man of God what if the source of that miracle is from demon? If he is worshiping Demon and you call his god your god that mean you admit you and him are worshiping the same demon.

There are many prophets in the bible but God did not use their name to call himself except the name of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.This can be seen in Exodus 3:15

" And God say moreover unto Moses, thus shall thou say unto the children of Israel, the lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Gnd of Isaac ,God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you. This is my name forever and this my memorial unto all generations "

If someone is worshiping God today ,that does not say he can not change or backslide. King Saul is a good example of this in 1 Samuel

Saul was chose by God as a king for the Israelites. He received holy spirit when Prophet Samuel laid hand on him and prophesied in the name of God. But he later turn down God and worshiped Baal.

So ,for these reason stop calling God the God of Pastor Lagbaja or Lakasegbe.

Op, Allah comes from Al ilahi meaning ‘The God’.

Linguistically, the Arabic "Allah" or "Al-Ilahi'' is related to the Hebrew "El-Elohim" (Used in the Hebrew bible for God) , meaning "God of Gods" or "the God". (both semetic languages) ((A) Toombs LE (1971). B) Schonfield HJ (1967). )

The similarity between the Arabic "Al-Ilahi" and ‘El Elohim’ can be seen when one examines both languages closely. There are no vowels alphabets in both languages.

So for the English transliteration, The Arabic becomes "AI -Ilh" and the Hebrew becomes "El-Elhm" when vowels are removed. If the plural of respect is removed, the Arabic remains "AI-Ilh", while the Hebrew becomes "EI-Elh".

Finally, if one were to transliterate all Arabic "Alifs" as "a", and all Hebrew "Alifs" as "a", the Arabic becomes "AI-Alh'.' and the Hebrew becomes "AI-Alh".

This means that the only thing separating Al –Ilah (From which Allah comes) and El-Elohim is the plural of respect. (Dr Jerald Dirks,(2001))

Jesus knows that the set of people ( christians ) would emerge through his teaching that would hold the doctrine that different to that of Jew. He knows that if that happen ,father will be divided against the son and son against the father etc

let take this as instant, a christian preacher came to your area to preach and through his preaching your son convert to christianity. Had the preacher not cause division between you and son? Had he not set fire in your house ?

In that site, i read of Craig Robertson ( Now Abdullahi Al kanadi ) an ex- catholic from Canada.

first quetion: I did not ask you what Torah mean for. I asked for the purpose. I knew Torah was given to Israel to follow.

Second question: ' You said that is not a question ' I believe God would not give command or do something without reason. That shows you don't know much about your faith, sorry to say.

Third questions: Ofcouse not, i doubt if there can be righteous judge like Moses and Josuah. If you know one let us know his name. If we can find righteous judge, only God knows the number of innocent souls that had died through sheria.

Fourth question: i demanded to know why we need prophet Muhamed and you said it was prophet Muhammed that you were told to follow. Nobody told you to follow Prophet Muhammed. whom you followed is your choice.

If the Torah is still relevant, i don't think we need Prophet Muhammed. And if we would need him he will just be like other Prophets that gave warning and teaches the law e.g John the baptise,Prophet Issaiah, prophet Jeremiah, e t c not the Prophet to follow.
