COPR:
ECA is becoming a big issue with the addition of WAEC/NECO for Nigerian certificates by WES, so it's important to understand the pros and cons of WES & ICES. IQAS is mostly used by lawyers due to its favourable evaluation report.

WES vs ICES

WES evaluates WAEC/NECO before degree certs issued by Nigerian institutions can be evaluated while ICES doesnt require such.

WES verifies your transcript/WAEC/NECO by sending mail or email to your school that sent them the transcript and wait for your school to respond before evaluation is completed while ICES requires ONLY your school to send your transcript and no verification is required.

WES requires your school to send your transcript by post/courier while ICES requires your transcript to be sent by post/courier or via official email of your school.

WES charges $200 for all documents submitted plus additional $7 for standard delivery or $85 intl & $25 for local while ICES charges $200 per document and additional $75 for intl delivery or $26 for local.

WES minimum processing time is 20 business days when all documents are recieved and verification email replied while that of ICES is 10 weeks.

WES sends soft & hard copies of the evaluated document while ICES sends only hard copy with a charge of $75 for intl delivery & $26 for local.

NOTE
Use WES if you're:

OND/HND holder
Lawyer with LLM (you can also use ICES)
Nurse with BSc

Use IQAS if you're a:

Lawyer without LLM
Nurse without BSc
Degree BSc. Can I use ICES?

These are some of the things to look for when choosing/comparing evaluation bodies.
Requirements. Recently, WES decided to include O'Level for all evaluations.
Cost. To reduce cost some said you could use some online tools like hellofax to upload your documents to WES, I don't know of other evaluating bodies.
Time. To some WES is the fastest n terms of evaluation, while some said they're all the same, when you consider the time taken to gather documents to send to WES. Some evaluation bodies don't resend documents to issuing institutions but they seemingly take time.
Prejudice. Some say WES favour ND,HND, as two certificates, but Diploma in Nursing is not. Some advised to use IQAS for Diploma in Nursing. Some think IQAS is also preferable for Law degrees.
Track Record. Some think WES has been in the business of evaluation for long, hence are more respected in the game. Some don't give mind to that. Meanwhile, whichever body you use for your evaluation, IRCC Do NOT care.

I used WES for my two evaluations, though one is still pending, my reason for using WES in my examples.
To make decisions easy, maybe we could all share our experiences with our evaluations from different bodies, tag me, I would try to summarize it, then upload here.
Thanks for taking yr time to explain. I understand it better now. WES from the look of things have plenty stress. Like u said CIC doesn't care which body u use for Ur evaluation. I will go with ICES.

Express entry profile is not the first thing to try. Start with evaluation of your highest credential and preparation for ielts. Its until you nail this two things before you can even fill express entry profile.
OK. Let me read up the process of evaluation of my credentials.

You should maximize the time between now and when you get married. What you need to do now is to get your credential evaluated, register and study for IELTS because all this stuff wastes time and if you start after your wedding then that will take you another 3 months. By October/November, you should hopefully have your ECA done, and your IELTS result ready. Then, when you're married, you can register and you will most likely get ITA immediately.
Wow, you a genius brother. Thanks man. I appreciate Ur help. It will all end in praise for us all.

Dontee07 has answered your questions already. Whether or not you intend to get married by November doesn't change the fact that you have to get your credentials evaluated (ECA), study for IELTS, get your POF ready and also your Letter of reference.

You would need all of the above whether you are applying as a single applicant or as married applicant.

What should inform your decision is your CRS score and the amount required as POF. (Compare both as a single and as a married applicant. )

But start the process NOW!
OK. Let me start my Express entry profile. Thanks bro. I appreciate.

With a score of 452, you are certain of ITA and you can marry afterwards but the decision is yours.

When do you intend to get married? You can not apply as single when married and vice versa.
After marriage, your spouse can evaluate her highest credentials and also sit for IETS. Like I told you earlier, start your process now. Cheers man.
I intend doing registry marriage around November this year, before the traditional and white to come early nxt year. Do u think I shld start now or after the registry (Ikoyi registry). The right Timing is my headache.....

28 years is good, you get max. point under age.
Dont worry, even if you get 3rd class, you will still do the EE
Is your 2.5 years inclusive of NYSC? If no, you will include it and you are good to go for work experience.
Is your sister in Canada your direct sibling? If yes, you will get points for her.

For your IETS General module, endeavour to score 8.5, 8.5, 7.5,7.5 in LWRS.

Why target next year ending when u can start right away and all things equal, you get ITA. By next year ending, you could have reduced 5 points from your age points.

Lastly, you need to read up. Come back and ask specific questions. Feel free to play around the crs tool link below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
I played around with the crs tool and I filled in two information, one with spouse and the other as a single individual. I got CRS 408 for single and 452 with spouse.... What's Ur advice? Am abt getting married and I don't know if I should go ahead with the application as single or with spouse

Your NYSC is a year experience.
Jan2016- Jan 2017 is another year
Jan 2017- Jan 2018 is another year
In total, you have the minimum work experience.
NB: It will be work in NOC A,B or O thats acceptable under FSW (Federal Skilled Work).
As you diligently read up, you will understand all these.
Thanks boss. I really appreciate Ur response.. I will follow this thread and other threads diligently. Gracias brother

You must start by doing IELTS,aim for @least 8777 in LRWS (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking). evaluate your highest certificate, if you have HND, you will do along with OND through either IQAS, ICES or WES (with WES, u will evaluate ur WAEC also).
You are expected to have @least 3years working experience, if you are below, 30 years, you get max. points for age.

Above all, you will need to dedicate a significant amount of your time to reading page 1 and previous parts (1-4). Believe me, you will not regret it but will gain alot of knowledge from reading them. All the best.
God bless you brother for replying me. Currently am 28yrs, I ve BSc (2.1) from a federal University and am working in a bank for 2 and half yrs nw. My chances are good right? I want to start now targeting nxt yr ending. Can I start now? BTW I ve a sister in Canada who is a citizen, will that count for me?.
