The annoying thing about you visionleess bloggers and Nairaland miscreants is that you guys do not participate in MMM. Instead of you guys to nurture, protect and encourage the sustainance of MMM which has reduced over 20% poverty rate in the country for the past year, you poor people are supporting in the very government that brought HARDSHIP on you masses to kill MMM.

Honestly, the worst thing that will ever happen to any human is been a BLACK MAN/WOMAN, most especially Nigeria brid of BLACK. We hate good things in our lives, all we know is to kill and destroy.
So MMM is now a good thing? A ponzhi scheme where Peter is robbed to pay Paul? Please get Ur head outta Ur arsss. U aunt thinking straight

I trust rivers state camp. They can't allow this to happen.

Chiefpriest1:
I like the man sha, but it doesn't mean he shouldn't answer to his alleged perjury.

However, I have noticed that the nigerian system programs people to lie about their ages.

Imagine this: some youths are still writing jamb at 27 years. Not necessarily because they are dull, but because 200,000 candidates are contending for space among over a million that wrote the exam for that year.

Among that 200,000, government officials will get their slots, the rich will buy their way, not-so-brilliant folks will cheat, leaving you who feels you have some integrity.

By the time you finish, assuming there's no strike, you are already 31, but you want to serve(nysc), so you lie about your age.

Okay , you have served successfully, but the few job openings are looking for 22 to 24 years yet you are under serious pressure to wean yourself of your parents care. So, you lie that you are 24, cutting off a whopping 7yrs.

Or you eventually get a govt job, but you know that your pensions won't be paid even when you retire at 65, so you cut 10 years off because even at 75, you still want to be receiving regular salaries.

And the circle continues...
Mr man I have something to tell you.

You sir are a True Nigerian. You just said it all. It shouldn't be a crime to falsify ones age. After all its my age, so why shld it be a crime to falsify it
Politics › Re: Ayade Vs Agi: Supreme Court Delivers Judgment Friday by ayusco85(m): 10:28am On Dec 08, 2016
udumosam23:
Conflicting age declaration is now a crime. God save me, don't even know when I was born. My mom when she was alive filled a different age from what daddy filled in my hospital card when he was alive.

Had no birth cert, so I made one for myself with the age I feel more convienent with. Wasn't home when my uncle gave my name and passport for waec registration, he also filled in a different date, and my ID card I just realized carried a different date altogether.

Recently I was restricted from withdrawing with my ATM card from first bank that my date of birth did not correspond with my BVN date of birth. Had to take one of the date of births cert to go resolve the issue only to be restricted by Heritage bank cos of same issue.

Now that my ID card, Waec result and cert of age declaration are all against each other, what am I suppose to do?

Worst is the fact that I don't even know the correct one. See problem?
Your own case serious Sha. You mean no one in Ur extended family or relatives know exactly when you were born?

If you re in lagos u should ve heard about gowon estate in egbeda under alimosho local govt. Gemade is a unique estate under gowon estate extention. What exactly re u looking for and were do you currently stay? Gowon estate is very safe, with good electricity. Underground sewage sysyem. House is expensive here cos the elite lives here. That makes security tight
OK. I get u nw. I stay in ajah and that's whr am looking for a nice self contained apartment

I don't have for now in that area but a decent selfie there will be around 250k to 300k and for a decent miniflat (room and parlor), expect around 400k. I can arrange with colleagues in that area if you will like to see some.
250 or 300 plus agent and agreement?

I struggled for 2 months to get my current place. When I tell people how much I paid, they give me that look "omg! too expensive for that location!"

Location was far from spec as I spend most of my time at home.

At the end of it all, I got what I wanted: a very quiet environment with no landlord.. Just two tenants, super constant power, etc.

In Lagos and environ, you can't have it all.. In my own case, I sacrificed the big names, big street names for peace of mind, power, among others.
Which area is that pls

No it is not true that agency and agreement is fixed at 100k. Agency fee and agreement fee is 10% of the rent of the property. Some agents fix agency fee to 50k for any property lower than 500k in rent while some collect two years agency but this only happens on the mainland.

I don't have a selfie in Onikan but I have in Lekki and environs ranging from 350k to 600k.

A serious agent will market houses only within a certain jurisdiction. Marketing houses in different locations far from each other is difficult and sometimes the agent will keep client waiting because of getting stuck in traffic trying to move from the island to the mainland.
Oga super agent. Do you have leads to nice apartment in ajah? Not too far from d main road, and not farther than University view estate opposite LBS?
How much will a nice self contained or room nd parlor self contained go for? Have to be tiled and water
