SycophanticGoat: There are really some senseless fools masquerading as Igbos, disgracing themselves online. People old enough to have grandchildren, displaying their stupidity as if it's their birthright. Only a fool wouldn't know who that animal is and his intentions.. Chino is not an Igbo, he's an impostor. But my problem is that the real ndi anambra can not caution him. Now we are going to do the madness together. God bless Abia and Anambra too, sisters with same destiny. |

Let's talk about those areas that matters. I'm going to show bunch of Awka pix on this thread today, so that people will compare backward Awka with advanced and modern Aba. fairheven: better than Abia and Ebonyi combined? what has that got to do with the topic?
a state that is amongst "educationally disadvantaged" is what you are comparing with Abia, u dey smoke Oga when I saw this I was short of words. In which area is cross river better than Abia, is it in Education, development, commerce and industry? Calabar is very beautiful which i can not dispute. Calabar is more beautiful than Aba and even Umuahia but Aba is more developed and advanced than calabar, Umuahia is beautiful on it's own. Abia state is very developed, beside Aba and Umuahia, Abia state has many cities and towns like Ohaofia, Abiriba, Arochukwu, uzoakoli, Uturu, Azumiri, Bende etc. Cross river is better than Abia in the area of tourism but can't compete with Abia in the area of education, development(esp. rural development) commerce and industry. People that served in the two states can bear me witness. |

manny4life: As much as Buhari needs God's intervention, when you fail to plan, you plan to fail. It's like someone who did not study for exam and hoping that God will help in the exam, God is NOT mocked. With all due respect to Buhari, and as much as he shows the will (all talk), he's lacks the capacity (action) to do it. Buhari has no plan at all, and if any, it's on paper and he's very good at traveling the world.
The sooner Buhari understands the fight against corruption has little or no impact to the economy and come up with an economic plan, the better it is for Nigerians whether you're APC or PDP. The best post of the thread. ''The sooner Buhari understands the fight against corruption has little or no impact to the economy and come up with an economic plan, the better it is for Nigerians whether you're APC or PDP''. lookandlaff: Nigerians call themselves educated, they read but don't understand. Osinbajo said Jonathan did not build any NEW roads, repairing existing roads is not building a new road so both Fashola and Osinbajo are right. Jonathan repaired more roads than OBJ ....I don't even know if OBJ repaired any road during his time. OBASANJO repaired many, Mr. APC defender. Obasanjo re-opened 3rd mainland bridge, Obasanjo dualised Onitsha-Owerri road, Obasanjo rehabilitated Enugu-Portharcourt expressway, Obasanjo rehabilitated shagamu-lagos and Ota-lagos expressway. Obasanjo rehabilitated Abuja and gave Abuja new master-plan, have you forgotten Demolition in FCT during Obasanjo regime and El'Rufai as FCT minister? It was Obasanjo that initiated NDDC that built many roads in the region. And he also worked on East-west road. |

Then now it's 2.In years to come, you'll open Sardine and see "Try Again" My brother I tire for this corruption propaganda ooo with corruption, fuel was sold at d rate of N87 with steady supply and equal distribution to all parts of Nigeria, without corruption, fuel is N120 with scarce supply and uneven distribution which brought about hike in price of transport system. With corruption, state monthly allocation from federation account was increased averagely to N4billion but without corruption it has be reduced to N1.4 billion causing hardship to Nigerians. With corruption, the state govts were able to pay salaries and maintain the 18% minimum wage introduced by federal govt. Without corruption, some state govt are owing 10months salaries and even agitating to stop the 18% minimum wage. With corruption, FG built 9 new federal universities and refurbished the existing ones, increased allocation to education, without corruption, non and reduced education allocation. With corruption, political appointment was distributed evenly, without corruption, 75% of the appointment is given to the North. With corruption, there is stability in govt policies between federal executive council and national assembly, without corruption, there is Chaos where the president wants to use Veto power and influence the NA.... To be continue APC should stop this their blame game and start work. We need change that was told to us by them, not this political propaganda of blame and corruption. Obasanjo did not blame Babangida, Abacha or abdusallam as his inability to deliver rather he consolidated on his Vision 20:20. Yaradua did not blame Obasanjo, rather he introduced his 7point Agenda and tried to actualise it if not death. GEJ did not blame Yaradua or Obasanjo rather he started work immediately to finished Yaradua laid 7point agenda and introduced his transformation agenda. So where is APC taking us with this blame propaganda? |

APC is not giving us the expected change rather lying, deceit, tribalism, indiscriminate killing of people that voted them into power. Ok, now, pastor accepted that GEJ administration worked on the existing ones, and the question is, when a dilapidated road is singled lane and you dualised it to double or four lanes with adjoining bye-passes, what can you call the road? Abagworo: If the brother sees you as a brother then its worth it but if not its like pouring water on stone. I wish and pray for the day we will all sincerely love one another and value that brotherhood. Igbos love themselves, Abia, Imo, Enugu and Ebonyi we are one and can die for each other. But the problem we have is our brothers from the Jewish land, the Jewish blood flows in their blood vessels. So when we are talking about hatred and division in Igboland we should not generalize it because we know the specific place it's coming from. |

In SE, people love Rochas more than Obi. Leave the ongoing criticism that is being perpetrated by your people which nobody is buying the idea. I pray, oneday 2 of them will contest something in SE then we will see. |
Politics › Re: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by B2mario(m): 8:02am On Jan 14, 2016 |
Chiwude: I don't know why am even having this discussion with you. It's an insult of the highest order to place Rochas in the same boat with Peter Obi. First, you must know that Rochas is not a small boy in politics and has never being in the same league as other local champion politicians in the SE. Okorocha had already started making wave even when Obi was still earning monthly salary in his banking job. Second, APGA didn't start yesterday in Imo state, infact APGA won the 2007 gubernatorial election under Martin Agbaso, but Iwu after being pressurized by PDP nullified the election. Third, Rochas during the commencement of civilian rule in 1999 won the PDP gubernatorial primary election in Imo state, but due to mutual understanding between him and other Orlu political leaders gave the ticket to Achike Udenwa. Fourth, and for those who do not know, Rochas emerge Second after late Yar'adua in the 2011 PDP presidential primaries that saw the latter emerge as tbe party Presidential flag bearer. Who is Peter Obi sef in SE politics, an ordinary puppet that was handpicked as a result of compensation to late chief Odumegwu Ojukwu, and to destabilize Chris Uba when he was having problem with his godson. Anambra has never had an election, what they normally have is installment of boys. Even Obiano was installed by Obi, the last election in the state was massively rigged by Apga. |
Politics › Re: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by B2mario(m): 7:38am On Jan 14, 2016 |
Chiwude: That was what Peter Obi turned it to. Association of Chestbeating Tribally Inclined Anambra Political Group. I don't even blame Rochas one bit for leaving there, he saw the light and discovered that the party lacks foresight. All they had were local champions who love playing boy boy to PDP. Ikemba Ojukwu would be rolling in his grave now. But I hate to admit it, if APGA party structure had being in another SE state only God knows the height the party would have attained. Kpom! |
