Politics › Re: Ridiculous Statements Made At Anambra PDP rally by ba7man(m): 7:31pm On Nov 14, 2013
PointB: All politics is local; let the local be told what they want to hear, even if it the truth. Awolowo killed Igbos; Awolowo said it was fair! Why can't Igbo politicians repeat it after him.

Personally, I would rather vote a goat than vote a party of Igbo killers. If Anambra voters agree that APC is an Awolowolo party and the politicians are capitalizing on that. Permit to say in Awolowo's voice - 'All is fair...'
That's where a lot of you get it wrong.

Rather than present a grand 10-20 year plan for the state, they tell you......"Don't vote for Yoruba party", "Awolowo killed Igbos" etc to appeal to your emotions.......Why??

You guys are supposed to say...... "Ok, Maybe APC is a Yoruba party and yeah maybe Awolowo killed Igbos........but what are your plans for the State"huh

Ekene Dili Chukwu made his fortune transporting Igbos to Lagos. Or you've forgotten "Young Shall Grow Motors"??

PointB: Shifting the goal post? Knock yourself out!
They've started feeding you guys the same ol bullsh*t they use to get you.........And you're falling for it.

Can't they campaign using their vision for the State and grand projects to win the people over......rather than those divisive statements??

Well, that's why its Anambra elections......Y'all go ahead and may the best man win.
Politics › Re: Ridiculous Statements Made At Anambra PDP rally by ba7man(m): 6:50pm On Nov 14, 2013
PointB: On Nigeria perhaps. Show me one Nigeria leader you guys are ever proud of, and I will show the world a liar!
They might all be below expectation.......but the lot you guys vote in and tolerate are on another level in terms of Governance......
Politics › Re: Ridiculous Statements Made At Anambra PDP rally by ba7man(m): 6:32pm On Nov 14, 2013
PointB: They are not running to SW. They are going to other part of 'NIGERIA' because the constitution say they could, as members of Nigeria. As soon as SW becomes Odua Republic, they can write laws to prevent such migration. Until then, shut-up and enjoy the program. Blame Awolowo and co for not allowing the Igbo to leave when they wanted,
The joke's on you lot. And you wonder why you don't have leaders to be proud of.

I still wonder what you guys were lookin at while Soludo was being disqualified.
Politics › Re: Ridiculous Statements Made At Anambra PDP rally by ba7man(m): 6:11pm On Nov 14, 2013
Well, the Igbos can go ahead and vote these people in, its not my business.................But when they end up mis-ruling their States and they're running to the SW to avioid what they created in their States (While criticizing SW Governors and Swesterners).........Na dat one go cause fight ooo....

taharqa: I usuali do not hv much patience for peeps that acts as FOOOLS... Forgive me if I can't help myself at times
You can never be taken serious online and in the real world with this attitude.

I still converse with recognized PDP advocates like @Sincere9gerian, @Awodman and ROSSIKE and learn a few things from them despite the facts that we represent opposing sides but with you, its like you're from a far lower rung of the society.

Clean up your conversations and present your points, then you might actually win people over.

I aint perfect myself but i try...... Not revel in it.
Politics › Re: Fashola's Lekki Road Scam Increased To N=25 Billion From Initial N=7 Billion by ba7man(m): 11:36am On Nov 13, 2013
taharqa: Come on SHUT yr mouth, tha.... Sebi that is why it may cost SIX TIMES the cost for d Abuja-Lokoja Rd, which you had previously declared 'exorbitant'? By d way, that Abuja-Lokoja has bridges (not small Pedestrian bridges that you are talking about here) to be constructed along d route (2 of them new), and parts of d route wud be constructed along d Niger Bank/basin. So it not all complete 'dry' land.
Must you let your unhappy childhood reflect in all your posts?? You really need psychological help, you definitely can't function properly in a civillized environment with this behaviour of yours.

Can't you carry out a simple arguement without insults?? You'll get slapped a lot if you try this in reality but i guess you're probably a mousy guy that only comes alive behind the safety of a computer screen.

I didn't bother to read what you wrote with your opening statement.......

always stark raving mad like a sex starved schizoprenic.

"YOU'RE A FOOOOOOL"......."SHUT YEAR MOUTH".........you sound like the dregs of a public school's reject's list.

There's no way you grew up in a good home with this behaviour.
Politics › Re: Fashola's Lekki Road Scam Increased To N=25 Billion From Initial N=7 Billion by ba7man(m): 10:34am On Nov 13, 2013
taharqa: You ought to be thoroughly ashamed of yrself (assuming you actuali hv d capacity for Shame)!!!.... This LekkiEpe Rd is just 49.9km (sm would say plus an additional 15km 'coastal' Rd which has recently bn smuggled into d discuss for still inexplicable reasons) would cost almost #200billion to construct it ie a cost of about #3billion per km; WHILST, d Abuja-Lokoja Rd is a 200km Rd that wud gulp 106billion for each of its 4 sections ie a cost of about #500million per km (making it one of d cheapest road constructn I hv seen in Nigeria in recent years)- meaning this LekkiEpe Rd would cost 6 TIMES the Abuja-Lokoja Rd!!! And, unlike d Fraud in LekkiEpe where only just above 15km have been done in 6yrs of concessioning, 150km of d Abuja-Lokoja Rd has already been done (most of them in 2yrs under GEJ)...... Abeg, find anoda 'line'; this one is so Pathetic it wouldn't fly.
How many lanes are these roads you compare? Do they have sidewalks?? Do they have large drainages like the Lekki express?? Do they have pedestrian bridges at intervals?? Are bustops constructed at intervals?? Are round-abouts + beautification included in the construction?? Are those check-points to be built at intervals?? How stable is the underlying soil??

.....Or do you think they just pour Laterite, granite and tar on the roads like is the norm in Nigerian road construction.

These are questions you should also ask.
Then get the hell out of this thread and go feed on your regular APC delusion.
You think i give a fucck about whatever happens in Tinubu empire?
Hehehehe....!!!! Don't get mad so soon.

I was responding to the people that feel Lagosians sit down and worry over what's goin on in Delta State and other parts of the Country. They're normally too busy for that.

I also never asked you to "give a fucck" bout anything, we frankly don't care what others think.

Some people should just stop thinking Lagosians are jelous of Delta or Akwa-Ibom or Imo......its absurd.
Shut up,you arrogant fool.
What delta state is clamouring for is resource control, that way the state govt will be able to personally take care of the huge resources and assets which is currently under-utilized under FG control.
And in case you don't know, there's no state in the SW with the exception of lagos that is as developed as delta state.
Btw,there're thousands of delta state professionals and graduates that would gladly fill up these spots when the state govt takes full control of these resources and assets.
The reason why non-indigenes are in the niger-delta oil industry is because of federal character nonsense which only the FG is bound to obey.
Really, I didn't read your story......but i repeat....."I don't give a sh*t what goes on in Delta State".

I schooled there and i still visit so i know what I'm talkin about.

The same lagos that is over 80% slum.
A 'rich' state for that matter.
Those slums are filled with a lot of Delta indegenes too.

Why didn't stay behind to trek on @Evestar's road??

If you're not working in an oil related industry in Delta state......you're in trouble. Very one dimensional.

Evestar200: Delta state is now the one Rivary other states in Nigeria cuz They are forbidden to see their state be like that of dubai and Paris? Now tell me if ur so called state have this road
If i post pixs of my route to work today, you'll realize your folly.
See as this one dey deceive himself.
Lagos, that is not even the most infrastructurally developed state in naija wants to compare with paris.
lol.
Nigeria should just begin with total resource control and let's see if lagos will come close to delta.
With the Crude-oil, Refinery and Port that has being in Delta for decades, what has being the result??

No matter the Natural resources found in a location, until the human resources is developed, outsiders will simply come in and bully it off your hands with the permission of your leaders.

The okoloka some of you are talking of is another ajaokuta in the making.those oil wells obasanjo stole from delta state and ceaded to ondo will be returned to delta state just as the ilaje ijaw of ondo will be reunited with their kit and kin in delta state.
C'mon, we're here in Lagos dreaming on how to rival cities like London, Paris etc........And you want us to be Concerned with what Delta State is doing?? You accord too much importance to yourself.

The people of Delta need this project though, I hope it becomes a reality soon.

Uyi Iredia: There is truth to the OP. I fear some people are so excited over Fashola's achievements they fail to see where he misses it. In fact, till I met a lady who told me otherwise, I would have said Fashola is clean, he isn't.
Same with G.E.J.

But the President's own is on a far monumental scale......That Abuja-Lokoja contract inflation alone makes this one look like child's play.

Kudos, FG.

klax: But lets wait a minute why is Fashola regime so found of this law that law, this banned that banned for goodness sake what is going on is this what APC are coming to power in Nigeria to do to cage everybody or limit people freedom of movement and thereby says it was because of this reasons or thathuhhuhhuhhuh??

People should wake up because the finger print of what is about to happen is coming up all the time on the wall. Please is Fashola a true born of Lagos at all because its only a bastard that would prefer his own house turn to rubbles and yet feel comfortable about it.

Okada gone, market buldozed, levy upon levies, deportation, market shutting down, LASTMA madness and so on now its Danfo. Please is Fashola a real born of Lagos because his action sometime is so weird to me as if SOMEONE who doesnt care if Lagos crumbles or not. Sorry I dont care what is the reason or reasons he has to do all these nasty things to oppress the poor I dont care, all I know is before the West would know the damage they are doing to themselve its untill Lagos lost the economic power of Nigeria then they would know the extent of the damages Fashola and his people are doing to them. I'm so sick of Fashola regime so sick of it indeed every day something must come up this is absolutely nonsense and if care is not taken people would need visa to enter Lagos from Ibadan or from elswhere in Nigeria and yet some i di ots will say yea Jashola is right and begin their nonsense slogan Eko ko ni baje craps. God bless
Say no to lawlessness and dirty environments.

Residents of Lagos must embrace civillization or be forced out.

But now, it is your gods Tinubu and Fashola, suddenly, it is the best policy in the world. hypocrites and sycophants supporting the oppression of the masses for a pot of ewa!

Is it not you gang members who shout that 80% of Nigerians live on less than 1 dollar a day? So when it comes to Lagos, the 80% has suddenly vanished? So there are no more jobless people in society, just because a thread was opened to call out Lagos state? Suddenly, everyone now has a job and should pay tax, because Lagos is involved? You people are the most corrupt and wicked people Nigeria has ever had. Wolves in sheeps clothing! crooks trying to portray themselves as saints.
