I guessed so too, but mehn! Those doctors that handled my case made it seem like alcohol is more dangerous than it is. Once they heard I drink, they were like, ah, that most be the cause... Even when I told them I wasn't a heavy drinker... Just one or two bottles of stout a week.
My dear bodies difder. I take alcohol everyday. I have ulcer. But not chronic. I go for test every six months for liver, kidney. I do sugar every month. My body is used to alcohol at least a bottle daily after work. I dont feel ulcer until I take peppered soup or peppered fish but not chronic. I started mananing ulcer 2017 because of lime taking and pain killer. I stopped lime, lemon, pain killers and peace ensued.

I want to know if energy drinks like Climax, Redbull, Fearless are really that bad. I was advised to reduce my alcohol intake last year April after a serious Ulcer incidence, so I decided to give up alcohol. I haven't taken alcohol since then, but occasionally, I take Climax or Redbull energy drink when I hang out with friends. So, yesterday, when I wanted to order for Climax, this guy seated next to me (a friend of a friend), started talking about how bad energy drinks were. He advised I take juice instead, or Malt. Mind you, this guy was taken raw liquor.

I'm very antisocial, and an introvert. Alcohol always set me in the right mood back in the day, but now that I don't take it, I really don't like how I am when everyone else around me is in high spirit, from taken alcohol, so I decided to take energy drinks once in a while...like just one a week. But I've been hearing about how bad they are. How bad are they really, if one takes just a can a week?
Alcohol is not the cause of ulcer. Take ur bottles moderately. There are millions who dont take alcohol but suffer from ulcer. Stop taking pain killers and reduce pepper intake. After eating, take ur bottles and pls dont go beyond 2 bottles for stout. Eat b4 u take alcohol. Stop pelebe, spirit, kaikai and other strong drink. Drink water as u drink pls. Contact me.

Afro3:
Imumolen debunks claims he is working for a Tinubu presidency

Accord party's presidential candidate, Professor Christopher Imumolen has debunked claims that he is secretly working for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become Nigeria's next president in the upcoming general elections.

Professor Imumolen who vehemently denied the claims while fielding questions during a talkshow anchored by @JJ Omojuwa on Twitter early this week said that rumours of his so-called work for Tinubu was being peddled by persons who hardly knew him, insisting that he was nobody's stooge.

The country's youngest presidential candidate expressed regret that despite the introduction of a new era which opened the door to an unprecedented upsurge of youth particicipation in politics as empowered by the Not Too Young To Run bill signed into law by outgoing president Muhammadu Buhari, many Nigerians, particularly the young ones do not believe that a leader of youth extraction can actually come from amongst them.

He blamed such mindset on a system that had succeeded, over the years, in brainwashing youths to think they can never be good enough to reach the pre-eminent heights of the presidency or political success of any kind.
He likened the thinking which manipulated them to think small to the proverbial elephant, tied to a spot with a small rope at infant, that could still not to shake itself free of it's perpetual stagnation despite growing big enough at adulthood to do so.

"I have heard talk in some quarters accusing me of secretly working for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become president so that he can appoint me as a minister," Professor Imumolen said.

"I consider such statements quite unfortunate, particularly considering the fact that most of it is coming from the youths at whose instance I have come out of my comfort zone as a successful, private citizen to join the race for the country's presidency.

"Well, should I really blame those who say these things? I just believe years of neglect, unemployment, economic hardships and lack of political opportunities has so affected their mentality to the extent of thinking it is not possible for a young man to become president.

"But it is all in their minds. We have had young people who have had the opportunity to rule this country at very young ages.

"Chief Olusegun Obasanjo revealed in a recent letter endorsing a particular presidential candidate that he was 39 years old when he first became Nigeria's military head of state in 1976.

"General Yakubu Gowon before him was 32 years old when he assumed the mantle of the country's leadership. Infact, he was a bachelor when he was enthroned. He married after he became head of state.

"What of four of my co-aspirants in the ongoing race for the presidency -- Abubakar Atiku, Bola Tinubu, Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso?

"They were in their 40s when they reached the peak of their careers in public office -- some as governors and one (Atiku) as a retired Customs Deputy Comptroller General in 1986.
"So, it amounts to a defeated mentality for the youths of today to think that a young person like me can't see through a presidency race.
"That I was going to step down and endorse a fellow candidate at some point because according to them, we are only good enough to play second fiddle.

"For the avoidance of doubts, I joined the race for the country's presidency because I was genuinely convinced I had a chance to win and become the instrument of genuine change for a country that has been quite unfortunate with the kind of leadership she has had for decades.

"I didn't join the race to withdraw and endorse another candidate for the proverbial pot of porridge.

"I, Professor Christopher Imumolen has enough fuel in my tank to run this race and see it to it's logical conclusion. I have never met Tinubu, and I don't have any secret pact with him or anyone else, for that matter, to step down for anything, least of all, a ministerial position.

"Those who have been hasty to lump me with youths who have acted without integrity in the past would only be fair if they can spare some time to check my background and read up my achievements in the area of empowering humanity through various channels in my private capacity over the last couple of years.
"I am in the race for the country's presidency to demonstrate, as well as destroy forever age-long stereotypes which relegates Nigerian youths to the background.

"I want to be the agent of genuine change that will galvanise our youths and instil in them a new mindset that anything is possible for those who dream and think big," he said.
Why una dey trouble una self? Tinubu is the next president of Nigeria! There will be prosperity, more employment opportunities in Nigeria. A lot of people will openly apologise to Tinubu that they campaigned against him! P-Square and many others will leave Lagos for America while many others will travel to the UK. The young comedian, Mr. Marcaroni will flee to the UK! Although, they will start to come back surreptuosly after 2 to 3 years!

Interesting.

Please sir, can you explain a little how you were able to “demistyfy” poverty?

Though, I’ve come to realize that poverty is not necessarily the lack of cash but a thing of the mind.

Thank you. Sir.
Poverty is perceived as a spiritual thing in Nigeria most especially among the xtians and some certain religions. Poverty is seen as a spell being cast upon a generation. Poverty is a mystery to us. However, poverty is simply lack of financial education, Lack of cash, lack of property. You dont need prayers and fasting to be successful or rich. All u need is knowledge, expertise and connection most especially in Nigeria. Learn how to make money in a legit way and u will be rich!

By Jett-Iyke Amaechi

I asked a friend that traveled abroad when he told me about the decline in his spiritual life.

"Or is it that they don't allow you pray over there? Tell me."

The abroad guy responded, "No, it is not so. You are allowed to pray here.

But when you get here you will realize that a lot of things that we perceive to be spiritual are not.

They are a product of failures, from government and ourselves.

You will meet a system and an ideology that will challenge your previous beliefs.

Imagine that here, you don't pray to fill gas, own a house, a car, go to school or have your children attend one of the best schools.

But in Nigeria, sometimes you even pray to have your three square meal per day."

"The thing tire me." I replied.

Then he continued, "You don't even pray to get a job.

There are agencies saddled with that responsibility and they do their best to get you a job in 2 months.

And once you get that job your life becomes a product of leverage, the one we acknowledge as grace in Nigeria.

But this grace doesn't come from above, it comes from the government.

Your child can even go to university and graduate without paying a dime.

As the child begins to work, the government will gradually deducts his fees from his salary in a way that it won't even affect the child.

Under such atmosphere, if it's you, you will change and behave like me.

You won't even suspect your uncles, you will know they have no hand in your failure or success.

I don't suspect my uncle's anymore. Infact, I even call them on phone now.

We are closer than before. Life is really a mystery.

A traveller is wiser than a gray-haired man.

But I will advise you, you know the government we have, do your best and come to this place.

You will thank God you did."

At this instance, I was weak. " So our government had made us to hate our uncles like this when we should have loved them.

Oh! As I have become an uncle now, tomorrow my nephews and nieces will hate me thinking that I'm responsible for their failures.

When I'm innocent. God forbid! Some of our uncles may be dying in silence of their innocency.

God will help them.

So, our government made us pray about every issue of life no matter how small and jump from one prayer house to another.

It shall not be well with them." I concluded.

" I think you now understand," We ended the call.

I was in deep thinking of what to do.

"Should we all leave this country and runaway? No, all of us aren't meant to travel overseas." I muttered those words.

But you that read to this point, what do you think?

And the number of votes tinubu is gonna receive will determine the number of people mentality deranged in this country
What if Nigeria fares better if Tinubu wins? Just bury ur head in shame or do urself the worst! Tinubu is the best among all!

And one corrupt useless old man is in England trying to emulate failure called buhari by going to slave institution called chartam house or what ever to give blu bla speech to retards leaving in the U.K.

He can't win this when Obi is on the race.

Kiss the truth.
No kill ursef. Mr. Agbado is the best man for the job. You will interview him after he becomes President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Mr Agbado has released his manifestoes for people to read. Honestly, PO has not said anything fantastic! Most of the issues being discussed are already addressed by BAT! He will elucidate more at the Chattam, tomorrow!
