Wasn’t an easy wait at all, especially seeing people with similar timeline getting approvals.

Letter of Justification (explaining every transaction above 100k)

Sponsor’s employment letter and letter of promotions.
My employment letter
Letter of introduction from employer.
Sworn Affidavit of Return
Education certificates (transcript, certificate,nysc certificate)..

I’ll like to thank the initiators of this thread and everyone here who chips in one or two things they know about visa application. These platform is so rich and I wish everyone waiting for PPR all the best.

I sent to both.

Keep sending to Nairobi. I noticed in the early hours their mailbox was full. It did not deter me, I kept sending.

I sent to Accra, London, Cairo, Lagos, Abuja. Nairobi most especially since TRV are handled by them.

God will come through for your soon. Give them a strong reason why your application needs to be approved. I believe it will happen soon.

You can quote your application number as your subject when writing like I did.

It’s PPR for my daughter.

It dropped around 2:30 PM but I saw it around 5:00 PM when I was setting up for the NSO.

So, I decided I will not let IRCC rest until they borrow themselves brain and approve my daughter’s application. My application was approved on December 15, 2021 so why was my daughter’s own still hanging?

I started sending mails from mid night and set alarm for hourly reminders. I sent mails to as many IRCC email addresses including Lagos and Abuja. Note I used “URGENT - Application number” as subject. Before today, I used just URGENT. For whatever reason, I decided to add the application number to the subject make dem no talk say e hide for the body of the email.

At 11:37 AM Lagos pleaded with me not to send further emails in order not to fill their mailbox that my mails have been forwarded to the office handling my daughter’s application. That really cracked me up. I shared it with my friend and we were both laughing about it.Tor! I sha told her that they will know no peace until they borrow themselves brain and finalize my daughter’s application.

I stopped disturbing Lagos because my friend said dem fit block me but I just gave them some respite since they had begged but kept sending hourly mails to other IRCC emails. I got busy from 2PM putting up a surprise birthday party for my colleague. It was around 5PM when I was setting up for my NSO I realized that Abuja sent me an email at 2:31PM notifying me that the office processing my daughter’s application sent me an “important letter” and at about 2:32 PM the email from CIC had dropped.

I logged in and there the passport request letter was.

You know what? I had made up my mind that I was going to disturb the living hell out of them today.

Sorry it’s coming now because I had to attend the live session of the NSO. The afternoon session starts in 5 minutes.

July applicant here still waiting for a decision to be made on my application.
I sent an email to the three Nairobi email addresses today and it says “message bounced by administrator” despite the fact that I sent the same email addresses a mail yesterday. Is this a sign for me to stop sending emails or what? Anybody had the same issue please?

Hi, I’ve seen people here talk about reaching out to an MP, can someone please tell me how to go about that. Do I just google MP in the province I’m going to? For example, I’m going to Oshawa, do I google MP in Oshawa or how please? I need to reach out to one.

Can somebody give me tips on how to construct mail to IRCC, July applicant here, still nothing. I’ve sent mails asking for update but I still haven’t heard from them.

Yes, I did medicals after they requested for it.

Can someone help with a draft of mail to send to embassy requesting for an update on my application please. I applied in July and I had my medicals passed October 25, haven’t gotten an update since then. Although there was a time I logged on and saw “application update” has the status but there was nothing there, I’m guessing that’s the ghost update.

I am on the same table with you(july 13),I have gotten request letter twice for the same document,last week they sent acknowledgement mail that they have gotten my updated LOA...my tired is tired at this point but still trusting God for my goodnews to come soon

I submitted in July and got a request for updated letter of admission and medicals in September which I did and had medicals passed in October but since then I haven’t heard anything back. I’m getting worried. The status of the additional document says “the additional documents provided has been uploaded “ and that’s it.

Are y’all getting emails to check your application for PPR or y’all just randomly check. This wait after medical passed is kinda killing, especially when your application was submitted in July and you’re seeing people with almost the same timeline as you get their pprs, yeah no two applications is the same but… the wait ehn

Hi, I had my medicals done about two weeks ago, still haven’t heard from IRCC but I was told by iom on Friday that it was just submitted on Friday. I’m hopeful for a positive response, in the spirit of waiting I’ll like to confirm if I have to pay the transmission fee(8,900) to Abuja when it’s time to have my passport sent even though I did my biometrics in Abuja or I just have to go to any courier service in Lagos and pay the courier service charge only since I’m not in Abuja, I only did my biometrics in Abuja because I was there at the time but I reside in Lagos.

We are both in the same situation, I’m getting worried myself because each time I log in to my CIC page, I still keep seeing your action is required, despite the fact that I’ve done the medicals and raised webform. The deadline given to me is also fast approaching

I did mine as requested by ircc on the 13 of Octoberand it was just updated to pass today though did it in qlife. I think you should just wait a little and according to the customer care in qlife she said its date u did ur medicals that will show so u dont have any reason to worry about IRCC deadlines

Did they ask for your UMI?
If that’s the case, then they should tell you what’s up with it, otherwise, you might need to keep calling them.
Before they uploaded mine, I followed the above and was told they are yet to get the analysis from Nairobi, due to network or something.

Thanks, I just can’t seem to reach them on the phone at all. Do you have any idea what the number for Abuja is, I got one here from nairaland but that’s switched off as well.

My medicals was done exactly a week and two days ago, haven’t heard from IOM to confirm submission to IRCC or anything, I’ve written them mails and tried ringing them but nothing. This medical was done upon request by IRCC. I’m getting worried now, anyone had similar issue?
