When you are remanded in custody then you've been taken to court. The authorities can then use the intervening period to prepare a case against you.

You cannot get a decent audiophile grade headphone for 30k. Of course you can get consumer headphones in that price range but I wouldn't recommend them.
The best bang for buck headphone at the moment is the Hifiman he 400 se. It is a planar headphone instead of the normal dynamic drivers and is very good , has no noise cancellation but beats most noise cancelling headphones under 150k and is well built, sturdy with gorgeous sound but works better with a DAC dongle.
It is available on aliexpress and could be had for about fifty five dollars during sales.

If you are buying now I would advise you to go for the Hifiman HE 400 se. It is a magnetic planar headphone. You can get it from aliexpress during sales but the dollar rate is not good.
