Computers › Re: How To Merge "Part.rar" Files by Babalegba(m): 1:10pm On Apr 01, 2016 |
I would suggest you copy the original rar files and keep them somewhere. Then instal 7zip on your system and put all the files you have extracted so far in one folder, then open one at a time with 7zip the very first ofthe already extracted files and choose extract to' in 7zip.The one named r00 to r24 should give you the complete file.Just click on the r00 and choose extract. I'm unable to use my computer to replicate the problem as there is no electricity. |

Put all the files in the same folder, then click on the very first file. They will all join together as long ad you have a program like WinZip or winrar and 7zip on the system |

JSayin: My friend uses this Infinix but she is not computer savvy so she cant tell me much about it. What do you like about it? What don't you like about it? ie What should a person buying it be wary of? The battery is very good, charges fast and drops slowly.Rooting it is not a problem and there is carlcare in case of problems. As long as you don't buy a fake version, the infinix note series are alright |

I dont get this trend of Animal cruelty on Nairaland. All these people shouting Animal Cruelty up and down are not Vegetarians, they f.ucking eat Animals! You can kill an animal humanely and eat it ,nothing wrong with that but causing needless suffering to an animal shows that the perpetrator is less than an animal himself |

Politics › Re: Ogun Wanted Drug Senator Arrests Party Member For Calling Him A Fraud On Whatsap by Babalegba(m): 10:23am On Mar 22, 2016 |
hedonistic: slander noun (plural slanders) - A false or unsupported, malicious statement (spoken or published), especially one which is injurious to a person's reputation; the making of such a statement.
verb (slanders, slandering; past and past participle slandered) - To utter a slanderous statement; baselessly speak ill of. synonyms - defame - libel (always in writing) antonyms - glorify (baselessly speak well of)
There's a context for which you can rightly claim that something 'written' on WhatsApp is figuratively 'spoken' ; libel is more applicable in published/print media articles (newspapers, books etc). - - -
Then again, the real issue is that Buruji was defamed, which is an offence. No court has found him guilty of being a 'fraud', so calling him a fraud amounts to slander, for which you can be arrested legally and face charges. No need for long stories here. It is a pity that you think you are clever and literate. Buruji is oppressing that man simply because we are in a lawless and barbaric society.Slander and libel will need to be specific to be construed as slander or libel. For example saying somebody is a fraud is not slander as it is too general but saying somebody is a fraudster who specializes in defrauding old women is specific and therefore slanderous and in written form libelous. Anyway I do hope Buruji destroys PDP in Ogun state along with all the atenujes like you. |

What exactly is the o.P's problem with the woman.Nigerians love judging people. Alas this same Nigeria is a glorified zoo where countless iniquities abound, wanton thievery, false piety, jungle justice, lawlessness, money worship and phoney religiosity. Remove the log in your eyes first. |

Nigeria is becoming crammed with brainless idiots defending indiscipline ,lawlessness and thuggery. The o.p must be from a dysfunctional barely functional broken home to be so critical of the teachers action. The girl should have been expelled as a deterrent to other feral thugs. |

Eruditor: Emotive trash.
You even called the deceased "Innocent". What is to say he wasn't on his way to kill a debtor or that he would not have an accident that would have taken someone else's life say 2 months after that day?
Did Ibinabo set out on that very day to kill him?
So his family lost a breadwinner, a brother, father, one who gave 7 years of his life to becoming a doctor, but her family won't lose anybody when she goes to jail? Her husband won't lose a wife? Her kids won't lose a mum?
I thought you were saying what is sauce for the Goose is sauce for the Gander? Why the glaring hypocrisy?
The only thing that can be determined as justice will be what the law has to say about involuntary manslaughter. If the option of a fine was available and the first court issued that, then there is no need for the emotional hot air you are spewing.
She is guilty of the crime, but should not be a reckless victim of judicial eye-service and pandering. This is the kind of post that makes me think that many Nigerians should not be classified as homo sapiens |
