Dude China was the world largest crude oil importer years ago and if your production can't match your consumption then you don't have it and this is why China trying to stealing the south China Sea and this is why dubai don't depend on oil but tourism, but they invested wisely unlike what you have here, China buys crude from Nigeria

They are also top producers of oil,like the US who are large importers too. They import because they have need for it due to heavy industries and shear consumption rate cos of their numbers,if Nigeria were industrialised we will probably be importing crude too
