Please guys i need some clarification on Geegpay, i have been using payoneer to make withdraws from Upwork but their charge is much, so i decided to use Geegpay.

So i link my Geegpay Well Fargo account to upwork, and later make a withdraws of $190 since Saturday, and up till now is haven't see the money.

So my question to those that have used Geegpay on upwork, how long does it usually take less than 5: hours for withdrawal to reflect.

Note, i have been making withdrawal from payoneer to Geegpay, and it will take less than 6 hour's to reflect.

I. Don't know if because i made the withdrawal on weekend.

I need to hear from you those that have used Geegpay to withdraw from upwork

Please, what's your recommended withdrawal method for Upwork that does not leave money on the table and is reliable? I thought Wise would be a great option, but I learned they are no longer one. Payoneer is out of the question for obvious reasons.

I'd really appreciate the help.

You shouldn't be using internet Starlink if you haven't resolved nepa issues,

Most it guys earning above 500k a month in Nigeria have that resolved already

Yes Upwork to Wise works, you need the USD account from Wise, and it costs 20$( this is not taken from your account, just for verification). It can be verified with a Payoneer card ( at least that's how I did mine, chipper did not work, neither did UBA Prepaid $ card)

You can use Wise to receive funds outside of Upwork, from anyone either using your URL / email or giving out the Bank details.

Advisable to keep your money in Wise? I don't know, but honestly, I don't have any confidence in the Nigerian banking system anymore. I have resolved to keep my money in Wise till further notice. The fact that I can use it to transfer to a variety of countries and persons, without needing to go to the bank
If you wish to receive your funds in Naira from Wise, simply withdraw to either Geegpay or Grey or trade it on Paxful for crypto.
The decision is yours, depending on your needs.

I am referring to black Africa. The Arab countries are all better. I have been to Morocco and European level infrastructure but in black Africa no country compares to Nigeria except south Africa.

You have to get one. I heard they get it through FIRS. I think any “individual” that has worked a 9-5 in a reputable organisation should have one.
