This is true, and there are lots of examples to support it. I'll list a few.

For example, the Nigerian communities in the west especially the US are known as the most educated and amongst the wealthiest groups, but this data glossed over one important part, and it is that the Nigerians in question are first generation immigrants.

This is not the same for Europe. In winter for example, the weather will kill you if you do not have shelter. Lots of homeless people are frozen to death during the peak of winter and it's not news. You may be broke in Europe for example, but you can hardly be homeless. Homeless shelter are everywhere for you to crash.

I think it depends on your network strength but I assume it shouldn't take more than 4 - 7 mins. I remember one time "npm create-react-app" took nearly thirty minutes and still didn't install the packages. I searched online for solutions and I found Yarn. The same process took ~5mins and I haven't looked back since then. I heard npx is sometimes faster so you might want to try that.

I don't get. The CSS you write for normal websites is almost practically the same you write in React although the syntax may be different in methods like CSS-in-JS or preprocessors like Sass.

3. If none of the above, make sure you have #492 × the amount of dollar you want to pay in your account. If you want to pay $10, make sure you have at least #4920 in your account.

Turns out the issue is my account type. I was told I'd need to upgrade my acct and then be issued a new card but I don't have much time for that process.

I have heard about virtual cards. Do you think I can register a domai/n with one? If yes which one do you suggest I use?

I'm not much experienced but I can contribute.

I haven't used them before (for domain investing) and I don't think I will ever use them.

Why?

1. Higher prices compared to reputable registrars

2. Low reputation when compared to other reputable registrars

3. Not really sure they offer privacy on their domains.

It's better to stick to registrars such as
Name-(-)-Cheap, name silo, GoDaddy, Epik, Dynadot, Porkbun and so on.

Please has anyone been able to use GT/B Master/card to register a dom/ain on Go/ daddy or Name/ cheap?
My card is being declined every time I try to register a domai/n name using one of theses registrars. Please kindly suggest a possible solution or alternative.

I think people have answered you already but to buttress their points I think the styling method to use in a react app boils down to personal preferences. I'd suggest you try each option and settle for the one that suits you best. Personally, I use styled-components because I enjoy writing plain css and other times I use TailwindCSS or Material UI.

Also every company usually have a style-guide they follow so you don't have to worry too much as long as you know your onions in writing plain CSS.
