Just get the child a Naija passport.

My own situation was that my Naija passport that i had applied for, b4 my travel back due date was not ready, due to non availability of booklet.

Showed them my British passport and they asked me how I take enter the country. I explained to them and they said no. Showed them receipt, lai lai.

Madam, I have seen this almost happen to a cousin of mine before. My cousin contacted the US Embassy when she got wind of what her husband was doing with the kids without her consent. Even fake divorce join.

Infact every thing was almost complete. The US Embassy had to send someone down to my my Uncles place to verify things with my cousin with the children present.

The guy has been banned from the US now. He appearantly has a girl friend in the US doing the whole processing together. Fake documents inclusive ( fake divorce)

My advice is that you contact the UK consular office in Nigeria and make an official complain and seek their advice on what to do next. Trust me they will look for those children and get to the root of the matter. It will take time and it is equally exhaustive. Dont give up.

Also you need to act fast, the longer you leave those kids the harder it becomes to get them back.

My mother did the same to my son, she would not give me my son back when we wanted him to come back to Nigeria to stay with us. The boy had stayed with her for close to 3 years and she would not allow us to talk to him f9r close to a year. O boy, i returned to the UK sharply, resign my good job for Naija. Even at that it took almost two years of legal battle to get my son back to stay with us his parents. It was not funny.

Act fast if you are reading this message and dont inform his family members. What you need now a loyal and supportive friends.

Guy if you love your babe and you are happy with her and she loves you, i beg carry on. If your folks are not alive won't you make your own decision. Mothers can be very difficult to persuade especially now that she does not like your babe.

But remember you must have the balls to face the challenges that comes with it and your babe must be on the same page with you.

@myself if you don't know what happend pls be quiet. Despite the redundacy that happened to both nationals and expatriate the expatriate quota is still ratio 2 to 1 in favour of the expats.

In a nut shell there was no need for redundancy if the so called experts still makes up for majority of the work force at Bristow Helicopters. What happened to to the expatriate quota allowed in Nigeria?

Where as, we have hundreds of pilots and engineers that are been graduated from the Nigeria College of Aviation Technology every two years still looking for jobs.

Less I forget there are 20 licensed engineers trained by Bristow that are working right now but with no contract.

Guy do you know that after the so called redundacy other pilots and engineers were recruited. So who is fooling who?

Myself as a British citizen resident in Nigeria, can I sponsor my wife for MSC in the UK with our British children without the immigration officer thinking she is trying to use it as means of settlement.

I am against teenage pregnancy but I will never disown my son or daughter. All they need is encouragement and help to steer their life back on the right path. I have 2 friends that got pregnant as a teenager, both of their parent took the babies from them, and insisted they go back to school. One of them now is a qualified lawyer and the other now has a masters in Aeronautical Engineering and graduated with a first class in Aeronautical Engineering.

The best place for you to go is Nigerian College Of Aviation Technology, Zaria, Kaduna State. I am currently their now. The problem is that I think the course is a waste of time and money here in Nigeria because the airline business in nigeria is actually shrinking and not expanding. If you really want to do it whyn not go to Europe or find another course to do here, like flight dispatcher( 800,000 naira) and it is only 6months and you can get a decent job outside this country.

All foreign students including me who put down Abuja as their first choice got cancelled.

1) international passport showing date of departure from Nigeria, your Visa and date of arrival
2)Your degree certificate and transcript
3)Your O level certificate, A Levels Certificate

The problem is corruption. Someone said he can't wait for all the corrupt politicians to be dead, but the fact is every Nigerian is corrupted even a 5 year old child.
