I have pointed out that indeed black people have long history of connection with Britain as far back as 2000 years ago when an African (Quietus Lollius Urbicus )governed Britain during the Roman Empire and more recently, the interactions of the British Empire with Africa in the last 3 centuries.

If you are a salary earner, make sure you
1) Seek promotion by increasing your value to the company so you can earn more.
2) Invest your money primarily in the stock market or real estate.

A good boss cares about your growth. As the more useful you are, the more the company makes.
